I’ve tried 3 different times to use CircleK for the rewards offered. It hasn’t worked one time. I’ve contacted customer service each time and have not received one response. Don’t use thinking you’re going to get rewards it will not happen.

Have had issues from day one. Tried to use the 30¢ off a gallon new app promo and it wouldn’t take it. I just mad everyone mad while the cashier tried so hard to make it work.

I just loaded CircleK on my i12 IOS 15. It doesn’t work properly. The text is too large for the screen and unable to reduce the size. Also, unable to scroll.

I switched back to the old app because there no option to provide your mobile ID to be scanned at checkout in a store.

Can’t get through the login process. Will not allow me to accept Terms and Conditions. It is full screen and will not scroll

The older app was very good. This newest app replacing it is awful. And the latest update did NOT add the card to our account. Just go back to the previous version.

I have no idea what I just signed up for since I already had a Circle K membership but I sure am glad I didn’t use my regular password! I don’t think this is legit.

My name is Courtney I have been going to circle K for over six months and there is a lady that works circle K store 2363 on Seawall her name is Debra. She is really friendly and very nice. She knows me by my name I go in there and every week and get a carton of cigarettes. She’s really funny. and really kind. And everybody else that works there they don’t know me by my name they just see me as just a customer and it’s nice to have someone that knows me knows my name and every time I go there she always tells me hello how are you today

I really enjoy stopping at the Harbor circle k after dropping my grandson off at school to pick up a cup of there coffee. The coffee is always fresh nice flavor. I also like when Cindy is working because I usually pick up some hot pretzels to go as well. However they do need 2 cashiers working not just 1 the line at times are very long.

The previous iteration of CircleK seemed to work perfectly. they continually told us about a new app coming out soon and it did. Unfortunately, virtually nothing works correctly. All of your discount fuel cards that were tied together with a previous card no longer show up and give authentication issues. There was obviously no beta testing with CircleK and rather they rushed it to the consumers. It’s well known that Circle K is taking over many local stores which I congratulate them on but if they would’ve spent a few extra dollars testing CircleK it would save the customers all of this heartache.

Easy pay debit from Circle K. it is horrible experience. It’s so hard to use. It’s crazy that you have to make a debit card and then you can’t connect it to your app and just pay it like that or use your regular debit card and just input a rewards number or something it’s so complicated and convoluted and it’s so hard to get anything corrected if like you use the wrong pin or anything the people that work at a gas station can’t help you with anything you have to call the customer service number, if anything has any issues.

I like CircleK & the rewards program, however there are many times that CircleK won’t load in the store to redeem my rewards. It’s not just me, the clerks have said that often customers need to go outside to get CircleK to load. I’ve missed out on redeeming rewards because of this.
Also, why do only certain rewards have a choice? I would like to be able to trade grand prize entries for a soda

I visit my circle K every day maybe twice a day. I enjoy the workers are always working n cleaning. We have a great group up there. What needs to be fixed is the gas pumps. 20 minutes to fill my truck is ridiculous.

No one speaks fluent English in this store I have been in twice with questions about how CircleK works at the pumps. CircleK awarded me 30 cent discount provided I paid first took forever to find someone in the store who could activate it after pre paying I tried use it without success. I am going to try one more time on Thursday for 20 cent discount on premium gas. Hopefully the new one n marathon is completed soon and they are better at CircleK

User friendly, love the map feature so that I know which circle ks are real vs owned by someone else. That way I can get my fuel discounts. Also nice to see the promos for sales on food and drink!

I used CircleK for quite a while, but over the past several months it no longer works. CircleK doesn’t let me interact with it in any way aside from scrolling once it’s open, but the ads and features keep loading and unloading/reloading? Please fix, CircleK was nice otherwise.

The iOS app now lists the current price of diesel on the main page instead of 87 octane gasoline like it used to. Can this be changed back? I don’t use diesel. Thanks.

The “new” app is trash. There was nothing wrong with the original. In the original when going through the deals section one deal claims that if you download the new app you’ll get a free coffee and breakfast biscuit sandwich yet there is no such offer in the new app. I have the old app still and use it more often because it refreshes and has actual deals in it. The new app looks like a fifth grader made it, cheaply done and in a hurry.

28 years I worked finance. Millions in contracts monthly.
CircleK has me registering, then reregistering and then finally telling me my email is already registered. Well yeah I’ve Registered and tried logging in over several months then deleting CircleK many times. I don’t give up easy.
High 5 to the people with the patience to keep trying. I’m done, too many apps with gas rewards and store rewards to go through this.

I was skeptical to give out to the company bank information and debit card for checking account it’s all good and I have great deals and discounts I’m in Titusville Circle K is working for me

I gave them of a picture of my driving license front and back gave them my bank statement with my information on and they still will not give me the card to get $.10 off per gallon.
But they want a five star rating.

Good deals but needs more games!

Apparently their programmers don’t understand what constitutes a legal email address. Some parts of CircleK allow the plus sign. Others parts, such as Easy Pay, don’t. The lack of consistency doesn’t give me confidence.

