Placed an order on 2 July for 2 shirts. Had to download the app just to track the order which means signing up for an account. All responses are in German so I emailed Customer Service today, 7 July, to get a status. That response was also in German so I had to use Google Translate to view it.
I would say the response didn’t take long, probably less than an hour, but basically stated it was still being processed and the order wouldn’t arrive until 29 July. So basically to process, ship and the expected arrival date could take 4 weeks but “it could arrive sooner.” Mind you this was for 2 shirts only.
Personally having to download the app to track the order, responses in German and 4 weeks from start to finish tells me this is a new company and/or few employees to process orders. If I wrong, then I don’t understand why it takes twice as long to receive 2 shirts from Germany than if I place an order from another merchant that ships from China.
I still need to rate the product once it arrives, but OUKU needs to do much better! I wouldn’t doubt the shirts are made in China. This may be the only reason why it takes so long to arrive - arrives in Germany before shipping out again. Too many unknowns at this point to order from OUKU again.

They lie on their site about coupon codes and shipping prices and it was SO sketch I feel like they just stole all my information and I’m going to get garbage in the mail (IF anything!). The fact that I just paid FIFTY dollars for shipping after being *promised* by their site and then alll throughout the whole shopping transaction process that shipping was FREE… man. I have already contacted their “customer service” twice in-app and gotten no assistance or response.

Well I’m trying to return and get refund and they refuse haha they want me to pay shipping cost to Asia which is more than actual shirts I’ve bought!
It’s no really problem I called bank and said it was fraudulent website and I’ve got my money back, giving anyone heads-up before decide to make purchases here!
And quality of shirts are worthless cheap sintetíc material that’s reason for return!
