What the heck is going on with the TSSP? There seem to be many problems with trying to use it. I just learned a few days ago that all of the historical data prior to the date the "improvements" were made were lost. Is this true?
My rollover check payment I received early July was issued to the wrong Financial Institution. I called TSP on July 7, 2022 to report this issue and request for the check to be re-issued to the right Financial Institution. I have spoken to countless Representatives and 2 Supervisors and to this date, my issue has not been resolved! I have been given the run around and I don’t have anymore time until my own Financial Institution will start to penalize me which I explained to the Supervisors I had spoken to. Can someone please handle this and release my funds by reissuing the check to the right Financial Institution FBO Corazon DeJesus!!!!
I requested a general purpose loan from my TSP account. I initiated inputting the data information for my request on 13 Jul and the loan was processed and approved on 14 Jul. I was sent an email stating my loan funds would be issued on 18 Jul, but it is now Jul 25 and I still have not received my loan funds in my account via direct deposit as requested. I am afraid there my be some criminal activity going on with my TSP account and its funds.
In the beginning of May I started a partial direct rollover distribution of $39,000 and requested TSP send the money to my financial institution. My financial institution return the check back to me. On June 10th I return the Treasury check back to TSP in Birmingham Al and requested that they should stop payment and deposit the money back to my account. TSP never deposited the money back to my account and and stop pay interest for the $39,000 which they have on their control. I wrote to; TSP Board executive Director Mr. Ravindra A Deo, MS Susanne Tosini, COO Board and Deputy Director, MS Susan Crowder, TSP Chief Financial Officer, Mr Lee Jones, TSP Assistant General Counsel, MS Kimberly Weaver TSP Director of External Affairs and requested their help to instruct TSP unit in Birmingham to deposit my money back to my account and start paying interest. As of today I did not never receive any response or any assistance. When I call the Thritline I have to stay on the phone for several hours and I am been transferring from operator to operator and never able to discuss my case with anyone from TSP. THE ONLY THING I WANT IS TSP TO DEPOSIT MY $39,007.60 TO MY TSP ACCOUNT AND START PAYING INTEREST. IS ANYONE OUT THERE WHICH ABLE TO PROVIDE ANY HELP?
Spent over an hour on hold to talk to a representative who then transfers me to the loan department and twice I have spent over two hours on hold waiting for someone to answer. Really do not feel good about the lack of customer service, accountability, or transparency with Accenture. Should have left TSP alone, and have had no issues with TSP until Accenture took over the contract. Clearly, Accenture bit off more than they could chew with TSP. TSP wasn't broken until Accenture entered the picture.
I am a Federal retiree receiving monthly distributions from TSP. For the last few years I have also received partial distributions and used the money to make home improvements. I have received these partial distributions though online requests without a problem. This years, the system told me that a needed to contact a representative to process the request. Twice now, i have called at 5:00 PDS (my time). been put on hold for an hour or more, then told that I needed to call them on a telephone line that was NOT my phone of record or have Call Waiting feature to secure my identity. I have asked if their system recognized that I was calling them from my phone number of record--it does not. My credit card company recognizes my phone number, so does my bank. Why do I need to upgrade my technology when TSP could upgrade theirs for all of the participants. So, I have been put on hold for another hour or so to go through the same automated hoops. MY funds are being held hostage by the lack of available technology by TSP. This is unacceptable.
I have sent a rollover check for deposit well over 2 weeks ago. I sent this by certified mail. It was received by TSP on 6/10/22 but is NOT deposited into my account yet. What is the delay??? I have been trying to call the TSP customer service line with no avail and emailing daily. How long is this going to take? At this point, I am considering stopping payment to the check and investing this money elsewhere. Please answer... Thank you
