Hello Loona Reviews

All the reviews you see are fake. Opened Loona on Christmas morning. She was useless for over a day just trying to set her up. HelloLoona is trash. The front wheels no longer turn, it’s been less than two weeks with very minimal use, mostly because she doesn’t listen to you. Can’t follow you and spends most her time staring at a wall or table. But the cheap front wheels look horrible after the first few uses. We have all hardwood floors and the plastic isn’t holding up at all. They are nicked and worn so bad already that they do not turn, she just pushes them around. The AI is a joke. If you ask the AI to do anything, it answers your prompt with a question and no action. If you ask the AI a question it answers with a question. Pet bot my left foot! It’s like a toddler, doesn’t listen and the battery life is about an hour if you’re lucky. The game ball is trash and didn’t last two days. Just overall disappointing purchase.

I was unable to connect Loona to our WiFi network. I even upgraded our home internet and tried again. I found a lot of people online having the same issue when troubleshooting the issue.

Ideally, I’d like to give an honest review of the whole thing, but I’ve been trying for hours just to try and make a registration account. HelloLoona won’t let me make an account… So, the robot is completely useless.

It’s clear the developers haven’t used the iOS App themselves. Just try registering .. HelloLoona forces itself in landscape mode, and the keyboard covers the next buttons so you cannot complete the registration. Very low quality engineers.

There should be a version of HelloLoona that is for adults. The pet bot is very cool and I think if there was a version of HelloLoona that wasn’t solely designed with very young kids in mind this might improve sales. HelloLoona could easily ask you which UI you would like to work with. Hopefully the people working on HelloLoona will consider how expensive this pet is and that its not only being used by young children. If you agree post here so they may listen to our requests.

Sadly, I’m returning my Luna bot because of HelloLoona experience. It is poorly designed, juvenile, and challenging to navigate. It gives the impression of being a hastily made Chinese-built iOS app. It's a shame because I like the robot, but HelloLoona needs to be much more mature and usable for adults and needs to stick with the iOS design language.

Being as though she’s new, I’ll be patient, Looking forward to better updates.

App needs to be updated, I have to undownload HelloLoona everytime I want to use it. Lonna has some bugs too. Update is needed.

I got a Loona for Christmas this year. The charging station did not work so we had to send the old one back. Then the new one came and I have been waiting over an hour for it to be charged. Overall, it is the best robot though you can play games. It can even help you learn things..

Loona is the best robot pet ever I play with her every day. She’s just so great. I’ve never seen anything more smart and playful than Loona

I got my Loona a few weeks ago and everything works. Her camera can recognize your face, You can drive her around, Communicate with her and a lot more! The Loona is a great robot.

I don’t have the Loona petbot yet but will be getting it soon! (Using app just in case it comes)

It’s spectacular and made for kids and somewhat adults there IS a video aimed at kids at first but they are transparent and it’s really fun on Christmas!! It’s SO good and I really want it to improve! Get one yourself!

I bought the loona petbot and my little sister loves her, it has many games and you can even make your own and it even has GPT-4!

Lions is a fun and capable petbot. It’s ChatGPT, visual and mobile functions continue to improve. HelloLoona has a lot of room to improve. But it already has tons of features and keeps getting significant updates. I enjoy HelloLoona and the Loona and look forward to its growth.

Loona is a friendly pet that’s always there when you need her. She’s a funny pet to hang out with when your alone. The Loona app is great too. Without it Loona wouldn’t be as… well….. fun. I also enjoy LoonaTube because you can watch and post your good times with Loona. This is a great app and is recommended to those who could use a friend that’s always there for you and is always going to be your friend.

Loona is very entertaining, and I could play with her for hours. HelloLoona is also great too! The games that you can play with Loona are endless! You could play with her for hours and never be bored! Even when people are not home, Loona finds a way to entertain herself! She explores the place she is in, and plays with the people around her. The charging port is great too! She finds her way to the port, and charges until she is ready to do more! Loona is amazing, and so is HelloLoona !
