Placed an order on 2 July for 2 shirts. Had to download OUKU just to track the order which means signing up for an account. All responses are in German so I emailed Customer Service today, 7 July, to get a status. That response was also in German so I had to use Google Translate to view it.

I would say the response didn’t take long, probably less than an hour, but basically stated it was still being processed and the order wouldn’t arrive until 29 July. So basically to process, ship and the expected arrival date could take 4 weeks but “it could arrive sooner.” Mind you this was for 2 shirts only.

Personally having to download OUKU to track the order, responses in German and 4 weeks from start to finish tells me this is a new company and/or few employees to process orders. If I wrong, then I don’t understand why it takes twice as long to receive 2 shirts from Germany than if I place an order from another merchant that ships from China.

I still need to rate the product once it arrives, but this app needs to do much better! I wouldn’t doubt the shirts are made in China. This may be the only reason why it takes so long to arrive - arrives in Germany before shipping out again. Too many unknowns at this point to order from this app again.

When trying to track my order, I first must download an app, then after opening OUKU , I can never find my order or even an area on OUKU to inquire about order status! Very poorly designed site and no contact phone number nor email address available to contact customer service.

Quality of product purchased is good value for price paid, so I ordered 3 more.

I placed an order.. Paid, and Never Received Order. After attempting Several Times to Reach someone, I was finally able to get a response.

I was informed that I will receive my $155 refund.. However, months later I have not received anything yet!!!

Very Disappointing and Truly NOT HAPPY with this EXPERIENCE!!!

I wish I could post a picture in my review. What I ordered vs. what I received is laughable. I ordered a white linen shirt with some patterns and what I received was not linen and the pattern was the cheapest looking thing i’ve ever seen. This is basically a meme of “what I ordered” vs. “what I received”. Also return shipping to Singapore is more than the cost of the item so they try to give you a store credit. Stay away!

Better make sure you want the item cuz to return it you have to have a degree in international shipping and customs. It’s seriously the worst process on the planet. The clothes we ordered were the cheapest clothes I’ve ever seen. Super thin fabrics. Didn’t fit at all not true to size. It’s a huge disappointment.

They lie on their site about coupon codes and shipping prices and it was SO sketch I feel like they just stole all my information and I’m going to get garbage in the mail (IF anything!). The fact that I just paid FIFTY dollars for shipping after being *promised* by their site and then alll throughout the whole shopping transaction process that shipping was FREE… man. I have already contacted their “customer service” twice in-app and gotten no assistance or response.

If you go on return policy and check what they say!
Well I’m trying to return and get refund and they refuse haha they want me to pay shipping cost to Asia which is more than actual shirts I’ve bought!
It’s no really problem I called bank and said it was fraudulent website and I’ve got my money back, giving anyone heads-up before decide to make purchases here!
And quality of shirts are worthless cheap sintetíc material that’s reason for return!

Vibrant Colors, Great fit and Quality. Holiday Stuff is Perfect. I’m an RN and plan to wear with my Scrubs at work. You guys are Great!!!! Cut down that shipping cost and you will sell Enormous amounts. That always makes people pause……

First time using this company so I wasn’t sure what to expect but the shirts look and fit great. Shipping was slower than normal but it was within the time frame they said it would be here. I’ll be shopping here again

I didnt have high hopes for these online shorts but they were true to the picture and when I tried them on love the fit and the look and ordered 3 more pair

I cannot stop shopping at there site they have the most beautiful clothing on their site with great discounts, I have made 13 orders and have not been disappointed, I am very happy what I’ve purchased and have no complaints. Thanks this app
