My matches aren't showing on my end but are on my wife's. It says we've not matched on any intimacy swipes but we have on her screen. Previously it was showing me them then one day stopped.

Every time I come off the app it tells me to log back in. Plus, there’s an issue with loading the daily questions. It says there’s a problem with it and to log back in and try again. I’ve done so several times with no luck.

Hello I revelry downloaded the app and I’ve been using it with my girlfriend and the first day I was able to see all the pictures/intimacy stuff but now I’m not able to see any pictures of anything what so ever on the app and I’m not able to see the intimacy pictures it’s just the name of it with all white screens

It won't let me download the app as it is not available on my device which is a POCO

It also won't let me connect with my partner and it only says "pending" if we try to connect together through the link.

It won’t let me connect with my partner , we both tried sending each other links and it would just say “pending”. I even tried deleting my account and re-making it. No sign.

When I go into the app it lets me try to login, after I’ve entered the phone secure password i get this error Internal Server Error Trace ID 31806599-ce2c-4447-9fea-b79b9cbd33b5 I’ve had this for over a week now so I don’t think it is just maintenance work anymore. Can someone advise what’s gone wrong please?
