Ubuy: International Shopping Reviews

So the reason why I downloaded Ubuy was because they claim that they have “the best online shipping prices” when in fact they charge you the same shipping rate and everything same as Amazon...the thing that really got me heated was when I asked for a refund or requested to cancel my order, I notified them a few hours after I made my purchase...(I requested it since my order was still processing ,if it went through then I wouldn’t have even bothered to cancel it) But they emailed back saying that they would get back to me....well they didn’t instead I received an email 2 days later saying that my order has been complete and is shipping off to me...wish that the situation was handled better and I also wish that they made cancelling our orders much easier since we can’t do it within Ubuy we have to email them. I read the one star reviews but I didn’t really pay attention to them since I know there’s some fake reviews out there ...but I am talking from experience! This is my first and last time to use Ubuy!!! Very disappointed in how they handled it and very misleading!

Don't order! Not reliable at all!!
Called too many times to ask about the shipment after it passed the shipment timeframe and the call center knows nothing about the status of the shipment! After few days of trying I got an answer that it will be delivered on that same day but it didn't arrive! Called them again and again but no answer at all and they have no idea about the status of the order! I tried Ubuy chat option they told me they can't do anything about it!
No one followed up my case and simply they just didn't care!
And I'm still waiting for that stupid order!
Guys don't bother ordering it's really not reliable or trusted!

After getting the order it turned out it's used and defected and registered to someone else at the manufacturer service website! They told me it's defected and it can't be fixed! How did this app sold me something used without mentioning or highlight the status of the item (it was marked as new) and how they sold me something defected?

It's 110% not reliable

Now I'm waiting for their answer I've calling for the past couple of days with no luck! I think I will take a legal action if it takes few more days longer

All orders came by 1 week and days
and all the stuff nothing broked or smashed

Fast shipping, helpful customer service! Wow I can’t believe all of the items I can get! They get to my house within a week unless I order an import and then they must wait to receive but that is understandable. Getting great products from the US from many different companies within 7 days to my door is great!

This is simply the best shopping app I’ve ever used period. It has so many products which aren’t available in my country and it also beats competitors at pricing I can buy things 30% less than the actual price Ubuy could use some updates but I took functionality over UI.

They sold me defected items also they didn't send my other items they say the supplier does not have them but i can order them from Ubuy again strange !!!!!
Their call centre and workers each one tells different story i also paid extra money for the delivery no use it was late for no reason
Now i will complete one month with only emails today next week the supplier the shipment they want to take the defected item so i can’t ask for a refund

I thought I’d give this a shot but deleted it after a cursory look. I have no idea what the price for any item is in My currency, USD, and no way to understand the difference without pulling out another device for currency exchange information. I also didn’t see shipping details. By the time I figure out how much it is I’ve also figured out a way to better spend my money. If... if I missed something that made this easier, please forgive my ignorance and, well it’s still deleted.

The most stupid shopping app I've ever used. It allows you to select from a wide range of goods, and pay for them. Then the company calls to tell you that some of the goods you just purchased are not available, so they will simply process a refund. You immediately go search for those same goods in Ubuy , and they are available!!! Are you serious!!! Unless these money transfers are done intentionally to cover up some fishy business, this is a one incompetent company that manages Ubuy .

I used the platform for the first time, I bought one item and selected expedited shipment to get the ordered package in 3-6 days from Ubuy it is still showing as not shipped after a week, i tried to cancel the order, the agent told me if I still need to cancel I need to pay as it is shipped (Lied to me) the package is still not shipped as it is still showing processing and no courier was selected neither a tracking number..

NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL

1- i made an order and I wanted to remove one item. It was very default to reach out to cancel it. You can’t cancel from Ubuy , the don’t have a call center, the live char doesn’t work. The only way do cancel a product is through email. An guess what? It was not called.

2. After one week my whole order was cancelled by their side without my agreement. They wanted me to send a cope of my paypal bill. And i did. But they cancelled the order and said that I didn’t send any document.

لا تستخدمون هذا البرنامج. تقريبا مستحيل تلغون الطلبيه اذا غيرتوا رأيكم. و في النهاية البرنامج الغى الطلب كامل بدون علمي لانهم ارادوا مني ان ارسل نسخة من فاتورة الدفع لانني دفعت من برنامج paypal. ولاكن حتى بعد ارسال نسخة الفاتورة، قاموا بإلغاء الطلب كامل.

هذا البرنامج فاشل

I’ve been shopping through this app for quite awhile now , but in the past few months the prices went insanely higher .
I just paid 20+kd for a 3 kgs package between the shipping and clearance , and the prices of the products itself are higher than the original prices in the websites

Ubuy is simply too slow to process. It needs some bugs fixing and adjustments, overall not happy with Ubuy . Nothing’s wrong with my internet, in fact I’ve tried my LTE it was still too slow. I clicked on something, it was buffering for the past 5min. I always had to refresh when that happened. Really inconvenient I am truly dissatisfied.

There is a problem in the last update, i try to enter this app application then it get me out of it. Please solve this problem

It’s really good app to buy things but by the new update why u removed the pay by debit card in qatar i hope u return it back to let me buy things ♥️♥️♥️

Every time I try to search for something, Ubuy closes? It worked for Crisco, Fritos, Mayonaise, but when I asked for Schick Razor Blades, it shuts off, so until you can fix Ubuy I will not consider an order from your company, plus I notice that the prices you charge are a little outrageous, but some things I might buy once your app is working

I discovered Ubuy/website only because I noticed someone on there selling a “genuine authentic certified” purse. The funny thing is, they’re trying to sell MY purse! Every single photo in the listing are MY photos of MY bag that I own.

Do not use this website/app unless you’re okay with being scammed.
