I used the soo one time and tried to contact someone in customer service and didn’t get a response yet. Wouldn’t recommend this foolishness!

Issue After Issue

I’m going on two weeks since I enrolled. 10 plus contacts with customer service who “escalate” the repetitive issues over and over with zero resolution. I’d think by now it would be a priority for a company that provides access to payroll and my funds to go beyond escalating? 1) The debit card won’t link to my account 2) Repetitive issues with inaccurate information and no access to all that should be standard with any bank account or debit card. Beyond frustrating 3) App shows my daily hours worked but zero income. Blah-
UPDATE: 4/29 still not functioning. They tell me 24 hours to resolve but of course no follow thru. Supervisor refuses to return my call. They contradict all the information, depends on who you speak with as to what info you get. I really can’t believe KRONOS AKA UKG allows it’s operations and customer support to fail at such an epic level.

Planned savings

I really appreciate being able to advance money when I need it. It’s always a challenge to meet my expenses. And there are so many great features to UKGWallet. I just wish I could set up a direct deposit to my credit union easily. Oh well. I discovered that UKGWallet has another nifty feature which allows you to develop a savings plan. I can’t believe how easy and convenient it is. Now I can plan out a vacation!

Not dependable

I paid over $500 in advance my last check and it won’t let me advance still. It’s been a full week of me working so I have the hours available, and they still keep saying they’re looking into the matter.
To make matters worse my son whose home for summer break is starving and I’m pregnant and starving as well.
They should have taken half of the money if they were going to pull “system errors” like this.
Then the chat person asked me to send proof of them taking the 500 from my pay stub and somehow can’t see that I don’t have a balance of anything due. Can’t get food stamps Bc I work full time, can’t advance because they’re having issues on their end for longer than a week. This is why I WONT switch to having my full check with UKG.

Surprised!

I’m going on a trip this weekend and to have access to my funds earlier than anticipated has made me not only enjoy where I work, but want to actually work more so my paycheck is bigger 😂😂. I’d definitely recommend UKGWallet to businesses or anyone who wants access to their pay early!

Decent, the only upside is access to pay early. Besides that your gonna be dealing with app not wanting to load, glitches like hours worked not being updated. if you access your funds they might not deduct it on time like they said they would, so it might set you back the following week Customer service says the same thing (wait 24hrs and it should update) even though my app clearly say that it hasn’t been updated in 2-3 days Hit or miss with this but I feel if ADP implemented some of the features ukg has, ukg wouldn’t be a thing

Awesome app

Only thing…. My actual card don’t work and none of the reps could help me. So instead of using my card for purchases, I have to transfer money to another card for a fee. Other than that, accessing money from my pay a week early is awesome.

Nothing to depend on

I don’t normally write reviews. But it’s such a downer when you’re using this wallet as a benefit and UKGWallet , or business, or the team is dysfunctional. They say it takes 24hrs to update earnings. Yet there’s a lapse, without any updates, which takes days. I don’t think it’s fair to offer a dysfunctional service. You’re getting people’s hopes up and creating an exciting offer of benefits for hard hours worked (healthcare), and letting us down.

Worst experience.

I cannot give a worst review for an app!
I’ve tried countless times to contact someone for help and have been getting case numbers with promise’s for resolutions in 24/48 hours and nothing. Sent emails no responses…no one seems to want to help on UKGWallet. Come on people! Be professional and get on it! At least respond to the online chat, at least respond to emails! At least get back to your cases that were opened. Anything!?

Misleading

They are quick and allow up to 50% of your earned wages however, they don’t answer the phone, they can’t adjust and add more in case of emergency and they charge $3 a deposit so be careful and safe so you won’t end up salty

Customer Service

Yes being able to access my paycheck early is amazing but recently I needed to access some money and it said “system unable to retrieve funds”. So I tried calling and chatting with customer service and not once was I able to get through or talk to a representative at all. Something they need to work on.

