I’m my opinion, the applications work quite well. Driving over a period of nearly a year now, I have seen numerous changes to improve this program. Seeing comments from other drivers, I’ve gone though some of the same frustrations. I now consider myself, an experienced VEHO driver and can motor through VehoDriver without any issues. It’s been months since I have had to call for any tech support.

My experience tells me, there needs to be a better training process “up-front” before drivers get out on their own. I see new drivers in the DC every week, their training is very, very short and quick. I would suggest any new driver spend one day with an experienced driver before they can choose a route to drive on their own. Training makes a huge difference, I learned the hard way making many mistakes and I’ve learned from them. Take it into consideration, especially if we are going to expand our deliveries to more than just one day a week. The four star rating is significant of VEHO doing a very good job with their app, but room to improve.

I’ve had several issues with VehoDriver. Anything from trying to find out where the closest warehouse to me would be, to scheduling. I keep getting spammed by Veho’s chat bots as well, as they keep sending me text messages and emails about my car insurance, updating my insurance (which I already did) and routes. I have received several messages from Veho telling me that routes are available but every time I sign in to VehoDriver to see what those routes are, nothing shows up. Literally, nothing. I messaged Veho about this, but they have not responded. I sent a text message telling them to stop messaging me as well since all they are doing is spamming and wasting my time, and still no response.

Overall, I think Veho is not a real company and they are stealing contractors information so they can sell that information to other companies. I don’t think this company is legitimate at all, as they can’t even handle logistics properly.

Do not use VehoDriver. You have been warned.

I have had only a couple of instances where I struggled to upload pictures of deliveries and it probably had more to do with poor cell service. The detailed address information you get in VehoDriver gets you to the right place without difficulty. Scanning works really well and dispatch is a text away if a there is a question about a delivery.

It’s so far my favorite Company I do as a contract driver. VehoDriver is very user friendly and it automatically switches over to google maps when selecting delivery addresses. And if you have any questions or issues, I can’t stop bragging about Veho’s dispatch team, they’re a life line to me getting the job done.

I did all my work, I strive to leave boxes in the best condition, regardless of impediments such as that many areas do not leave instructions to enter, go through gates, many areas with poor internet, addresses that are not included in the areas. and one sudden day they remove me from the system saying that I committed a violation of the contract but they are not clear which one? If you are a veho driver, be clear that even if you do your best and have a rating above 4.9 if they want to, they will withdraw you!

VehoDriver does seam to get glitchy when scanning in your route. Always having to back out and refresh to see the stop number when this happens.
Is there a way when routes come out you can sort them a way you want to see them? By city, payout, miles, stops….

It should be better with more information about earnings, deliveries done, rating… and should match our car with the amount of boxes we deliver. I got 30 boxes and didn’t fit in my car. I had to put boxes in the front passenger’s seat and didn’t see the mirrors. It’s not safe to take so many things at the same time.

I like how they make improvements on an almost daily basis now. The experience has gotten a ton better lately. There’s still some improvements I would ask for but overall I love driving with VehoDriver.

This is an ok gig. I wouldn’t consider it a job. I’m just doing in it until I get hired somewhere. Everything works fine. Some routes are more favorable because they require less driving. My only issue is with the Veho support. I am having trouble getting my earnings into my bank.

VehoDriver has several concerns. I could be out delivering and VehoDriver will kick me out, cannot use app with Wi-Fi it will interfere with the delivery. I am currently logged out and when I try to reset the system is telling me my email address is not a user. I understand this is a new small tech company, but they really need to get a handle on VehoDriver delivery because as a driver this is frustrating ugh 😣

VehoDriver worked well for me. I did have trouble scanning a couple of packages but it allows you to take a picture instead of a scan. Overall very happy.

It’s a nice side gig when you get a route. Once they post if you aren’t fast enough you will miss the opportunity. I wouldn’t quit my day job other wise you will be broke

Photo of home if subject to prior mis-delivery would be great. VehoDriver occasionally goes offline in low cell service areas but that is not a fault of VehoDriver .

As of this writing (10/15/20) VehoDriver needs updating. Having to sign in every time is a slight annoyance, and “open next route” sometimes jumps around to a past route or a future route. Gotta pay attention. Not quite “just follow VehoDriver ” just yet. But over all the scanning and picture taking work great and it’s fast and responsive. The routes are fairly well mapped out. Just a couple times I backtracked to the same area instead of working geographically forward. So I really think it’s a great app for a great way to make some money.

They overhire trying to get the cheapest rate if you drive for this company you need to wait until 8 to 10 AM when they surge the price do not be the cheapskate and allow them to get the cheap rate . 2hr blocks can go up to 90$+ if you wait most people are cheap and don’t wait long enough....

Background check was completed a week ago and the incompetent veho team is still “reviewing” it… They don’t respond to messages… Just incompetent, and poor service. Quickly changed my mind and deleted VehoDriver . I will not work for a company that’s this bad before even getting started.

I’ve been trying to secure a route and they say that the routes are posted at 6pm CST. Well I’ve been on VehoDriver watching and refreshing and nothing ever shows up. I message support and their response is the routes go quickly. Literally it was 6:01pm CST and that was their reply. It’s been like that for weeks.

So this company gets 5 star cause of there drive to serve people not themselves

You’re basically working for free/paying them to work. There’s a lot of miles for very little pay. Unless everyone lets the blocks surge at a higher price, it’s not worth it.

Company is a complete scam. They ask for your all your I formation then block you out of their system. Don’t waste your time signing up or downloading VehoDriver.

Usually, VehoDriver works well. At times, it glitches when on deliveries and a driver has to logout and back in to sync back up, at times failing to clear completed deliveries.

When VehoDriver prompts you to enter house numbers after already taking a picture of them, this just slows everything down and is unnecessary.

I don’t know what’s going on but I get text that there’s routes available but I can’t see them in my app

I just got up this morning to have my first in app experience I scheduled one day ago. I couldn’t even do anything because they said me not having a Virginia license was the reason they can’t send me a login with my info.. send me a message if you have had any issues with this. I never knew this and I woke up a 7am to something as simple as orientation, I already work late nights as it is... that’s partly why I’m giving it a 1 star. But yeah real disappointed wasted my time I feel, and what an awkward rule for DC locals that get this ad, real bummer, would’ve been working my tail off if I ever got the chance, Amazon flex never hired me, and I thought I was in the bag... well, better luck somewhere else.

the application works like amazon flex but pays very low and partly does not include tips, the distances to travel are very long and do not include payment for miles traveled, in VehoDriver it appears that you are going to make deliveries in one area but you must make deliveries in several zones before the one that appears in VehoDriver , which is totally and completely illogical. Low pay many miles.
