When I try to upload songs, it tells me I have no internet. I clearly have internet, why can't I upload it?

Hi. I am having problems publishing music on the composer. Everytime I click on publish after composing a song, it keeps saying, 'Uh-oh! Failed to publish'. I dunno why it keeps doing that.
