I’m overseas and i use Meezan ever since you update Meezan i am unable to login and do transactions a lot of my work is paused because of this stupid service i can’t even contact you because my registered number is in Pakistan i will get rid of this bank next time when i will come pakistan

This is the worst app ever, the bugs are not being fixed at all, and the complaints are not being addressed by the customer care and the problems are not being solved related to Meezan , instead the complaint is being closed without any solution.

They were initially good with old App. Now with new app Sometimes it doesn’t login when it logs in it doesn’t transfer funds at first try. You have to do it again after waiting for a minute.

Okay so the most annoying part of Meezan is that it will simply not recognize my fingerprints. It will take two pictures and it will ask you to bring your hand so close to the camera to the point where the picture will naturally start to get blurry. Then it will take the picture and then you will receive a message “fingerprints scan failed”. Please for God’s sake fix this!

First they forced my download Meezan as they were not letting me login to their old app. Now when i am doing biometric scan. They failed it and asked for cnic scan and for scanning my id the camera software or whatever is it is the worst. Even though i managed to take clear pictures of id with their worst app. They said invalid id. WTH. Who did you hire to make app? Seriously? I am unable to access Meezan for last 2 days. I am definitely switching bank.

Won’t even let you login insist that the credentials are wrong, even though I can use them online and most of the time it just gives you this login page and goes blank.

Just works on fresh install, and never ever works after that. Every time I have to delete Meezan and redownload, seems like some sort of monopoly to the increase the number of app downloads and restricting users to get into their accounts for making transactions!

Meezan is really inconsistent and the face I'd doesn't work most of the times and even if I enter my password it still just loads and loads, overall it's a very poor experience my suggestion would be to work on it and make it stable because as of now it's nowhere near what a good stable "Banking App" should be!

They forced me to download Meezan as they block the old app, first day app was not sending me the OTP, second I got the otp, when I try to open app it’s keep crashing I have tried on my second phone it’s behaving same , now I can’t access to my account and not able to do anything… it’s a disasters bank app I have ever seen or used

I have been very frustrated by Meezan these days. It’s not opening by correct password and not allowing fingerprint and Face ID option. I changed my password after many steps and waiting time and now new password is not working too. Allah puchy tm logon se.. dimagh khrb kr rhy

Can’t login in to Meezan anymore! All my family members are facing the same issue for the last 1 week. When we try to login, we receive “logged in” email but Meezan doesn’t login in!
Clearly the IT people of this app are some random Tom, Dick and Harry on heft salaries!

I am unable to register because the fingerprint verification failed and the alternative verification option, verification through NIC, is broken. As others on here have reported, Meezan flags your NIC as invalid, irregardless of whether it's valid or not. PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM IN THE NEXT UPDATE, I'd be more than happy to change my review.

Im an RDA account holder. Transfer from Current to Savings Fails. It only works when done through the website. Huge inconvenience what’s the point of Meezan if we can’t perform basic functions

The latest version says live photo bug fixed, but I just downloaded it and tried it again and it’s still not fixed. I am an international customer and trying to use Meezan for a few weeks but this live photo doesn’t allow me to move forward because there is no button to capture the live photo.
Also, this restriction of using it internationally or locally should be removed. It should be one login whether it’s an international customer or a local customer, why there is a difference.

More functionality, better look and feel but very buggy. FaceID doesn’t work all the time. Logging in even with the password is a problem.

You guys have the same interface in the new app at least add some features and also while logging in you have to wait for that useless loading dots the older version logging was snap

There are two apps in AppStore, this one new probably. Lacks features at present and where are the added beneficiaries? I have to manually add every payee every single time! Slow app generally not as speedy as the previous app. Agree with the other reviewer, app design seems dated and poor UI/UX presents a stale look.

Apps is not working for international customers in have seen multiple times unable to login, sometime FACEID not working.. previous app still showing in apps stores . Customers are confused which the main app . Pervious App was working perfect and design was much better done know why new app created . Please try to remove bugs
