Hi, I am a provider for Alegre Home Health Care. I downloaded the HHaexchange+ on September 28, 2023 and no one in this company cannot figure out why I cannot connect to Alegre Home Health care. I created my user name and password and I never received an email or text to verify my information. Once singing into the app I get as far as choosing my language and then I choose the option for the EVV which I get over the phone from my employer it starts with two capital letters and five numbers. I enter that number then it takes me to the next page which says to enter my first name, last name, last four of my ss#, and phone number, then I click save and i get this error message at the top of the page in red stated my information in * (highlighted in red) is not correct or it could be phone ID which super long. So I'm not sure what else to do. I'm San Antonio, TX.

This app is a HOT MESS! Since the newest update I have to delete and reinstall to clock in. Then to clock out i have to delete and reinstall again. My company says this a trial run. The maker of this app is failing horribly. I mean did they not do quality and assurance check before the roll out? In any event I hope my agency out of Houston Tx (I’m going to leave it there) goes back to Vesta. The software is ancient as heck. But at least it worked consistently. Like they old saying goes, “If it ain’t broke don’t fix it”. My rating 1/10 or 1 star.

Have been asked to go do it, don’t go, get back in, new app now outdated. Several times told to use, then do t use. Several times told to download updated up. Loaded all data and then told not to use it. Go back to Vesta. I’m so confused, not going to try again until we’ve been told it actually works. Now being told to use Vesta and the newly updated app to put hours in both apps. What a mess. Lesson learned. IT group needs to properly vet the app and functionality before rolling it out to real
Users. Do testing first.

The app or my company’s switch over to the app or both is badly broken. I am too exhausted trying to figure out how to make it work in some half-baked fashion or another to go over all the issues, but basically nothing works right
