the upgrades are way too expensive to possibly achieve in one level without buying add-ons. It seems a bit unfair to those who can't possibly afford to pay to win. That being said, it improved significantly after the update! It's no longer impossible to keep up with the customers, but you do earn less hearts each level than you used to.

Edit: I previously gave this 4 stars, but now I give it 1. At a certain level (level 5, I think) you have to start using hearts in order to upgrade the tables and characters, which is absolutely ridiculous as you only earn 2 hearts each round (it used to be 3!). If you have to pay in hearts, then the characters should be giving you more hearts when you upgrade so it doesn't take 80 years to upgrade ONE (20 rounds per table to be exact, less if you earn hearts spinning the wheel). Please stop trying to make people pay to progress in your game, it's fun and incredibly enjoyable- but at times it's hard to keep up with customers and earn enough to upgrade anything when you can't afford the ridiculous upgrade prices. And there's no point in leveling up because the rewards you get are quite literally nothing compared to what you need to upgrade things. Please fix this, it's my favorite game 😥

To be completely honest, I really expected this game to be fun, cute, and a little challenging... and don't get me wrong, it IS cute! But as for challenging, it takes that to a whole new level. I found it practically impossible to play the levels without the majority of the customers leaving extremely disappointed, as my character was far to slow to be able to reasonably serve all the customers in time. Its practically impossible! I did try grinding the levels over and over again to be able to have enough money to upgrade my character, thus making it supposedly faster, but it really takes way too long to get currency by playing. All in all, a cute game but rather disappointing, though I'm sure those that don't mind repeating levels over and over again with only slight gain each time will enjoy this game.

I used to love this game and recently downloaded it again and have been enjoying it for the past few months up until about a week ago when it froze up and hasn’t allowed me to play at all since. I’ve tried closing out and refreshing it with no luck. For the past ten days or so all I get it the stuff it usually shows you after finishing a round of the game with absolutley no option to start another round or upgrade the characters or anything. I would love if this was fixed so I could play again because so far I’ve had no luck getting the game started again. :(

I liked the old version of this game, where you sit then down, then you prepared there food and brought it out to them, and then you would drag them to the bathroom, and you could decorate you place how you wanted! I remember when the entire game wasn't made to make you have to pay money. I remember when the game was acctuly fun and peaceful. I remember when I was a kid.
Because apparently with all these updates, all you have done is down graded the game into something that is barely worth playing with out paying. You have made this a demo wich you must go back in time to play the full version. You have disappointed me, and everyone else who remembers playing this game as a young kid.

Years ago I downloaded this game and loved it so much. The way you could customize your cafe and have the characters make the food themselves made the game enchanting and fun. Now I remember why I kept on deleting this game after I downloaded it over and over again. Now you can’t make the cafe feel like your own and without the character having to make the food this game is starting to feel like every other cooking game in the AppStore. Don’t get me wrong, this game is still very charming and enjoyable, but without those key details the game seems like it is lacking something that could really make it special. I don’t want to give up on this game and I hope the developers will take into consideration what I am saying.

I’ve been playing this game for the longest time, I got a new phone and re downloaded HelloKittyCafe but when I went in HelloKittyCafe there’s a new update that I don’t like, I miss the old one where you can make food for the people just placing people to tables where food is already done is kinda boring, I wanted to download the older version but I don’t know how or if that’s even possible and the fact that you can’t decorate the cafe yourself is very irritating I like the new spin update but the coins that pop up randomly make me a bit uncomfortable I don’t have as much options as I used, this update isn’t very pleasing to me and I don’t like it at all.

I downloaded this game last year and I absolutely loved playing it. But up until a couple months ago, my game froze and was stuck on the last round.

I thought it was maybe a problem on my end, so I decided to delete HelloKittyCafe and reinstall it. I lost my progress (I was on day 678 and I maxed out half the characters,, I was an addict,,) and the bug was still there, not letting me go past the end of round 1.

Reading the other reviews, I realize I am not the only one with this problem. I also sent an email but I got no response. I’m not sure if the bug will be fixed or this game will be updated at all, since the last update was 3 years ago, but quite a lot of people still play this game and it would be greatly appreciated if something could be done! This bug practically renders the game useless and unplayable.

