My grandson transferred from Cinnamon Ave LPA to Cliff Ave LPA & now I can’t logon to this app. Cliff Ave LPA needs some assistance to get the app to work properly for me. Tomorrow is the 3rd day with no access.

Hello, I had the app installed ans it worked fine 12/13. The morning of 12/14 I was unable to see any messaged due to a prompt to update the app. Each time I tried to update it would show a error code from google play store. I attempted to update it though the play store with no luck. I have since restarted my phone multiple times, turned on and off the WiFi ans mobile data services and ultimately deleted the app thinking if I can re-download it it will down load with the update intact. I now can not even download the play store to my phone nor can i open the apps description.

The live camera stopped working . I just get a continuous circle on a black screen. The daycare says this is happening to lots of families . I tried deleting & re-adding the app.

I'm not sure whether the transition from Bright Wheel was a centralized occurrence or if our local facility had to comply internally with it's adoption, but the loss of web portal accessibility as well as delegate access raise immediate issues for us (I'm an enrolled parent). I've yet to even launch the app, which I'm now having to configure an Android VM just to be able to do so from my PC, and I haven't even began to contemplate how I've going to go about automating the relay process for day-to-day updates received (simple if it were on PC, but just another headache waiting for me in an emulated instance of Android).

My grantparents from Belarus can't download this app from appstore on their Iphone. It is not available in their region. Do you have a website where they can login to sproutabout or can't you make yourself available on app store for download in different countries?

I just activated my account but everytime I try to log in, there is a glitch that takes me back to the first page. I have never gotten farther.

The refresh wheel won’t stop turning. I have deleted the app 3 times and redownloaded turned my phone off still the same thing.
