HHAeXchange is not at all good is annoying to all ways put a password every time need to log in also tracks your location when and where you are what if the patient as an appointment to the doctors cause they do a lot of them a appointments maybe three times a week it tracks you to the appointments to a lot of them are not happy a bout this and they also have to do this an a portal to confirm or approve hours if the never used a computer because they are from another country and are not computer savvy if they don’t use it the state terminates there program thats not right they kick them right off the help program….it’s gonna cause a lot of problem this system
Creator of HHAeXchange needs to hurry up, get it together, get with it and fix this TERRIBLE app. After every update HHAeXchange just seems to gets worse and worse. After this new “update” it now says that my login info is invalid. If you’re going to create an app, especially for job companies to use, THEN DO IT RIGHT. Because HHAeXchange is complete GARBAGE! I’d give no stars at all if that was an option.
Haven’t been able to log in or one time without having to uninstall or log out to find member. Sometimes detects my location further than I really am. Can we please go back to vesta, can’t even clock in 3 mins early and have it say it’s pending approval? Am I not going to get paid or what?
Same review as the other one. Will not store member data, none of the features work properly.
Says there is an update, but there isn’t.
Typical frustration working with agencies employed by the State……they get their money first, the disabled person gets what’s left, and the caretaker gets this bul*#&t app to work with.
Extremely frustrating how HHAeXchange doesn’t work unless you delete it and re-install it. A I don’t have the time B the service is horrible in the area I need it to be having to re-install it and C my data is being wasted on HHAeXchange!
HHAeXchange deletes my schedule every day. I have to uninstall and redownload every day. In addition I have to do the recertification every day. HHAeXchange is horrible to say the least. 1 star review is rating HHAeXchange too high.
I really wish my company didn’t switch to this EVV app.
It logs me out continuously, it gets rid of my schedule, I have to log in and exit HHAeXchange several times to get it to load properly, and even then it takes a really long time to load so by the time I have to clock in or out I am late for my scheduled clock in/out times, the GPS is freakin broken it says I’m like 2,000 miles away from the patient’s home even though I am at the patient’s home.
I kinda feel bad about complaining about Vesta now, I lowkey miss it 😭😭😭 at least it was more functional than HHAeXchange.
So my agency thinks it’s the providers who are using HHAeXchange incorrectly but HHAeXchange is severely malfunctioning. At one point HHAeXchange was working fine and the client Info Populated and I could easily punch in and out. Then came HHAeXchange update. After the update, HHAeXchange doesn’t remember a punch in and you end up with 20 active visits. The only way I have found to be able to punch in and out, I have to uninstall HHAeXchange every time I get ready to punch in or punch out. The developers for HHAeXchange need to be fired.
The company as well as HHAeXchange have major glitches and personality issues! They spend more time trying to get on the” same page” then they need to. HHAeXchange at least doesn’t gossip about coworkers and clients. But it does lie about clock in times and clock out times so it’s just as bad. Not to mention how badly cryptic both are HHAeXchange just like it’s outreach.
The agency I work for was using vesta then they got me and all the workers to start using HHAeXchange. I hate it with a passion… every day it’s the same problem I clock in but when I have to clock out. I have to clock in again. What’s worse is that I didn’t got pay the hours I work. Y’all gonna tell me I work 3 hours one day and the next day I work 5 hours.
HHAeXchange is HORRIBLE!!! I have to delete HHAeXchange each day to clock in and reinstall HHAeXchange each day in order to clock out ! It is very frustrating and a hard process and very time consuming because HHAeXchange erases all of the data of the member and all of my data each time.
I have to uninstall and reinstall HHAeXchange literally every time I need to clock in and out of every shift. For some reason HHAeXchange doesn’t keep my schedule saved every since the update and the only way to re-retrieve my schedule is to uninstall HHAeXchange and reinstall it all over again.
It’s been a week since the last update. It was working for me prior to this. Now it only works if I delete HHAeXchange and redownload it every time. That means twice a day. How annoying. Please figure out the problem and fix it!
HHAeXchange is completely garbage keeps freezing can’t clock in and out correctly. It also keeps freezing every time I try and clock in or out. Doesn’t let me do my 2nd shift apparently it says it needs to be verified or something like that.
HHAeXchange keeps saying I’m more than 4000 feet from where I actually am. My agency says the state required them to change to this company from VisitClock as people were scamming and not where they were supposed to be. HHAeXchange is a joke and does not work at all. I just call my times into the office for them to manually put in which totally negates the reason they switched companies. That’s your government tax dollars at work.
If I could give HHAeXchange zero stars I would it truly is terrible. It seems like I need to update every other week and now I have the updated version and it’s STILL NOT LETTING ME LOGIN. So annoying I really don’t like HHAeXchange. Then when you call customer support they won’t even answer the phone for hours and the call back takes long too! It truly is terrible
After the couple of updates HHAeXchange finally was beginning to work but now after this last update I logged in and all the scheduled visits were gone and the members were gone as well.
