I had the old app with an account on there. When I try to sign in on the new app, it wants me to make an account. But then it fails because I already have an account made under the old app. There’s no way that I can see to just log in without it trying to sign me up for a new account, which then fails.

Decided to give the place another try through TacoPalenque and could not because it’s tied to your phone number which won’t accept the account creation again.

What’s the point of having a restaurant’s app if you can’t use it to order carry out? TacoPalenque is broken so you’re unable to make online orders. What’s worse, the restaurant employees acknowledged that for weeks TacoPalenque is broken and yet it still hasn’t been fixed. Don’t waste your time downloading TacoPalenque and expecting you can order a warm meal. Instead you’ll just end up with frustration and your local store telling you to call your order in instead…

I ordered Salsas should be a separate order field. I ordered 12 fajita tacos and it only let me add two salsas. So I had to start over and order each taco separately. 12 fajita tacos should be added at the end. I order 12 fajita tacos and it would only allow 2 salsas. So I had to order each taco separately.

How is there not a user flow for someone who already has a phone number associated with an account? It won’t let me create a new account because I don’t have multiple phone numbers. Insane. And why can’t I just check out as a guest? Horrible Lunchbox experience

For some reason, when you place an order for pickup at, say, 6pm it will actually go to the restaurant for pickup at 5pm. So when you get there at 6 your food has been sitting out for an hour. Confirmed this that my confirmation email said pickup time of 7pm but the time on my receipt at pickup said 6pm. This needs to be fixed asap.

So, don’t know how much of the problem is TacoPalenque or the store but, don’t see the point to TacoPalenque . There have been times where I order ahead, and get to the store for it not to be ready. Multiple times. It’s been better to just go to the drive thru. And it’s not like I’m building up points or even have deal on TacoPalenque . Maybe for big orders.

Nice interface and good promos, could be improved through give out less options to speed up ordering process.

Their chicken fajita plate is my go to! It comes with 3 flour tortillas I use to make my own tacos with rice, beans, guacamole, chicken, & top them grilled onions & the lettuce that is included. Their chips and salsa are amazing! My 6 yr old loves their kids picadillo combo but with everything packaged seperate so it easier to put into a plate for her. She loves their chips as well and builds her own mini botana with her picadillo and tomatoes. It’s dinner time!

Ok newbie to Taco Palenque that just opened near me and I'm hooked! So far everything I've tried is awesome and highly recommend them to everyone! Well worth the cost for the amount and quality of the food. The salsa bar is great too if you're eating in the restaurant! The whole family loves it, and we try something new each time.

Quick and easy to order

The food was delicious, the quality & quantity. Great customer service from workers, especially Sofia she offered the best eat in experience at the restaurant, super attentive to anything we needed. Loved the Taco Palenque in San Juan

I’ve seen bigger f.f chains have awful Apps. Taco Palenque makes their App very user friendly! Makes ordering exciting and they offer $5 off for every new account registered.

They make you wait in line to get your food when tho it’s ready to pick up. Then they give you attitude when you try to go stir gut and ask for the order.

Also, TacoPalenque does not tell you the total quantity of the items as you are ordering it. Finally, TacoPalenque is not allowing the review right now. So I am typing this blind. Using Siri

Let’s say your pull up to the restaurant sitting in your car you just wanna order real quick and go inside and get it, TacoPalenque makes you wait 20 minutes before they start making it.