When I was younger, I’d play this game on a iPad. You could serve the food from another table to the costumers like in the first photo showed for HelloKittyCafe, also changing the tables and adding decor. Now that I have a iPhone, it’s different. Not in a really bad way though, I can’t customize the cafe like I used to. Is it because I have a phone and not a bigger screen? Or is it an update for Easter? One question I ask is for you guys to tell me what I’m doing wrong. And if it really is an update, can you please bring back the old version of HelloKittyCafe ? One last thing, don’t tell me to talk to some one else. You guys need to tell me directly what is going on just by replying to this because I don’t have time for that stuff, I have work. I’ve been playing this game ((too much)) for a little while since I got it. It’s gotten very hard very fast but I’ve been managing, lol.

But something weird started happening and I wanna know if it’s happened to anyone else; every time Grandpa (Kitty’s grandfather of course :P) comes into the cafe, all the other customers leave, any servers that were actively working are frozen in their serving animation, and any customer that you put with said server is also frozen until you save and quit and restart the game. (Even Grandpa) It’s really weird but also kind of amusing? XD

Other than that, this is a great (almost semi-impossible) game c:

I love this game! It’s very cute and I love to grind, and this game actually rewards you for grinding. However, I’m at stage 7 and every other game or so a very fast tall cat comes in and all the patrons leave. This is fine because I’m assuming that’s what’s supposed to happen as he usually pays 1000+ coins. Except, he usually makes one of my server characters glitch and never stop serving a table, even when a customer is not there. When a customer is there, however, this makes the game not end and I have to save and quit. If he happens to be the character the server glitches on, no other patrons enter the building and he never leaves. It hasn’t effected me too bad, as again I just have to save and quit. But it is annoying. Otherwise great game!

The game is okay, it’s pretty fun to play. You give out orders to the customers and you have to work quickly. The one thing i don’t like is the price of the characters. The price is either way to high or the way to earn heart coins are way to hard. But honestly it’s not that big of a deal because it makes the game more hard and i rather something be difficult and be earned rather then something easy and earned quickly. Other than that the game is very enjoyable. I don’t play games much just because i’m older but this is a good game to play when your bored.

It’s obviously designed to get you to spend money. I get that. It’s a matter of resisting and earning your way slowly. The biggest complain I have is that when you upgrade it doesn’t seem to actually help. Like upgrading to get them to move faster or so the chairs make them more patient don’t seem to work. It would be more rewarding and reinforcing if you felt some degree of success for a bit of time before the make it impossible again. I liked it but I won’t last too long because it’s too frustrating. This is about my third round with this game. It’s cute and fun and mine numbing in a good way but when it’s constantly frustrating with no reprieve then it’s like too much trouble.

I love this game, I used to play it all the time growing up. I forgot all about it when I finally got my own phone, (because I used to play it on my grandfathers) but I randomly searched it up today since I haven’t played it in a while and thought they took it off HelloKittyCafe Store. This game was so addicting really cute to. I only have one problem though, I have a iPhone 12 and when it’s on full screen it doesn’t actually cover my full screen. It’s not that problematic, I don’t mind it. I know this game is old but it could use some updates, since it looks the exact same as when I first started playing. 😶‍🌫️✨

Hello, Hello Kitty Developers. I love your game, and I have a question.

When I was a few years younger, I had this game on a different device. I recently downloaded it again and noticed something different. When I had it when I was younger, instead of sending customers to a table with a specific food, you sent customers to a table and gave them food based on what they wanted. You'd do that by dragging a cake or ice cream from a table in the bottom right corner, but it isn't there anymore! I was wondering if you took it off the game, but I noticed a picture of it in your description of the game. Please answer!

I am 20 years old and love this game. Why?

1. Its difficulty increases by the level, BUT YOU CAN WIN. It is not impossible. I actually see myself finishing this whole game. Yes, its the first one.

