For some reason, the login that I was given is not working. I left a voicemail for the customer service number and was not contacted back the school seems as if they don’t know what to do about the login .can someone please assist me?????

The care circle invitation token sent to Grandma expired so I deleted and re-added Grandma however she never got a new invitation to join the kids’ profiles. Please advise how to get a new invitation email sent to her.
The app isn’t working at all I’ve deleted it and reinstalled that didn’t work, I turned off my device and turned back on that didn’t work. My child’s daycare doesn’t seem to have a clue just said everyone is having technical difficulties this week. Well I would like my child’s updates what do I do to get access and stop this spinning circle on my screen and actually have a functional app
I’m sure you’ve also received my email in response to your email subjected “Problem Resolved.” The issue has not been resolved. I’ve tried logging in and it’s still not letting me log in. I called - again - and received the same message “It’ll take 24-48 hours.” I’ve lost all trust in you guys. You guys have been behind but that’s a problem on your end. What you’re telling me that I cannot get any of my child’s updates or updates from her daycare for the past week and a half because you guys are behind? When I only need two of my accounts to be reset? Please do not email me your response to this. Call me. My case number is SA0015229. I’m sure you’ll find my number there. If not, the next email I receive from you should be you inquiring about my contact number.
Hi, My child’s daycare started using this app on the 31st. I’m the only parent in that daycare without being able to see what the hell is going on with my 5 months old because of your lack of management and organization. I’ve been calling you guys since last Thursday to get you guys to reset my account. I was told that I’ll be receiving a call “tomorrow.” It’s a week today and I still haven’t received anything from any of you. I’ve been calling everyday and each day I called, I was told “I see a ticket put in here for you.” Well no shit that there’s a ticket. After a week of waiting, there better be 7 tickets. 6, since I’m quite understanding that you guys didn’t work on Monday. I called again yesterday and the representative told me that she passed my message to “the big people” and that I should be receiving a call back from three “big people” by “today,” which was yesterday (6/1). And here I am. Whoever she refered to as “big” doesn’t seem so big after all. Or perhaps, she has a different definition of what “big” is.
The guardian ID and family ID provided to me by my daughter's daycare isn't working. I am unable to access the app.

As a teacher of 6 years through day cares and learning centers, I can say that sproutabout is without a doubt the worst communications app I’ve seen since I started. Not only does it require too many actions for me to post, edit or upload anything it also does not let me post, edit or upload anything because it doesn’t work. The time needed to trouble shoot would hinder my vision of my classroom and taking time away from the kids. Don’t get me started on the messaging portion. If it’s not loading and freezing the app everytime I click the messages icon then it’s not showing parent messages or receiving the messages on time or just straight up deleting important messages. Not once have the teachers in my center who have used brightwheel once complained about it but since switching over to sproutabout I hear complaints from every classroom. Today the app would not let me check out children so I’m stuck with the app saying 13 children. I see update after update and with each one the app gets worse. Take it down, let the teachers use brightwheel again and when you’ve figured out what’s wrong with your app then we will try!!

This app is extremely glitchy on my iPhone 11. The video is slow and constantly freezes, I have to keep reloading and clicking from camera to camera to refresh. I thought it was because I needed to download the update, but ever since the update, it doesn’t open at all anymore and just stays stuck on the white intro page so I can’t even see the teacher updates and messages. If you are a daycare center, please, for the love of god, use a better app for the sake of the tired parents that could do with one less pebble in their shoe.

For the past two weeks or more I’ve received random “No screenshot warning” with a red camera. Well after 3 times in one day and a few in the last two weeks, the center thinks I’m disobeying privacy rules. I was blocked for over 48 hours. Seeing my children throughout my workday is priceless. I looked into all setting in my phone…just to find out from a tech phone (to SproutAbout because I was lost)call that this app misreads Apple CarPlay initiations as an attempt by the user to take a screenshot. This is absolutely ridiculous! So I can’t be a passenger or sit in a parking lot and see my children or look at them before driving off. Major flaw. Very disappointed. Best part is, this “known” issue was not shared in any form of communication to the center. So the director can think I’m making stuff up and this is not in any newsletter/email updates. Horrible! What a terrible flaw!
