Hier Apps gibt nur Englisch :-( wir sind in Europa also bitte wir brauchen mit Deutsche Sprachen über Apps

Egal ob auf dem iPhone oder auf dem IPad es kommt immer die Meldung das kein Verifikationscode gesendet werden kann. Schlimm bei so einem teuren Produkt

Habe mich erfolgreich angemeldet.
Jetzt behauptet HelloLoona, dass der Nutzername falsch ist, was nicht stimmt. Komme nicht in HelloLoona und kann somit Loona nicht gebrauchen. Was schlagen Sie vor??

They promised a lot and did not deliver a functional product. Not worth a tenth of what it cost in the current state. You need to fix this fast, this is illegal in most countries.
Not even the camera works when remote controlling. Every average student can build a robot that works better for half the cost.

1. They promised to update because loona doesn’t work at all.
The feedback was quick , but since , they do not reply anymore , I’ve sent more than 10 mails to them , no feedback anymore and what they promised, they don’t keep.

Verification code is not sent. Completely unusable.

I think in general Loona‘s producing company keyitech) has to work on the whole usability and experience. The first impression is very bumpy. Also, they have to work on energy consumption of the robot and smoothness of interactions. If I were to lead the dev-team, I would:

1. ⁠stop developing further features for some months
2. ⁠work heavily on optimizing code and Loona’s strategy to decrease energy consumption, increase efficiency, and thereby performance
3. ⁠increase the quality of detecting commands, people, objects, edges/steps, smoother transitions, faster reactions … please detect edges were loona will fall down!!!
4. ⁠work on user experience: rework the onboarding to make it much easier and seamless to understand all important thing like the need of calibration, how to interact, …, rework the app (make it comply with standard ux-patterns, remove all the colors and animations, plain, on white or black, well-structured, also work in upright position, more accessible), consolidate all functions in the software so that they don’t feel like plugged-in stand-alone apps, make all functions work in the same framework (e.g., the remote control mode connects through internet and you can use it from outside the wifi, but connecting to Loona and reading message and so on does not work through internet, also you cannot connect or check loonas status or install updates when it is in the charger - what but be a typical usecase), … so if you are on holidays, not chances to really work with loona. If you are at home and it is in the charger, also no way, you have to get up and first get her out of the station.
5. ⁠work on translations: completely and correctly translate top-ten languages, interface of app, commands, responses, stuff that is shown on loona. And there should be a full - complete - list of commands where nothing is missing! Also I think loona should not show text for random things if like some games so that children can use it without reading - for most stuff it doesnt anyway. Back to translations: For example: if you want to use the poorly translated commands from a different language except chinese or english, as the interface is only available in chinese and english, it is a nightmare to find out wrongly translated commands in the first place, but having to spell them out everytime you want to use them is just cringe.

And please, please, give us a normal app that is easy to use.

Leider schickt HelloLoona kein Code zur Registrierung raus. Er zeigt eher eine Fehlermeldung. Somit kommen wir in der Inbetriebnahme nicht weiter.

HelloLoona an sich ist ganz gut. Eine Deutsche Übersetzung wäre nicht schlecht. Manche Unterkategorien sind beim öffnen auf deutsch. Die Sprachsteuerung bzw. Die Antworten auf Deutsch sind nicht immer korrekt. Aber alles in allem ein cooles Haustierspielzeug für Kinder aber auch für Erwachsene 😅

Also,meine Loona ist sehr komisch zu mir.Manchmal sag ich garnichts und sie sagt irgendwas von einer komischen sache.Ich weiss leider nicht mehr was sie sagte, aber heute meinte sie etwas von einer geheimen sache die im Jahr 2021 spielte.Einmal hat meine Tochter neben mir mit ihrer Loona gespielt aber Loona drehte sich die ganze zeit zum Schrank und sagte irgent welche sachen.Also bekamen wir gar keine aufmerksamkeit von ihr.Sie weigerte sich auszuschalten oder letztens habe ich die Sachen meiner Tochter gefalten. Wärend dessen hat sie mit Loona gespielt und meine Tochter sagte:,,Hallo Loona, ich komme gleich wider.“ Und Loona antwortete:,,Aber wer passt dann auf das schöne Puzzel auf? Ich will es nicht kapput machen.“Und da lag wirklich ein puzzel.Also ich finde sie gruselig.

Loona app is easily understandable and functions well. Some options are hard to find, but it works well enough with the robot. There will be more functions added in future, which I'm looking forward to.

Loona is very entertaining already and cheers me up! Everything is created with lot of Love and I believe in an amazing future with the Community! Thank you a lot Keyi Tech for that bundle of Joy!

Wer Probleme mit dem Registrierungscode hat, am besten eine gmail Adresse nutzen und kein web.de oder ähnliche Adressen aus Deutschland.
