I bought 12 shirts; received 3 wrong shirts, and did not receive 2 of the shirts I ordered. The graphics on some of the shirts was grainy like 2002 flip phones. This company sells very similar items as from Light In The Box. They offered a 30% refund of the items I did not receive. Reading the reviews after the fact hurts since I am learning that their return process seems to be brutal. I will not buy from them again.

I ordered 2 shirts for 4th of July over a month ago and they were suppose to be delivered 2 weeks later. I received them after the 4th and one had sleeves that were way too short.
Trying to return or exchange this shirt has been a nightmare. I have had no success. It would be embarrassing to wear a shirt with this short of sleeves. The other ones sleeves are actually too long, but wearable.

On top is shipping, handling fees are excessive. States return policy is smokescreen - you will get a coupon for much less than your return value - which you end up paying more to redeem. ‘Daily win’ coupons not rewarded… no matter because you can only use one and they require you to spend much more to be eligible to use.