So I deleted HHAeXchange and reinstalled again, the visits came back and the members as well. Then after a couple of hours I logged back in just to make sure it was still working and nope, the visits and members were gone again. So now I'm having to delete and reinstall HHAeXchange just so I can clock in and out which is beyond frustrating...
NOTHING works, gps it’s all over the place it says I’m not even close to my client. The time is ahead for 1-2 hours I clock in at 8 am and it marks 9-10 am depending on idk what.
Sometimes you log in and it doesn’t let you clock in or clock out until the apps wants to “work”. I’m frustrated, I have done everything they tell me and it doesn’t work!
THIS PORTAL IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS AND NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN UNTIL ALL THE BUGS & VIRUSES ARE HANDLED PROPERLY!!! IF NOT, THEN PLEASE GET SOMEONE ADEQUATELY TRAINED TO BREAK THE SYSTEM DOWN AND REBOOT OR REBUILD IT!!!! I’ve been an employee of ………. for a little over year and our company has been using HHAeXchange for JUST a couple of months. I’ve heard my employers voice more in the past month and 11 days than when I actually started there. 🤦🏾♂️
HHAeXchange has major problems. I can’t believe they have state-government contracts. There are so so many compliance issues. It won’t let employees clock in and out. The visits often say pending approval and don’t ever show up on the employer side. It is a total and utter mess.
HHAeXchange once it finally started working only worked for about 3 weeks. It never got my location right with its gps. Now I can’t even open HHAeXchange , it just shows to blue screen for a second then disappears. I understand that there may be issues at times but first we couldn’t use it for over a month and now it only worked for 3 weeks and is on the blitz again. This is horrible! I give it no stars.
HHAeXchange is beyond frustrating and useless! I would have given it zero stars if that was an option. It glitches when logging in so you have to enter your login info twice and visits have disappeared. Vesta is way more user friendly and you don’t have to update HHAeXchange every week.
I have not had any problems with HHAeXchange until they updated their version three days ago. Now I get repeated messages that I am not logged into Internet service Therefore, I cannot login and record my time. It tells me to establish an Internet connection and try to login again. Well, everything in my house and all the other apps on my phone have no problem & are logged in to internet so it’s working fine. It is only HHAeXchange that cannot seem log on after their version update!! And yes, I have deleted it and reinstalled three times and it makes no difference.
This is the worst app ever! First off you can’t even use it with your cell service! So like every other app on the planet will run using my Verizon unlimited cell service BUT THIS ONE! So I actually had to pay to have WiFi put in the clients home so I would be able to use HHAeXchange. Also bought a new phone and still the same problem. Then today I couldn’t log in cause it continually said I had to internet connection! With not only full service bars and full WiFi bars it says no connection. Restarted my phone, WiFi box and everything several times and still getting the same message!
HHAeXchange is complete garbage. It rarely works like it’s intended. It’s extremely inconvenient that it doesn’t respond. I cannot believe that states are relying on HHAeXchange in order to track Medicaid visits. HHAeXchange crashes often it doesn’t respond to tap. You must sign out and sign in multiple times in order for HHAeXchange to respond. I haven’t used an app with so many issues in the last 10 to 15 years. this should have never made it out of its beta testing phase let alone be relied on to track and record visits in real time. If I could give it zero stars, it would be -5 stars that’s how bad it is.
If the state and or private company that makes money off MY LICENSE wants to track my location for clocking in/out then they should provide me with a personal phone. I pay the bill and TAXES for this phone/services. It’s mine. I shouldn’t have to use it to save the state and or private company money.
After HHAeXchange finally got my schedule in and kept it in, I was happy that I was able to clock in and out. The GPS has never worked though. It shows me to be over 4,000 feet away. After the last update was installed, everything disappeared. So, I have to call my coordinator at least 2 or 3 times a week to give my hours. Today she called me as half my hours had disappeared on her end after I’ve given them to them twice.
Yes, I’ve called IT and I understand they are probably overloaded with problems like mine but they could at least return my VOICEMAILS and tell me approximately when they may get back to me. Needless to say, I’m very frustrated!!!!!! Oh, I actually rate HHAeXchange less than a star. I think they went live before they were ready. They need to reload mine at least.
This is the worst app I have ever used Vesta is so much better. The system doesn’t work at all. I have so many issues with this system from it showing that I am not in the area. I take pictures of my client Every day for my records because HHAeXchange is always saying something different. The company I work for should go back to the old system, other companies complain about it if I could I would give it 0 stars,
HHAeXchange system is such a pain in the rear. All my visits disappeared. And yes, I did everything correctly. I’ve had to uninstall and reinstall the whole app while I was at the patients house just to get it to let me log in. I work with pediatrics so you can imagine how difficult that was. These hassles are going to make providers not want to work with these populations. Maybe HHS should have made sure these EVV’s were more reliable before rolling it out.
It absolutely ridiculous that we have to use HHAeXchange in the first place because of the new mandated Texas law. Just another thing to have to document, regardless on top of having to keep a timely schedule for home health HHAeXchange hardly ever works especially in rural areas, where they say “it’s supposed to work offline” it doesn’t. Now it just crashes every time I go to log in after the new update.

