App worked fine and was much better than the regular website. However, the latest version just opens and won't all one to schedule a payment nor view previous payments. It doesn't appear to do anything other than open.

I have tried many times to make my mortgage payments through loanDepot . However, loanDepot continuously freezes each time I try to click on make a payment. I have to restart loanDepot every single time and it still doesn’t work. It’s easier to just go online to make payments.

Had to build an entire account for them to tell me that I could not link my loan at this time because my loan is handled out of the New Jersey branch. Go to log into the New Jersey branch and it says my credentials do not match so the company is acquiring email addresses for advertisement purposes only. This is absolutely terrible practice and I will be finding a new mortgage company. No response from loan depot just a terrible practice.

Made a payment before due date thinking it would take moving auto payment forward and resulted with me being charged twice. 5 days before auto payment I tried clicking dismiss auto payment icon on app and it didn’t work. I called customer service for a refund on second payment and this don’t issue refunds. Would never recommend loan depot to anyone!!

I really like loanDepot, it’s super user friendly except when I’m trying to see when my next payment is due if I’ve paid in advance on a month. I used to have usbank as my serviced and it was a lot easier to tell about the next payment due info.

Our first 2 payments were messed up & we were going to be charged fees that we didn’t cause . So far with using this site our payments have gone through smoothly without any problems ! I’m soo grateful to have the ability to pay our loan without worrying about our payments not going through . Appreciate being able to use this tool . Wish we could have automated
payment but since it’s not available to us this does work so far .

Please allow principal only payments to be put in a queue while the main payment is being processed. It’s almost like they don’t trust you making the main mortgage payment and a principle only payment is blocked for days. It doesn’t have to be this way, other mortgage servicing companies are more flexible.

In addition, more of the main website functions could be brought over to loanDepot .

loanDepot is stable, no apparent bugs and has worked fine minus the built in limitations of when extra payments can be made.

I think loanDepot is beautifully laid-out! Just about any information I have needed is easily found. Complements to loanDepot developers.

We are finally in the new age of home loan payments. loanDepot makes it easy to pay & keep track of your progress. Absolutely love it.

With a fluctuating income, it’s nice to have another way to conveniently pay the mortgage bill. I only wish it came out immediately.

This application is excellent. But I see for others it has a way to see the current value of the property after re-appraisal. Please have something like that. Thanks.

Your app is easy to use and for someone who has trouble w/computers that’s really a big deal for me. It gives me the info I need and easy to get to.

Need to make it where we can make payments to our escrow and make extra payments pacifically to certain areas of the loan like making a extra payment to just the principal part of the loan.

Loan depot has a great website with great functionality. loanDepot gives me that in an easy to access format

this app isn’t an issue along as pay on time fees don’t pull up as long as you keep the lines of communication open.

Am Able to login via Desktop but not via this Mobile app

Easy to make a payment! Or to see what you owe! Much less pay extra on principal! Right at your fingertips!

This is such an easy app . I like being able to just go on here no hassle pay
