How to fix Rokie app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Rokie app on iPhone
Update Rokie app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Rokie iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Rokie on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Rokie network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Rokie not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Rokie App
1. On android, goto Settings » Rokie » click [Force Stop]

Update Rokie to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Rokie App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Rokie » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Rokie.

Fix Rokie unable to contact server/ Rokie internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Rokie » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Rokie » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
