Double payment

Made a payment before due date thinking it would take moving auto payment forward and resulted with me being charged twice. 5 days before auto payment I tried clicking dismiss auto payment icon on app and it didn’t work. I called customer service for a refund on second payment and this don’t issue refunds. Would never recommend loan depot to anyone!!
App will not link

Had to build an entire account for them to tell me that I could not link my loan at this time because my loan is handled out of the New Jersey branch. Go to log into the New Jersey branch and it says my credentials do not match so the company is acquiring email addresses for advertisement purposes only. This is absolutely terrible practice and I will be finding a new mortgage company. No response from loan depot just a terrible practice.
App constantly freezes

I have tried many times to make my mortgage payments through the app. However, the app continuously freezes each time I try to click on make a payment. I have to restart the app every single time and it still doesn’t work. It’s easier to just go online to make payments.
