Auto tipping when placing pickup order

Title speaks for itself, this should be illegal! I get it employees need tips, but asking me to tip before I even get the service is insanity. Auto tipping needs to be removed this is ridiculous. They once took 25% on a $40 order without notifying me at all and without any way for me to cancel the order, and then the food I received was far beneath the service quality that would be anticipated at that price.

2 days in a row I have hit repeat an order and the app has modified it. The first time saying the order was for the following day. The second time placing the order in Boulder at a store I’ve never been too? Of coarse they can’t pick up the phone to cancel the order so I have to call my credit card company and decline the charge. There is no human to speak to on the phone to do any resolution of an issue.

I was gifted a ten dollar credit for sharing the app and getting someone to also download it. Unfortunately an error occurs everytime
I try to use it while ordering on the app. Like the app, but it’s annoying that you can’t use it like its supposed to be used.
