What’s worse, the restaurant employees acknowledged that for weeks the app is broken and yet it still hasn’t been fixed. Don’t waste your time downloading this app and expecting you can order a warm meal. Instead you’ll just end up with frustration and your local store telling you to call your order in instead…
Won’t let me log in

I had the old app with an account on there. When I try to sign in on the new app, it wants me to make an account. But then it fails because I already have an account made under the old app. There’s no way that I can see to just log in without it trying to sign me up for a new account, which then fails.
Times are wrong

For some reason, when you place an order for pickup at, say, 6pm it will actually go to the restaurant for pickup at 5pm. So when you get there at 6 your food has been sitting out for an hour. Confirmed this that my confirmation email said pickup time of 7pm but the time on my receipt at pickup said 6pm. This needs to be fixed asap.
