How to fix Ruku app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Ruku app on iPhone
Update Ruku app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Ruku iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Ruku on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Ruku network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix Ruku not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Ruku app issues:

Force Stop the Ruku App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Ruku app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Ruku to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Ruku App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Ruku app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Ruku.

Fix Ruku unable to contact server/ Ruku internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Ruku » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Ruku » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Ruku on android.
