I Download GoorinDrops, thinking it will be the next way to purchase new fedoras, keep track of my purchases; as well as possibly bringing back a form of rewards program, like GB used to have back in the day. Unfortunately, GoorinDrops has been a waste of memory space. The only “drops” I’ve seen, are for these caps that personally I’m not attracted to and feel like GB could do better.

Either way, there is no way to purchase anything other than these hats and the only reason I consider downloading GB app, is only for the fedoras. If GB is not going to make a full app with options to purchase their fedoras then I don’t have use for GoorinDrops, I could just go to the website, I can care less for these wannabe von dutch hats. I’m sure there are people out there who dig these but not me. Personally, GoorinDrops should cater to all customers but the way this looks to me, is that it’s pushing one way and that’s towards caps. So I will be deleting GoorinDrops, thanks but no thanks.

I truly am a big fan for your hats but unfortunately i don't get the drops. Notifications are on, triple checked. Reached out to one of your operators and (Tara ) did not understand my explanations. Kind of frustrating that you can see the countdown. But once the countdown is over, all hats are gone even before i can attempt to select the hat. Ill delete GoorinDrops and try this again but unfortunately most of us are at the mercy of over priced sellers trying to squeeze more money out of buyers.

Don’t save any data and always buffing. You log out to log back in and it pretty much just keep buffing. GoorinDrops limiting GoorinDrops to drops is not a good idea. Its making more customers upset than ever before.

I downloaded GoorinDrops , setup push notifications and wasn’t notified of the new drop. So now the hat is already sold out. Lame!!

Sorry Goorin, wish I could like your app but it stinks. Sometimes I get notifications, sometimes I don’t. Half the time can’t figure out what I actually hit to get a hat in my cart. What I wouldn’t give for an “add to cart” button that you could find easily and that actually works. Finally was able to get a Friday drop in my cart today (after MANY failed attempts since GoorinDrops was launched a while back) and it suddenly wanted my credit card info re-entered (never did that before, the info has always been saved), payment kept hanging up and the item disappeared from my cart. That wasted 2 minutes cost me the first drop I would have actually gotten in weeks. This poorly designed app doesn’t seem to be able to handle the sudden onslaught of purchases on a Friday drop. Boo!

Literally the only thing GoorinDrops needs to do is show a gallery of images of hats which are just static assets and notify when drops happen. The images never load. Idk what the issue is, but that shouldn't be a technical challenge now days. Just drop them in a bucket and throw a cdn in front of it. People should be able to load images quickly from most places in the world. Simplify GoorinDrops . No one cares about how fancy your UI looks. It's 2023, people are over animations and crazy effects. Just make something functional, that is easy to use and also easy for you to maintain. It will be good for your business and also remove all these bad reviews.

So I accidentally purchased a hat to ship to my job because GoorinDrops decided to auto fill my job’s address even tho I have NEVER shipped to my job (I guess cause I made the order there) but I have always ordered Friday drops at my job and they always ship to my home address. I quickly sped through the process of purchasing because I thought it would send it to where I have been sending it for the last 10+ hats I’ve ordered but I guess not. The problem is they say they won’t allow you to change the address even if right after you’ve ordered, I think this should be changed and it should also not be autofilling random addresses into your phone, I don’t know if that’s a glitch or not but it’s very annoying. GoorinDrops is already a glitchy mess with everything else so I guess just add this problem on to the many.

I was getting alerts and just got the super SWEET trick pony hat, but, no longer have the countdown nor am i getting alerts. And YES, setting are correct. This needs to be fixed…

GoorinDrops is the hardest app to open on my phone. It fails to open often. All I get is a blank screen, maybe sometimes it says “feed and in stock” but I can’t click on anything. By the time it loads on special drops they are usually sold out or I can’t even view them anymore. I used to buy a lot of Goorin hats but GoorinDrops being the only place and way to buy them now has made my purchasing drop way off.

Yes I’ve checked my settings, yes my alerts are on. Have I been alerted in the past? Yes! I got the amazing mermaid hat! But since then I’ve not received any alerts and Friday’s at noon pass and I live my life forgetting and missing out of the Friday drops! I’ve now put an alert in my ical to remind me to manually open GoorinDrops to get my Friday drop hat.
