I’m really upset that the app has turned into a lot of advertising and push to buy things. I really enjoyed getting my daily happiness project texts but the marketing end has ruined things for me.

This app is a huge support for people battling mental health problems and just gives everyone tips and information for a better life. Not only should we support them through this app, but also following them on social media and recommending them. You never know whos life can be saved or changed because of an app like this.
my new favorite app

i just wanted to say how wonderful this app is. it’s not just your basic shopping/promoting app! it is a calm and safe space that i could scroll through for hours. my favorite parts are the hub, check-in, breathe. all three sections make me immediately feel better about whatever i am feeling. i also love the direct links and numbers of hotlines. it is a very helpful and thoughtful feature.
there is also some really cute and calming wallpapers, which is fun. my favorite one says “you did the best you could today, and that is good enough.” i really needed to hear that today, so thank you.
