My gf said we should use Official and it would be good to plan dates and stuff. So I was pretty excited, I didn’t know there were apps like that. I download and tried to sign up and after I put my first and last name, boom it’s freezes. Just a white screen, nothing more. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling. Restating my phone. Everything you could think of and nothing. Very disappointed.

Official freezes and stops working once i type my name in. i’ve gotten to the page to put your birthday in but then it stops working again and then Official will close. i’ve tried for several days now and just over it. please fix it.

My boyfriend and I are eager to use Official but it won’t let me get past my name. How can we use it?

saw on tik tok and was excited to try but can’t even get past the sign up page without Official glitching out to a white screen.

My partner and I both tried to use Official and set up profiles and now it won’t load. Was excited to try this but it seems like they do not have the bugs worked out.

Won’t let me create an account. I select my location and it just says “authenticate” when I try to click the next button? I completely deleted Official and started over but again, won’t let me move past the location page.

Official is just a giant add. Too bad because its a good idea

Official has so much potential but there are so many glitches right now. It keeps telling me I cannot invite my partner to Official and every time I try to open the loading screen is loading forever. I was so excited to try this but it's so frustrating not being able to even get into Official .

I am unable to get past Official asking for my location. It is correct and I tried every option. I downloaded Official , tried it multiple times, deleted, and redownloaded. I am trying to get past the part where it asks for my location. By the next button at the bottom it says authenticate in a black box, I click that, it goes away, I hit next, and it comes up again. I do not know what else to do. My boyfriend and I are very eager to try this out. What can I do?

I think Official is super cute except it’s very glitchy, on my phone Official won’t even work and I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Opening and closing Official , still buggy. Same goes for my fiancés phone. It works more than mine but glitches out and stopped showing us cards. Also 15 cards a day isn’t a lot, not sure if that a community thing or developer.

I don’t like how it repeats the previous daily question that I already answered but my bf can see the next question.

I like the concept of Official . Very slow and laggy sometimes, and outright freezes on occasion. Shouldn't really happen on the latest phones. Other than that, it's already generated some good ideas for dates and such.

Edit 2022.04.07 - Very buggy. Answered the daily question but after submitting it still wants me to answer it but things come up as Undefined. Sometimes notifications repeat 20 times.

Me and my boyfriend are using Official daily and love the purpose of it all. My only complaint is the variation of the daily questions. They are always intimate questions and never anything else. We don’t mind answering them but it would be nice to see it switch to another topic more often.

I do love Official. It’s been kind of fun to answer the questions everyday and find new things for my boyfriend and I to try. I do wish the questions it asks weren’t always about sex. Those are fun sometimes but I want to be able to use the questions as a better way to get to know each other and I feel like recently the daily questions have only been about sex.

me and my gf use Official and we love it so much, especially since we are long distance at the moment. The only problem is the intimacy section does not give the correct answers when you click the view matches. It’ll change them, and often shows me and my gf what the wrong answers that we put (usually between yes and maybe, we haven’t had an issue with it telling us we said no for something we said yes for or vice versa).
It’s a great app and i’m excited for it to get a larger team to help w bug fixes

Official have a nice concept of let you document your relation together by matching up your interests and have fun to do some activities, we did have fun togerher

great app with amazing date ideas!! my boyfriend and I love swiping together. makes planning things with busy schedules so much easier!

So glad it finally works, I updated Official and now everything is working great for me and my girlfriend!!

Really excited to see what Official becomes. Seems that the company is in its early stages, but great improvements made on each new version. It’s the best event-based app for couples I’ve used.

Absolutely love the idea and execution of Official ! There are so many things that I didn’t even think of for date nights as well as ways to connect more with your partner!

I’m in love with the new update for this app! It’s so beautiful and easy to navigate but most of all it adds so much excitement to my relationship! I would recommend Official to any one I care about that is in any kind of romantic relationship!

I’ll be honest, I’m not a great partner. I’m pretty forgetful and am bad at planning dates. Since I got my partner on this app, we went from going on a “break” to being in our best place ever so far.

With all the dating apps out there, it's surprising there isn't a good one for people already in relationships... Until now!!

this app is such a fun way for my gf and I to interact with and learn more about each other, even after 2 years together! The swiping mechanic for date ideas works well, but that's just the surface. There are tons more neat features for storing memories and finding new ways to be intimate together.

I couldn't be more excited to continue using this app as my relationship develops even more!

We use Official all the time to give us new date ideas and we always have so much fun !!!
