I purchased FAXSendReceiveFAXs after doing extensive research to avoid a trip to UPS or Kinkos. My fax(es) did not send. No reason was given other than “Fax Error” providing me no way to troubleshoot. I looked up the support and this gave me no insight to my issue either. My best guess is that I need to own a fax number to send from (versus using my cellular) but I could not verify this since it is not stated on the help page or FAQs.
Ultimately I tried multiple routes to resolve my issue but was left frustrated and overall wasted my time that I was trying to save.

Worst waste of money, it never worked. Paid for an annual membership $50, no refunds. Then it says if you change your subscription you’ll receive a refund of the other subscription. So I tried to do a monthly subscription instead. No refund. My stupid fault. Found a free fax app for sending only that worked immediately, and easily. All 5 pages sent- boom. FAXSendReceiveFAXs IMO is a scam, I asked for help I clicked the link, led me to an error website not found. Don’t trust the reviews.

I was supposed to get a free trial when I subscribed through apple. No trial was given, only an immediate charge for the subscription. I sent an email using the contact us link. The email bounced back as undeliverable saying that address doesn’t exist.
None of the links inside FAXSendReceiveFAXs direct you anywhere. The server can’t be found. I tried to send a fax just to test it and I kept getting a fax send error.
Don’t download or subscribe.

I got FAXSendReceiveFAXs 2 month la ago, I just sent 1 fax, the other things is tried it was a total fail, I was trying to contact their support center and guess what, they don’t have any, if you try to send and email it don’t go thru, if you go by their website the page for customer service don’t exist, is a total robbery 😡😤

Also, I had no way of determining what my number to receive faxes is to test that functionality

SCAM ALERT!!!!! FAXSendReceiveFAXs doesn’t work and it’s a fake app. Their contact is does not work. There is no one to contact. I attempted to cancel immediately once I realized it was a scam and they still charged and took my money. I don’t know how to cancel this and get a refund.

This is false advertisement. It says free for iPhone users to fax but it’s not. They let you set everything up to send fax, then ask you to pick a payment plan. Theres No option to just send 1 fax. I’ll pass.
