This might be the worst food ordering app I’ve ever used. My advice to the management is to stop being stingy and actually pay for a decent app developer. The whole process of ordering food on here is chaotic and annoying.

The original app worked so much better. Had Apple Pay making checkout much easier. The tiny field for entering credit card info is a nuisance.

SurfTaco doesn’t let you order on it as the description claims. It is a glorified landing page. It does nothing. Now I do not want to order from Surf Taco, ever.

When I go to the order screen it just sits there loading for locations, and nothing ever comes up, this is not a dig on surf Taco’s food, that’s great, this 2.0 app just stinks.

I wish it worked. I love surf taco so much. But th app won’t let me check out ever. I have everything set to go and the confirm order button just doesn’t let me press to confirm the order!

SurfTaco does not work. I’ve typed in multiple credit cards to pay for an order, and it keeps giving me error messages.

App is nice but don’t bother. Nothing shows this is just a front for a door dash delivery. Store blames door dash for order issues. App worked fine but it was shady that it never tells customer it isn’t a first party order direct with the store.

I had the previous app and it worked great! This one however does not work very well. Few things:
- It got my location wrong even after allowing location showing in 5k miles away
- When clicking order there is a 2-3 minute lag to load up anything
- Other App used to offer Apple Pay which was a great feature! They got rid of this for the “2.0”
- Amex having issues validating cards (tried two different Amex cards)

The restaurant workers just said we had to call in to order. SurfTaco wouldn’t allow certain menu items to be added to the order & the payment portal wouldn’t work to complete the order.

Different errors every time I try to use it. First time it refused to put an item in my basket (it was available when I called the shop). Second time it wouldn’t accept my address as valid. Third time, today, it won’t let me select any delivery or pickup times except “ASAP.” DoorDash actually owns SurfTaco - please get a high school kid or someone capable to fix it!

I downloaded SurfTaco because their website says you have to use it f you want to order ahead. Unfortunately, every time I click to the order tab, it just sits there with a wheel spinning in the location screen forever until I eventually have to force quit SurfTaco . Guess I’m going to have to order from Qdoba instead.

App is not easy to use. Took a while to figure out how to make it work and order multiple surf tacos. Should be able to enter the number but it did not work. Must keep pushing the plus button

Worked well! The font for the payment info was a bit small and hard to see, but overall, it worked well, had no glitches and I was able to quickly place my order!
