I was gifted a ten dollar credit for sharing VIPetes and getting someone to also download it. Unfortunately an error occurs everytime
I try to use it while ordering on VIPetes . Like VIPetes , but it’s annoying that you can’t use it like its supposed to be used.

Title speaks for itself, this should be illegal! I get it employees need tips, but asking me to tip before I even get the service is insanity. Auto tipping needs to be removed this is ridiculous. They once took 25% on a $40 order without notifying me at all and without any way for me to cancel the order, and then the food I received was far beneath the service quality that would be anticipated at that price.

Added each item, one by one, to the cart, but it kept deleting my order when I tried entering my CC. Super frustrating. App deleted. Went to Chipotle.

2 days in a row I have hit repeat an order and VIPetes has modified it. The first time saying the order was for the following day. The second time placing the order in Boulder at a store I’ve never been too? Of coarse they can’t pick up the phone to cancel the order so I have to call my credit card company and decline the charge. There is no human to speak to on the phone to do any resolution of an issue.

Horrible app. I always get logged out and can’t login for like 50 attempts and it keeps saying “other error returned from server”. Absolutely ridiculous. I eat here less due to this glitchy app. Please fix this.

Literally the point of having a restaurant app is to be able to order ahead and not wait in line. You defeat the entire purpose when you’re busy and disable that.

Not a knock on Pete’s at all. Love the place. VIPetes is mid. Always signs me out when I’m not on WiFi, thus stopping me from placing an order while I’m on the go

Favorite order option is missing from VIPetes

App is average, could be better if the developer would fix the fact that it can’t validate an a kids Bowl. However, it is perfectly fine with a regular bowl, kind of a bummer.

Every time.. every time I am at work and order for delivery because I can’t leave? You guys forget something, my drink often but today was my chips for my burrito bowl! I can not eat this without them!! I’m so disappointed!

Running mega late today and ordered on VIPetes ! Didn’t think it would be this awesome! 4 minutes from ordering to me grabbing the finished order! Delicious food, fast pick up, and amazing customer service. 10/10 I’ll be back again!

Simple. Easy app that allows me to accumulate points. I love that I can either order for pick up asap or choose a later time.

I’ve been a long-time Pete’s lover and I’m hyped about VIPetes . My only suggestion is to let us do dairy AND guac❤️

I love the food, the fresh ingredients, the farming practices, and now VIPetes ! I feels like my small town burrito shop where your loyalty & punch card got you a freebie every once and a while, but better!

No complaints with VIPetes so far. To check in, you do have to order in the store it seems like, not from online.

So glad to be collecting points and have their app ready for quick orders. I love that you can save your order too for a quick way to reorder.
