I tried the app support link but it just took me to the knowledge base and there nothing there that helps. I had a Roland account which works on their website but it will not let me login with the same information in the app. The app seems nice enough but it will not let me use my Roland account. Update. It finally let me login and I subscribed to their “cloud”. But it will not let me access any of those features. It asks me to subscribe and when I try it says I’m already subscribed. They developer responded at some point and asked to contact them on the website which I already tried doing but their contact form doesn’t work. Update update… the developer asked if I saw a login screen with the link they sent. I did login and to use that form it requires a registered product and there’s nothing in the drop down to choose from and it won’t let me submit the form without that field filled in. I tried to register the product but it doesn’t recognize my model number so I can’t do that either.

Can’t even create an account. When you register your account email they require a sign in at the last step. They say there is no account registered and send you back to the registration screen where the email you used is already registered and therefore no longer available to register an account. Is it to stop people from using the app?

so i really want to learn piano and well i can’t get in the app well i can but when it says that i need to connect my FP-10 it does show up i click on it and it never finishes and i did everything that the app told me to do and i just could not get in so if the developers could help me i would love it.
