The size chart is completely wrong i asked for a size 14 i got probably a size 4. Then Doing a return was impossible. I couldn't return my item, they just let you keep the item and figure something else out. No full refund what so ever. You pay for shipping for purchase and return. Bad experience.

I bought 12 shirts; received 3 wrong shirts, and did not receive 2 of the shirts I ordered. The graphics on some of the shirts was grainy like 2002 flip phones. This company sells very similar items as from Light In The Box. They offered a 30% refund of the items I did not receive. Reading the reviews after the fact hurts since I am learning that their return process seems to be brutal. I will not buy from them again.

I ordered 2 shirts for 4th of July over a month ago and they were suppose to be delivered 2 weeks later. I received them after the 4th and one had sleeves that were way too short.
Trying to return or exchange this shirt has been a nightmare. I have had no success. It would be embarrassing to wear a shirt with this short of sleeves. The other ones sleeves are actually too long, but wearable.

On top is shipping, handling fees are excessive. States return policy is smokescreen - you will get a coupon for much less than your return value - which you end up paying more to redeem. ‘Daily win’ coupons not rewarded… no matter because you can only use one and they require you to spend much more to be eligible to use.

This is my first time ordering from ADOR. I’m in a pinch for a formal dress. Yes, there is a size chart but that’s not always correct. It can just be difficult ordering online. The reviews don’t provide details about purchasers sizes. Just says verified purchase. I don’t agree with the return policy that the purchaser is responsible for the shipping if the order doesn’t work out.

The items are not all their cracked up to be. Pay close attention to the sizes, they are typically way off from what you’d normally buy. Had an issue with a previous order an not enough was done to address the problem from their customer support.

It’s my first time and I hope I won’t be disappointed. I hope I can continue customer after my first order

I was a bit skeptical about this site/app. But after I received my dress, I was SO PLEASED with the quality, feel & look of it that I purchased several more. When I wore the dress, I received so many compliments & my husband couldn’t stop ogling over me.

It was an easy process. I found what I was looking for easily and the ordering process went well.

Quality was much higher than expected. I turned around and ordered 3 more shirts this week. Sizing was good. I wear a large and if anything the shirt may have been a bit big for a large.

I have just placed my third order with this app. I love the styles and the quality of the dresses I’ve received thus far are top notch. Prices area plus and the shipping was faster than I expected considering the distance. Definitely recommend !

Cute dress, fabric is soft and light. Perfect for beach day. A little oversized for an M, but you’ll be ok if you’re DD, I don’t but still fit okay, haha
