My subtitles are not working and I updated the app a few months ago 😭 pls fix it I downloaded lots of episodes to watch and it’s not working

I have downloaded some dramas to watch offline but the captions lag....subtitles of the previous episode show up on my current watching episode

Download movie and I can’t open and watch the episodes

Hitv is very good app and I also watched everyday but an hour ago it doesn't work and say:too many people are watching error code 10004 please can you fix it

Too many people are watching error on my screen

Can't watch videos as it's showing "too many people are watching" from the past one hour

The hitv video is not playing. and when I click to watch an episode, the video is loading. and after some second or minute loading it says Too many people are watching- Click the button to reload the video. Error Code: 10004 Try again and when i click the try again button it still don't work and came out again same just like first.

Why the app is showing 10004 error this is so irritating and not getting fixed please do something faster

It's showing too many people are watching..error code 1004..please fix this..

Lately everytime I want to watch as usual the video doesn't work and says : too many people are watching error code 10004 ... so sad

yesterday there wasn't any problem but today when I started the app there was showing error code 10004 I humbly request you to solve this problem as soon as possible

Despite having VIP it's showing too many people are watching. Why??

Hitv was working properly. But, nowadays when I wanted to watch an episode it says: "too may people are watching~click the button to reload the video. error code 10003" I've actually recommended this app to my friends and others because this app was working very properly. Hitv was one of my favourite app but because of this isssue I can't watch anything..

My hitv is state that video is damaged

When I first download this app nd whenever I download any drama's ep it download very fast but now its very slow

Since from the last week I'm not able to access the hitv and i have reporstd this problem but still it is not fixt y is it taking so long to fix this problem can u reconsider my above issues and solve it soon

Shows lagging on the HiTV app regardless of whether I watch the shows on my phone or connect it to my computer monitor, it's definitely not an issue with my phone or wifi.