Their agent is rude, a lot of limitations with their banks

There’s a lot of limitations with the card and their banks. I saved a lot of money here but It’s hard to withdraw your money off of it. On an ATM it wont let you withdraw more than $100 each transaction. There’s daily limit withdrawal of $500 and monthly limit of $3500. So if you have any emergency you wont be able to get your money easily. Plus the agent is rude and impatient!

Over 2 months issue

I’m having trouble using you guys because every time I need there is a issue with my account. It’s been over 2 months now that I can access my money earlier when I need. There is also a pending transaction in my account that I never got that money deposited. When are you guys going to fix the problem?

Bad app

Application is not what is promised. It takes 5plus days to update your earnings… so you never get the cash out when needed. One time I complained, and the associate told me I was terminated from my company. That was their reason why my time card had not updated for 5 days. This was false and offensive! I’d delete the application if my work didn’t use it for our pay.

No access to money no live person

Got the card it worked once, ever since then it’s never worked again for over three weeks. I have messaged them and called them with no response. The three times I spoke with someone I was told it would be fixed in 24 hours. No follow up never fixed trying to get the account closed now. Don’t waste your time it doesn’t work nor do you get your money. It’s honestly more of a headache and anything else.

I would look else where

These people have locked my savings through their app for 2 weeks now . No one can tell me why I can’t access my money but they continue to take it out of my primary account and put it In a savings account that I have no access to I’ve called dozens of times with no one having any clue of why they are basically stealing my money . It’s illegal unfair and just plain wrong .

Daily pay is better

Tried to get a debit card and it says can’t verify with the information I gave. Customer service can’t help and don’t have any resolution to help fix my problem. But yet it tells me to call in or chat to get assistance UKGWallet is a joke.

Unable to access savings money

UKG updated UKGWallet and now I cannot access my savings money. I tried to contact costumer service and was fold they cannot do anything about it and asked me to send an email which I did and up to now, for almost a month I see my savings money with zero balance in UKGWallet and no one seems to know what’s going on and where my money went. There is a scam going on and I want to warn everyone not to deposit your money in UKG. So annoying and frustrating.

The Worst

The only reason I used this is because my employer uses UKG Kronos for payroll. The only benefit to depositing you Check into this is to pull advanced from your checks earned wages. But you don’t even need an account for that. If you run into any issues forget customer service. They are rude, incompetent, unresponsive liars. They will claim escalate your issue and tell you 24 hours it will resolve, but you will wait weeks and still not have a resolution. Do not trust this company with your money. I would immediately transfer your wages elsewhere and do NOT pay any bills with it. If you have a dispute or if anything happens to your money you can forget about getting it back. This is not a bank it just pretends to be. Your money is safe in UKGWallet!

Terrible!

When I was able to log in which was months ago the features such as access earned wages didn't work, like screen wouldn't even load. Now I can't even log in changed my password 20 times even though I knew I was entering it correctly. Still getting an error message saying make sure you entered the correct info and it has been MONTHS. No updates to UKGWallet nothing and judging by the reviews customer service doesn't care. 🚮

I have never in all my 43 years never had a job that allows this option. You are helping a lot of people pay bills in between pay periods.

Updates

UKGWallet does not update like it should. Therefore you cannot really access your pay in advance because it’s showing you didn’t actually work when you did. When you reach out to chat your message is never responded to. You have to call a live person. It really is a terrible app. Employees get excited that they have access to a pay app and then it doesn’t work properly. I’ve had Daily Pay at another employee and it immediately updated as soon as you clocked out and you had access to your funds if need be. Much better app.

Slow to update earnings

In theory it sounds great and at times it is. However, my earnings are hardly ever update within the 24 hour time frame. It’s annoying to always have to reach out and wait for the technical department to fix the issue. Today the chat advisor told me my earnings don’t update within 24 hours because he and I are in different time zones after he told me they update within 24 hours of me clocking out. It would be wonderful to get factual helpful information in a timely manner instead of what I’m getting.

