Ok so I’m a go puff driver my app won’t scan IDs I’ve tried delete app and log in back in I’ve checked for updates on phone and app and nothing. Just fyi I have a iPhone 15 pro max it’s been working properly except for the past 2 days frustrating because go puff won’t send verification codes any more I’ve tried with different customers id and nothing. Please help
I have been trying to log in to GoPuff Driver for over a month. I have reinstalled it and cleared out my blocked phone numbers and emails. I have now tried to log in over 25 times in 10 days. I entered the correct phone number but never got the "one time code." I entered the correct email but never got the "one time code." Because I cannot log in to the app, I cannot deliver. PLEASE HELP. I have zero problem getting text and email notifications from the app when I order something. It is only logging in to the driver app. Can you please turn off the "one time code" so I can work?
The GoPuff driver app keeps telling me there is something wrong with my phone number. How do I fix this problem?
I downloaded the driver app and tried to enter my phone number. It said something is wrong with the number I entered in a red error message. I tried my email and it said the same thing. Why can I not use the app?