I can’t even register 3 activation codes and each one is in valid. I am entering my correct information but it is saying my personal information is incorrect.
HHAeXchange needs to mask confidential information or lawsuit coming soon or later.
HHAeXchange is not user friendly, specifically with many labels of caregivers. Most functionality not working probably
I keep getting emails saying that I need to update HHAeXchange when it’s already updated. HHAeXchange is so buggy and doesn’t show up any schedules. Please fix HHAeXchange.
Most unreliable app! Does not work. Does not contain any of the information needed to clock in or put and getting help from provider and app specialist is impossible! This is ridiculous !
I’m not even sure if I clocked in since there’s no sign of the visit I’m sure I clock in for. So I did it again and it said I have 4 visits in progress??? Where??? How can I see my visits?? How do I clock out??

HHAeXchange does not work at all. I can’t see the patient that I have and after clocking in when it’s time to clock out I can’t see the patients name and it looks as if I am clocking in again and then clocking out soon after. HHAeXchange is JUNK!!!

Very difficult to log in. Multiple emails advise to remove app and reload. It doesn’t solve problem of not being able to log in.
Spent all last week setting everything up to go live on the second. Monday comes around and HHAeXchange won’t work and the access code keeps saying it’s invalid. What a pain!

HHAeXchange is a HOT MESS! Since the newest update I have to delete and reinstall to clock in. Then to clock out i have to delete and reinstall again. My company says this a trial run. The maker of HHAeXchange is failing horribly. I mean did they not do quality and assurance check before the roll out? In any event I hope my agency out of Houston Tx (I’m going to leave it there) goes back to Vesta. The software is ancient as heck. But at least it worked consistently. Like they old saying goes, “If it ain’t broke don’t fix it”. My rating 1/10 or 1 star.
Have been asked to go do it, don’t go, get back in, new app now outdated. Several times told to use, then do t use. Several times told to download updated up. Loaded all data and then told not to use it. Go back to Vesta. I’m so confused, not going to try again until we’ve been told it actually works. Now being told to use Vesta and the newly updated app to put hours in both apps. What a mess. Lesson learned. IT group needs to properly vet HHAeXchange and functionality before rolling it out to real

Can’t even clock in and clock out! How the heck am I going to get my hours!? I let my agency know about it and they told me that my account shows up activated and when I login to my account it says my connection(s) were deactivated. Seriously, what am I supposed to do now!?
HHAeXchange is ridiculous. I have to delete HHAeXchange just to clock in and out, because it’s showing that I’m not scheduled for the day. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend. The updates for HHAeXchange is a waste of time, because it doesn’t work.
Since I installed HHAeXchange , never worked, no matter how many times I deleted and reinstalled it, never worked, no scheduled appearance and unable to checkin/ Out. I hope they come up with something else.
This System is the WORST!! It’s always having issues. I can never clock in and out correctly… Doesn’t show all the detailed information as it should. We try to review something it crashes.
I have installed and uninstalled HHAeXchange time after time and it still want open. This the second week and it still don’t work. The company should have stayed with there prior service.
HHAeXchange was working the first week I tried it the second week needed to update and I did n now every time I try to clock in I found out I need to delete it and re download it for me to clock in and out..so sad please fix this

They don’t even schedule the right times on HHAeXchange and it doesn’t show how many hours you worked in the day HHAeXchange is not helpful.
it’s not working as it should, no one to call and get help. Second day in a row it’s not working. I wish the state would have left us on the previous app. My employees never had these issues with the previous app. SMH.
