I purchased a full tank of diesel for my jeep in Tralee last September/October on a day which there was a promotion. I was meant to get approximately €11 off but never did. I went back to the shop immediately, reported my problem, gave my details plus receipt and despite NUMEROUS phone calls and trips back to the shop where I have spoken to managers etc I have received no response. This morning I spoke to Gina( manager) who said they heard I was to get a gift receipt and coffee but could not provide me with a contact name or my case number. She told me contact customer services. I am extremely disappointed with this treatment and I am thinking of withdrawing my customer- I would get a fill of deal there at least every second week.I hope you can resolve this situation immediately.Elma Murphy.
Worthless App constant error

I have downloaded and dumped this App 5 times even contact support and they said it would be fixed but I constantly show an error on every page. I can’t even play the Circle K game anymore because it wants to take me to the app that does NOT work. I would give a zero if I could.
Easy Pay impossible To setup

I keep getting a message that “something went wrong” while trying to sign into the enrollment process for easy pay. I know the password is correct and using a bad password gives a proper error. No point in using the app if I can’t even enroll in easy pay. This is how you lose my business. There are plenty of other gas stations near my home at similar price points. The lack of a working app is leading me to go to the competition.
Do not trust the app

Two days ago I checked the app for Circle K and it said their price was $3.27 per gallon so I use my last $30 to get gas so I went inside and prepaid the $30 went out and pump the gas and after it was done the gas price was showing $3.47 per gallon. I would’ve been able to get $6.00 more gas. So I called the Circle K phone number and told them what happened. Tell them I had pictures of what it showed on the app and what it showed at the pump after I pump the gas and their thing was they could only give me a polar pop, for that would cost $6.00 that I could use for gas. The polar pop was a compensation for my displeasure of the gas price when it showed on the app $3.27 per gallon and said three $3.47 per gallon from here on I am not going to trust the app at all. I am very disappointed and on a polar pop for compensation for the only $30 I had for gas for a week.
