I used UGK at a former employer, and when I had an issue with another card I went back to UGK. I switched my Direct Deposit to the card. It has been a nightmare. I’m currently waiting on my 3rd bi-weekly deposit. It does NOT post “up to 2 days earlier” as advertised. My employer released my funds for deposit on Wednesdays, I don’t get it til Friday, which is the regular payday. Nobody at UGK can tell me why. They blame my employer (I work for the STATE of Arkansas lol). I was issued a card. My mail is held at the post office. Card never arrived even tho in UKGWallet it says it did. They sent it to an old address, wouldn’t let me change my address to the place I actually live. I in turn had the post office hold my mail, still no card. I have asked to speak to a supervisor on numerous occasions, only to be told they will schedule a callback for a supervisor to speak with me, never got that call back. The card isn’t compatible with anything except Apple Pay, so when I go get funds deposited, they have to be transferred to my Apple Pay and then sent to Venmo so I can access my money. It’s an absolutely atrocious situation. Once I finally get this deposit, if ever, I’m closing the account. I just wanted to warn any potential customers DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. If I could give less than one star I would!