2. YOU CAN EARN CHARACTERS, PLACES, CHAIRS, TABLES, EVERYTHING WITH GOOD SKILLS ON THE GAME (you don’t have to put in your money to pass levels)

3. Its difficulty is very loyal to the level you’re at in the game. Im on the levels 50’s.

4. Its for everyone. I’m 20 years old and love this game, but an 7 yr old would too.

5. It barely has any adds. I don't know how they did it, but they did and I LOVE IT.

6. Its very loyal to the whole Hello Kitty world. Many characters that fans love.

7. I can easily play this game for more than 3 horas straight.

8. It isn't repetitive because you have to upgrade the characters skills, chairs, tables, utensils and the difficulty increases, so you’ll have to be smarter and faster about everything.

9. You can win money, tokens and hearts by just following the game’s instructions. You wont need to watch no add or earn them by buying them with your money.

10. It stays the same. It doesn't upgrade or change per week like most games around here..

Please please download it, its worth it!!! Honestly? My favorite game here by now.

This is the best game ever!!! And I have TONS of games. People say that you have to "pay-to-win" but that's not true. My sister does stuff just like this. And boy can it be a tuff job. It gets so crowded in there! And I figured out a way to help you not loose people in your cafe. And believe me when I say this. STAY CALM. No matter what happens, just stay calm. Try to have 3-4 people (animals) serve people. And you may think that the crowd comes in all at once, but it doesn't. It goes the same speed. Maybe it comes in just a little faster, but not much. You just get nervous. And don't upgrade too much. Or It'll be a conundrum for you! And remember, stay calm and have fun!

Hello! I am not new to this game. I had played this game a long time ago with I was little I am 15 now and I’m kinda confused on what has happened to the game. What happened to how it used to be when you had to run over to the costumer take their order and cook the food at the little stations? I really miss that and I hope y’all could bring it back cause I love that it adds more difficulty to the game and know when to be ready for a costumer. Could y’all bring it back like how it used to be pretty please? I just love a good challenge!!!!

So I also had that thing where it was frozen after day 1. I happened to try it with airplane mode on, and it was fine! I’m not sure if it just miraculously worked or if airplane mode really does work. Hope it works for anyone that reads this! So happy to have my childhood game back.

Now the actual game, I liked the version where you bring food to the table better, but I still love this game. I feel like the game was designed to be hard to get characters which I understand, but I wish it would be a little easier. I’m past day 100 and I just got Lala and it was so so so tedious that I even got stressed from all the angry customers and chaos. I know the game wants to make money, but still, after I got Lala, the game was so much easier.

Anyways, thanks so much for this game <3 I really hope you update it and keep it as a working app, I would be so sad if it was gone!!

Hello, I enjoy this game, but it freezes, normally when this happens I just check if my device needs a update, then It works, but I just got it updated before I got this game, and it freezes, it’s so annoying, even when I exit out and re enter the game it just freezes .First it shows me the day reports I had last time I played then it freezes. Please fix this issue as soon as possible, I really enjoy this game, but I can’t even play it with the freezes.

When I was super young, probably around 5-7, I would always play this game on my moms phone. I remember absolutely loving it, I always loved Hello Kitty, and the thought of a Hello Kitty Cafe was amazing to me! Eventually my mom got a new phone and I forgot about the game. Just recently it popped into my head out of nowhere and I was wondering if it was still around. I searched it up and came to find out that it is! I decided to get it and play it and I love it, it gives me such good nostalgia as some of my best memories were from playing this game. The game is still just as amazing and fun as I remembered and I love it.

When the male cat comes in my game keeps freezing. Also I wish there was a way I could use the bad dog cafe but there is a option to customize the cafe. I suppose that isn’t the fault of the developer but the current phone models don’t provide much options for playing video games. I am sure in the future, you’ll be able to play video games on your devices like it was a Nintendo 3D. I wish I could keep this game but once you run out of coins / cash, you either reinstall the game, or you keep playing and collecting hearts. It’s too bad that it gets boring after a while when you buy everything! At that point, there is really nothing to win...

I love this game but when I payed for a purchase it didn't give me what I payed for. And I don't know how to get my money back.
