5 Most reported problems 😔💔
I tried for two days to open the app and get the server error message, try again later.
I need to log back in since I got a new phone. I am clueless if I used my personal email @mkisales.com or my work email @nationalchurchresidences.org. Also forgot my password. I want the phone number for customer service to get me back up and running please.
Buggiest app I’ve ever used

I’ve spent hours setting this up, logging info, food, weights, and syncing other health apps that it is asking for. Nothing works as it should. I “save” foods and they disappear. I allow access to apple health and it never takes. Most recently, it just wiped ALL my information and data I’ve logged for the past week, making it look like I have not even started to use the app. The fact that coverage of my medical treatment hinges on this compliance is extremely stressful. If I could give zero stars or negative stars I would. If you are just getting started with this, good luck to you because it’s a time-wasting hellhole. Fix your flipping app, CVS Caremark, if you are going to force people to use it.

Why don’t you push updates like every other app? Every time there is an update I go through days in this endless loop of not being able to use the app because it needs to update, it takes you to the App Store and there is no mechanism to update. I have even tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Not a great thing when you are trying to get people to put health information into your app

I had high hopes for this program, unfortunately, it fell short of expectations. The program was downloaded from the App Store and each time I try to open it, it prompts me to download an update and sends me back to the App Store. It is an endless loop and I can’t use the program at all. I also cannot see the keyboard when I try to leave feedback unless I tap towards the bottom of the screen multiple times and swipe the screen up and down. The issue is not with my iPhone as it is a brand new iPhone 14 Pro Max with all of the latest iOS updates. Going to delete app.
