How to fix SuperEx app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the SuperEx app on iPhone
Update SuperEx app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall SuperEx iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix SuperEx on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve SuperEx network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

SuperEx Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix SuperEx not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the SuperEx App
1. On android, goto Settings » SuperEx » click [Force Stop]

Update SuperEx to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SuperEx App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » SuperEx » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart SuperEx.

Fix SuperEx unable to contact server/ SuperEx internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click SuperEx » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto SuperEx » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch SuperEx
