FALSE ADVERTISING Literally says free however u can’t even send ur 1st fax without needing to pay for a subscription.

Didn’t work & no reason was provided
I purchased this app after doing extensive research to avoid a trip to UPS or Kinkos. My fax(es) did not send. No reason was given other than “Fax Error” providing me no way to troubleshoot. I looked up the support and this gave me no insight to my issue either. My best guess is that I need to own a fax number to send from (versus using my cellular) but I could not verify this since it is not stated on the help page or FAQs. Ultimately I tried multiple routes to resolve my issue but was left frustrated and overall wasted my time that I was trying to save.

Would give zero, or negative 5 stars if possible
Worst waste of money, it never worked. Paid for an annual membership $50, no refunds. Then it says if you change your subscription you’ll receive a refund of the other subscription. So I tried to do a monthly subscription instead. No refund. My stupid fault. Found a free fax app for sending only that worked immediately, and easily. All 5 pages sent- boom. This app IMO is a scam, I asked for help I clicked the link, led me to an error website not found. Don’t trust the reviews.
