Hi, I am a provider for Alegre Home Health Care. I downloaded the HHaexchange+ on September 28, 2023 and no one in this company cannot figure out why I cannot connect to Alegre Home Health care. I created my user name and password and I never received an email or text to verify my information. Once singing into the app I get as far as choosing my language and then I choose the option for the EVV which I get over the phone from my employer it starts with two capital letters and five numbers. I enter that number then it takes me to the next page which says to enter my first name, last name, last four of my ss#, and phone number, then I click save and i get this error message at the top of the page in red stated my information in * (highlighted in red) is not correct or it could be phone ID which super long. So I'm not sure what else to do. I'm San Antonio, TX.

Not working properly and expose confidential information

The app needs to mask confidential information or lawsuit coming soon or later. The app is not user friendly, specifically with many labels of caregivers. Most functionality not working probably

Horrible

This app does not work at all. I can’t see the patient that I have and after clocking in when it’s time to clock out I can’t see the patients name and it looks as if I am clocking in again and then clocking out soon after. This app is JUNK!!!

Access management difficult

Very difficult to log in. Multiple emails advise to remove app and reload. It doesn’t solve problem of not being able to log in.
