i am convinced the OAs got favorites and they send them all the shifts first because there aren’t any ever. no support. then i got deactivated twice , with no notice, for no reason. i’m activated now, however still can’t pick up non existent shifts. then i heard they’re stealing peoples money, that’s why they moved to stripe payments. all in all, it’s a big scam. bigger than college lol.

I’ve submitted many help requests because GopuffDriver freezes when it asks for location permission. All I get from driver support is “download the old app” or “download the new app” automated responses. Impossible to deliver with them!

There are never any hours available at any locations ever I have not been able to get ours for like eight months and this application sends me notifications all day telling me the new hours are available every time I click on it there’s no hours it doesn’t even make sense why should I have to sign up for hours why can I get paid hourly just like any other job

Once I can actually deliver with the company I’ll give a better review. The closest place is Trenton and it’s way too far especially with gas prices being so high! Disappointed I can even try out the platform

I’ve been working since end of 2021 and there has been no hours every Thursday. Advertising full time but there is no full time available. Too many drivers=lower pay

I get notifications all day that hours are available but when I open GopuffDriver there is never any hours available. The notifications come back to back but I see no hours…!?

I have been using GopuffDriver for over a year now and it has so many issues. How can one pick up any shifts if you can’t see any on the schedule especially when you get notifications all the time for dropped hours or hours available and after clicking it in one second there is zero hours to pick up. PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE 🚨🚨🚨

If you ever need assistance from support good luck! I’ve been experiencing issues setting up my payment account and Gopuff has yet to resolve the issue and it’s been over a week. They just point you to another company who has advised me multiple times that GoPuff has to fix the issue since it’s within GopuffDriver . If you ever need help good luck because you won’t get it here.

Since I have been here they’ve added more and more drivers and there are not enough hours available for us all to get even just one six hour shift. For example, I have not been able to pick up any hours for several weeks now even when blocking them out as quickly as my phone allows Because it won’t accept my attempt. GopuffDriver is really sketchy and It’s often lost track of me and my progress and “clocks me” out for no good reason and there’s no alert or anything to let us know. It’s also frozen up on me for almost a whole shift and there’s no back up method in place to fall back on. Support was not helpful. I mean the job itself is okay but it is extremely frustrating and difficult to manage. If and when You do manage to pick up a shift that is. I realize that they are a new company and so I’m trying to stick it out with them but honestly, I probably won’t be able to.

I applied to GoPuff last year in March/April and they accepted me before my background check was finalized they had me driving for them until my background check an yes I do have something on there from 2015 that is a misdemeanor but that’s the only thing I have that is on my record an they put my profile on hold/pause in January which if I only have that on there I don’t see why I can’t continue since I worked for almost a year till Jan of this year.I heard people done worse then me an they worked for GoPuff for a while. I really liked working for GoPuff.

GoPuff underpaid me almost as many times as they paid me correctly. All the support inquiries in the world made no difference. Then, suddenly, they were no longer doing payroll and STRIPE was the new payroll. No apology and no explanation.
I’m still owed over $1,300 out of about $9,000 total earnings. 15% of your earnings will magically stay in their pocket. This is a review of GopuffDriver bc GopuffDriver is where I clock in and out, GopuffDriver tracks me for mileage and time, and GopuffDriver literally has all the control over my success and earnings accuracy.
The “scheduled hours” shifts are deceptive. You won’t be paid for those hours, even though they say you will. All in all, 2 stars, bc this is a 2/5 company that gives a 2/5 concern. They should’ve called it 2/5 and saved everyone a lot of trouble, especially people who thought GoPuff was just Marijuana delivery. I did. Btw every other driver I speak with, and the bevmo associates in the store, they all despise gopuff. Everyone. Missed earnings according to other drivers has been going on for at least a year.

GopuffDriver freezes and knocks you off when logged in and at wearhouse. It don’t notify added shifts or drops.

GopuffDriver lags incredibly making it hard to get shifts each week. It is also the only app that I know of that allows a person to be signed on to multiple devices at one time. This allows for drivers to have an advantage when shifts drop each Thursday

I’ve been using the old version of go drive app that allows me to use GopuffDriver on my iPad and multitask mode side by side split screen modeI have go drive app on the left am I a map navigation on the right while I’m driving on my iPad it works well and helps me be more productive when working please make an iPad version thank you

I honestly do not notice a difference when compared to the prior app. I wish there was a way you could see all available shifts on one screen when they drop. Having to switch between locations is impossible. Also, when people drop shifts is there a way to show which location it was dropped? That would be a major help. Other than that GopuffDriver is fine. I have iPhone 11 and it’s rarely crashed on me but it has signed me out while I’m not on my phone and/or using GopuffDriver . I’ll get a Notification if dropped blocks and go to app and I have to sign in. That’s frustrating. Nothing in life is perfect but GopuffDriver could be a little more User friendly as far as scheduling is concerned.

If they come up with an answer to “dispersing hours” they would fabulous to work for. Even still, good opportunity to pick up extra cash. Good concept…needs “tweaking”.

I am a GoPuff driver in Las Vegas, Nevada and I like GopuffDriver ! It is not complicated and easy to navigate? I do have a few issues with it, which prevents me from giving it a 5 star rating. I do not receive notifications on any open schedules, I feel, in a timely manner. Also, I have yet to figure out what to do to make this happen so that I can have a fair shot getting a schedule to work instead of constantly being “on demand” which is fine, but I would love to get a few days, at least three out of the week, with a schedule 6 hours minimum. Thank you GoPuff for this opportunity to be a part of your business’ family!

GopuffDriver is so much better than the last one, it doesn’t go yellow or red while Im waiting for a pick up. No issues on my end what so ever.