I tried to download CircleK for easy rewards and attempted to register 6 times!!! The “register” button will not let me click it and is literally not a button. I even went home to try again thinking it was a no wi-fi issue but nope!! I went to their support page and have yet to get a response.

CircleK is horrible. They cannot keep it up and running properly; one day there’s prices, next day there’s no prices….. one day there’s stores in your area, the next day there’s no stores in your area ; and when you try to contact them no one at the corporation ever returns your messages or calls.

I found that the area was well manicured and the people that manage this hall facility truly do care.

What does CircleK actually do besides locate stores and tell you in-store deals?

The coupons aren’t really coupons. You can no longer play their rewards games online and CircleK doesn’t have it either

What can CircleK do that google maps doesn’t do?

On the off-chance CircleK actually works and doesn’t give you an “unexpected error” (as opposed to all of the errors they were expecting) there’s still a good chance that the idiots who are supposed to maintain the database forgot to do their jobs and your “free” item won’t be free. Then you have to rely on the minimum wage employee to know how to handle that situation. Even worse, when you ARE an employee - like me - and you just want to get your “perk” of $0.20 off per gallon of gas, it just doesn’t work. No explanation, no fix, you just get to pay full price for gas this week. Better luck next time.

I used to win frequently thru the website but only get BOGO items now, which just aren’t that great since lots of other places offer the same. I realize they were probably losing a lot, but maybe note somewhere free items are no longer given. Even on this review, it won’t let me tap a star to rate. I have told many people over the years about your monthly drink deal and game but sadly won’t be now.

I have downloaded and dumped CircleK 5 times even contact support and they said it would be fixed but I constantly show an error on every page. I can’t even play the Circle K game anymore because it wants to take me to CircleK that does NOT work. I would give a zero if I could.

Circle K is a wonderful company to shop at and also work for. We have so many opportunities for our customers and also our coworkers as a whole. Thank you soo much

Every time I open my junk email CircleK music from the game goes o win prizes is playing in the background! It feels like a invasion of my privacy because now I don’t know if my email is exposed is there a fix for that???

Had a K card to save me 10 cents a gallon. Lost it.. found it then went to use it. Said they canceled the cards last month. Handed a slip to sign up for a new program. Went to car to use my phone to scan & sign up. Then I noticed I would only be saving 3 cents a gallon. Big deal! Went back in to store (Blue Diamond) and there was a line of 8+ people. I was paying cash anyway so saving 3 cents wasn’t worth standing in line. They should have made an exception for me. I left and went to Smith’s where I got gas for 2$ gallon with my Smiths points. So I actually saved 40cents a gallon.

I downloaded from GasBuddy suggestion but it seems like a scam. Nothing worked! It couldn’t find my location. Couldn’t load any Inner Circle deals because of server error?? I deleted and downloaded again but get the same error messages on every tab.
I was really hoping this was a good app because I don’t want to input my driver’s license number and link to my bank account to get the ‘Easy Pay’ discount at the pump :-(

We have always stopped @ this store but when I started doin rewards & point systems @ all these stores… ⭕️ K jus had tons and tons of much better options games with real time prizes… I can honestly say that we probably visited Circle K about 300 days out of the year and that’s been the past three years. Seven save also was the best thing that they never come up with until they raise the price because in all actuality, I wasn’t saving any money because every time I would go in and get my free drink every day. I ended up buying a candy bar, so I was actually spending way more appreciated 599 price but I will not pay the $10 today… Thnx 🥤⭕️K

Please bring them back! So much fun. Thank you. I wasn’t driving for a couple of months - hope I didn’t miss out on too many complimentary pizza slices, iced coffees, fuel discounts! Back on the road and ready to visit my favorite Circle K’s!

The new Circle K app Inner Circle is an incredible app. I very much like using it free peanut butter pretzels for the diamondbacks game and they gave five free drinks, coffee or fountain and that helps a lot here in Arizona. It’s hot I’m ready for a drink there’s a Circle K thank you Circle K for having this in our Circle app.

The positive reviews are just people commenting on how much they like the cashiers. The whole Circle K ecosystem is trash. It’s confused, disjointed, the registration system for a payment card is separate and also stinks. The SMS verification process works in an early step and fails later when it makes me verify my phone number a second time for some reason to finish my profile. I try to connect my Easy Pay card to the new app, and get some PHP couldn’t open a log file error. It’s a comedy of errors. The last Circle K app was also awful. Maybe you need new product leadership.

Two days ago I checked CircleK for Circle K and it said their price was $3.27 per gallon so I use my last $30 to get gas so I went inside and prepaid the $30 went out and pump the gas and after it was done the gas price was showing $3.47 per gallon. I would’ve been able to get $6.00 more gas. So I called the Circle K phone number and told them what happened. Tell them I had pictures of what it showed on CircleK and what it showed at the pump after I pump the gas and their thing was they could only give me a polar pop, for that would cost $6.00 that I could use for gas. The polar pop was a compensation for my displeasure of the gas price when it showed on CircleK $3.27 per gallon and said three $3.47 per gallon from here on I am not going to trust CircleK at all. I am very disappointed and on a polar pop for compensation for the only $30 I had for gas for a week.

