If you ever need assistance from support good luck! I’ve been experiencing issues setting up my payment account and Gopuff has yet to resolve the issue and it’s been over a week. They just point you to another company who has advised me multiple times that GoPuff has to fix the issue since it’s within the app. If you ever need help good luck because you won’t get it here.

There are never any hours available at any locations ever I have not been able to get ours for like eight months and this application sends me notifications all day telling me the new hours are available every time I click on it there’s no hours it doesn’t even make sense why should I have to sign up for hours why can I get paid hourly just like any other job

I have been using this app for over a year now and it has so many issues. How can one pick up any shifts if you can’t see any on the schedule especially when you get notifications all the time for dropped hours or hours available and after clicking it in one second there is zero hours to pick up. PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE 🚨🚨🚨
