Biometrics not being able to get verified

Okay so the most annoying part of this app is that it will simply not recognize my fingerprints. It will take two pictures and it will ask you to bring your hand so close to the camera to the point where the picture will naturally start to get blurry. Then it will take the picture and then you will receive a message “fingerprints scan failed”. Please for God’s sake fix this!
Worst app ever

First they forced my download this app as they were not letting me login to their old app. Now when i am doing biometric scan. They failed it and asked for cnic scan and for scanning my id the camera software or whatever is it is the worst. Even though i managed to take clear pictures of id with their worst app. They said invalid id. WTH. Who did you hire to make app? Seriously? I am unable to access the app for last 2 days. I am definitely switching bank.
Login issue still not fixed!

Just works on fresh install, and never ever works after that. Every time I have to delete the app and redownload, seems like some sort of monopoly to the increase the number of app downloads and restricting users to get into their accounts for making transactions!