I have tried and try for the last two months and a half to get my credit in my rewards activated as a debit I haven’t been successful so far there’s not a lot of help in the stores there’s not a lot of help online and there’s not a lot of help around, so why have a store that offers so muchwhen there’s no help anywhere else think about it do you want to sell a product but you don’t have the resources that’s all I’m saying

I love your app and it was a great experience at your store today and this is definitely where I will be going now to get frozen drinks and snacks and gas. I would definitely recommend CircleK and store to everyone I know. Thank you so much for all the nice prizes and free drinks for joining your club and I will be going here all the time. You deserve this 5 star review 😃

Get it together people!! Not only does your app not actually serve a real purpose from the consumer’s side (cuz yeah, the discounts all apply automatically when entering my number at the register without doing anything on CircleK !!) but take up space and steal our data to stuff your already plump pockets with but your stupid app isn’t functioning at all anymore saying it can’t find me, when it found me and I had used it only 2 days ago!! Well if it can’t find me or even work at all, I don’t need it on my phone or in my life at all in fact!! Buh bye!

CircleK was great while it lasted but all of a sudden today it just stopped knowing where my store was and I can’t use anything on it. I can’t use my inner circle and I can’t do the circle k days of gifts. I tried redownloading it and it just stopped and I can’t use anything I have in there. I would love a reply on maybe how to fix this or if this is happening to a lot of people or if this got fixed at all and my phone is up to date on software updates so I genuinely don’t know what the problem is

I keep getting a message that “something went wrong” while trying to sign into the enrollment process for easy pay. I know the password is correct and using a bad password gives a proper error. No point in using CircleK if I can’t even enroll in easy pay. This is how you lose my business. There are plenty of other gas stations near my home at similar price points. The lack of a working app is leading me to go to the competition.

I have patronized this location for 10+ years. It is always tidy and friendly. Sometimes when I just go for a coffee late evenings, it is complimentary. I locked my keys in the car one evening and was treated like family at Grandmas until case was resolved. They are expanding from a pizza kitchen to a Burger corner, and it couldn’t be any neater and less obvious. Highly Grateful for The Donut Peddler donuts and pastries. So dagburn delicious! An occasional treat, though every time craving.

I checked CircleK and saw a special for Friday two for 4 and I went with intent to get this deal from my app and it didn’t even work the worker didn’t even know how to get this to work and on top of that I had to pay more then what CircleK told me. I say CircleK has no recommended quality that would make me say I want to see what promotions there are because there not even acceptable at store. I even shown it and the cashier didn’t want to change it to that promotion as if he states I don’t know anything about CircleK. I would of thought they be up to standards with 711 but there app is much more friendly and easy to follow. I give this a -1 star with the knowledge that this other reviews are just bots or paid cooperatives I bet they don’t even know how to use CircleK themselves.

My wife and I were getting our coworkers to join Circle K app for the Sip n Save that they are doing away with. Much of the time it never gave you the credit on your drinks purchased to be on your way to the 6th free one and they didn’t do anything about it but say oh that is going away. I will not be pushing others to use their app unless they have better customer care and do something that makes it seem above and beyond.

Our coworkers and us are huge on morning coffee from Circle K.
Now we won’t be.

Mrs. Kay and her staff are friendly, respectful, welll mannered and NEVER seen chitchatting with a line of Customers as I have at too many places!! I find it HIGHLY RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL to be on your cellphone while they’re checking you out!! This is the 1 and ONLY 1 I come to, the Inner Circle program is great and very beneficial, you get gas discounts, free drink after a couple, free candy, BOGO sales, free pizza,🍕, 🌭 etc rather you win it that day or it’s BOGONdiscounted!! Scanning you receipt especially if pay at point adds up your points as well as games!!!!! Mrs. Kay knows each and everyone of her customers by name, 1st one to greet you in the morning ☀️ and always with a big 😊 smile on her face!!

CircleK is awesome! They give you free coupons every month for awesome snacks and other circle k items & that’s not all! They also give you five free drinks upon sign up! CircleK also helps you keep track of your # of purchases that are apart of the circle k inner circle like drinks, pizza , candy, chips and tons of other yummy snacks! Every 6th one is free! I love how simple it is to use and how streamline the process is for the cashier to scan your coupon upon check out! Puts a smile on my face everytime I am able to walk out with something free! Nothing is better then FREE!

CircleK will not only save you money on your gas, but offers games to play. Which gives you coupons on things inside the Circle K Store. I use CircleK daily and would recommend it to family and friends.

CircleK is great for freebies. It also has coupons & $$ off of different in-store specials. It is actually a great app if you’re on the go & need a quick pickup. The free items range from soda, coffee or tea, chips, candy, you name it. I’ve actually won a $50 gift card through a game in CircleK , as well. If you stop at Circle K, you should definitely get CircleK .
