How many new apps do you have to put up out there that always do not work?
Security and safety should be a bank institution should have for your customers. If your app doesn’t work yet do not advertise and make it available to your customers!
VYBE does not recognize the OTP making it impossible to access it. This also happened when you relaunched a new version of BPI banking app months ago!
I doubt that VYBE is secure enough to be trusted. Our data will be easily breached.

for almost a year of trying to register in this garbage app, i still cannot log in.

Theres an error. It says an input is invalid. I tried many times.

it just go to a blank screen when using forgot PIN..fix it !!!!!!!!!

I got hacked and now i cannot even log in! For a preferred client, this is such a big failure! You gotta figure something out!

Interface is ugly. Can use an update. It always uses the passcode even if biometrics is enabled. Why is that?

Review same as the previous review. Able to download app but stopped working, it froze.

I got all this congratulatory message after signing up and when i attempted logging in for the first time, it says that my “account is locked.”

What happened? What’s going on?

Did troubleshooting but still can’t login.

I just hope that my credentials and login info are safe. That’s all i can say.

It was ok before but now I can’t even see details of my reward points. It keeps on loading.

Tried to login with BPI login info. Fail. “Sorry Unable to process your request… etc etc. BPI, please do better. This is frustrating and you’re embarrassing.

I just downloaded VYBE 2 months ago to try and manage my account, but for 2 months I have seen nothing but “Sorry, we are unable to process your request at this time”, at this point, will it ever get processed? There isn’t even a way to access this through the browser so it’s definitely useless.

I was able to register and log in once. Now it gets stuck on the logo screen. Practically useless

Is there any update with VYBE? The contact support for this doesn’t even respond to email. How come a bank advertises an app that is not functional? This should be not allowed as this may be a source of information theft.

I downloaded VYBE . Tried to create an account by signing-in with my BPI account. Got an OTP and entered it but it didn’t go through with the error message ‘The input is invalid’. I tried it several times. I should have given VYBE a big fat ‘ZERO’ star!

After changing my BPI Online contact number. I uninstalled/ reinstalled VYBE hoping to update my BPI this app contact number to my new contact number. Now, I can’t open it anymore saying “Member already Exists”. Now I can’t access my funds and rewards in the this app app.

I’ve downloaded the BPI this app app, but it consistently crashes whenever I attempt to log in or sign up and also if you will report the issue they will not let you send a message unless it is at least a thousand characters.

When you press login, you’re given a 502 Bad Gateway. When you press, Contact, it just keeps loading. VYBE is unusable. Seemed like you just did a hybrid app and extends your browser view in here, and so you’re dependent on the availability of the web server. Bad design, bad UX.

Can’t even register and always “unable to process”. Tried to register several times. Even the customer service for this bank are also utterly useless. The line is always busy and it seems like they don’t want to accommodate your calls / concern.

I’ve downloaded VYBE back in November with no success of logging in. Always “Unable to process at this time, try again.” Went to BPI and reported issues of not being able to log in on VYBE , case was forwarded to tech department, issue was acknowledged but was not addressed/fixed. VYBE is pure garbage/useless!!!

Won’t allow me to enter in my OTP so I cannot log in.
