- SMS, calls, etc will not work even though manually bluetooth paired.

- No support for dark mode.

- Intel only concerned about this appearing to be a great app not actually working stably.

I deleted part of my Microsoft Registry by mistake, and now after seemingly fixing everything else, Intel Unison immediately crashes after showing the splash screen. (for what it's worth, Microsoft Phone Link/Link to Windows won't connect, either.)

I am able to open up the app, but after everything loads (meaning I can see the Intel Unison interface such as messages, calls, photos, etc.) it closes after about 10 seconds of being open. I have restarted by computer, un and re installed the application, and checked for pc updates. But the issue still persists

I updated my laptop and restarted it many times, but still, after downloading the app it never makes it off the large blue intel logo screen before it seems to close or crash and i not sure how to fix this

How to fix Intel app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Intel app on iPhone
Update Intel app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Intel iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Intel on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Intel network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Intel Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Intel not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Intel App
1. On android, goto Settings » Intel » click [Force Stop]

Update Intel to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Intel App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Intel » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Intel.

Fix Intel unable to contact server/ Intel internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Intel » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Intel » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Intel