Bad Customer Support

I have had an issue for weeks now where I cannot access my pay. I talked to my work and they told me it was UKGWallet . I was injured at work so I didn’t receive my regular pay check but after my pay checks resumed and I recovered UKGWallet never continued to display my balance and hasn’t worked since. I have contacted their customer service over half a dozen times and no one has helped me fix the issue.

Horrible service

If you lock your card and UKGWallet messes us your SCREWED! I’ve called,left voicemails,emails,the chats and NOTHING!! Finally they answered and at first it was 24 hours then it was 48 hours now they are saying days! So much for using your paycheck early cause I will be paid before it’s unlocked and still have to fight to get my money off my card!! Don’t lock your card better yet don’t use this service

Very clunky is not user friendly Simply saving options not available or at least after the 10 phone calls to your customer service line they could not answer questions they could not tell how to use UKGWallet they could not tell me this was the correct app for what I was trying todo They could not assist me on how to have access to my money using there app and creat a rainy day fund with the amount that I would like to put in when I wanted to put it in

Despite what I saw online, this app actually works

Thought it was going to be another one of those apps that we needed to wait for updates and more updates before it worked and in a timely manner…. Especially because so many reviews said it absolutely DOESN‘T work. But it DOES! If you get your pay via UKG and have worked, you will be able to advance money from your next check immediately to a card/bank. Brilliant. Thank you!

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP !!!!!!!!!!!!

I’ve used payactiv for a few employers & NEVER have I felt so played ! You work , clock in on UKG & for some STRANGE reason the advancements are never properly updated & they blame the employer instead of actually looking into the issue . It’s very inconvenient & they honestly do not care to fix it as MANY others have had the same issue for YEARS ! I’ve gotten my lawyer as well as my district manager involved because I honestly think they are stealing some how some way .

Horrible!!!

My employer started using UKGWallet and I downloaded it, I transferred money and it never arrived. Everyone I spoke to couldn’t help or would t . The emails were ridiculous as they come from many different people ! I still haven’t got my money and I provided bank statements to show the money was never sent but they sure took it out of my check when payroll came around ! It’s been 2 weeks no resolution ! Payactiv powers UKGWallet and OnShift which my other job uses and have never had an issue ! Oh good luck on speaking to a superior there isn’t one !

UKGWallet works, but barely. Forgot password? Good luck, you’ll look at a load screen for an eternity. UKGWallet crashes when adding cards through a certain a screen, but you can eventually get a work around to work. UKGWallet could be greatly improved with some bug fixes. Until then, 3/5 at best.

Mixed feelings, DO NOT USE THE UKG CARD

Ive had UKGWallet for a short period and its worked well all the way up until I applied for the card. It allowed me to create and activate a digital card however once I put money onto it it became unusable digitally and would not flip over so I could see the back of the card. Im still waiting on the physical card to arrive and the money shows its available $300 but its stuck in limbo until UKGWallet decides to start working or the card arrives. Ive spoken with support through email, text, and over the phone however its been over a week and nothing has changed. I was told my card wasn’t activated and I needed to do so in UKGWallet that was incorrect. I was then told I needed to call a number “card services” however to they require all information on card that I don’t have access to. I was assured that they’re working diligently to resolve this the term “high priority” was used. However I truly believe Im being passed around with hopes that I’ll just go away $300 while not a lot of money these days is still nothing to sneeze at I needed that $ in an emergency Id be completely screwed.

Long story short, If new don’t apply for the card it is clearly a work in progress and they have been very slow getting this particular situation taken care of. I will leave an updated review once something changes.

Great App

Hey everything works well. What would make the experience even better is if Wallet and Pro Classic could sync up to convert the amount taken out early into hrs and deduct it from the hrs worked portion in Pro Classic. That way it’s easier to calculate what we should actually expect when the paycheck comes in rather than trying to remember how much we took out.

Very unprofessional company. I don’t recommend this company at all. Their application always goes down and does not update. There representatives when you call say sorry on the matter and avoid to tell you what’s wrong and at the end nothing was fixed or resolved. Fix the application UKG WALLET
