My Vybe account is still linked to my old number, and I can’t log in because it says ‘Invalid Account.’ I need my registered mobile number updated.

Hi BPI Team, i recently transacted 114 pesos to my gcash account however I didn't receive the amount.
I made a cash transfer to Maya early this afternoon around 1pm for 500 pesos but haven't received it in my Maya yet.I chatted with AI Ellen but Im hesitant to continue because at the latter part it's asking me to fill out a form including my CC number, cc and expiry date. I'm doubtful if that is necessary

Your bank app is always an issue

How many new apps do you have to put up out there that always do not work?
Security and safety should be a bank institution should have for your customers. If your app doesn’t work yet do not advertise and make it available to your customers!
This app does not recognize the OTP making it impossible to access it. This also happened when you relaunched a new version of BPI banking app months ago!
I doubt that this app is secure enough to be trusted. Our data will be easily breached.
Always Unable to Process

I just downloaded this app 2 months ago to try and manage my account, but for 2 months I have seen nothing but “Sorry, we are unable to process your request at this time”, at this point, will it ever get processed? There isn’t even a way to access this through the browser so it’s definitely useless.
Useless App

I’ve downloaded this app back in November with no success of logging in. Always “Unable to process at this time, try again.” Went to BPI and reported issues of not being able to log in on the app, case was forwarded to tech department, issue was acknowledged but was not addressed/fixed. This app is pure garbage/useless!!!
