I have spent about $150 so far on this app. I have loved everything so far except for one thing and I have probably bought 30 items. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of most things. Some were better than others but for the price I sure can’t complain. I will be back for sure. You can’t lose even if one thing turns out not so great because it is so inexpensive. The shipping is fast for what is probably coming from over seas. maybe a week or little more. They will text you a lot of times with updates on your order so you are never left in the dark wondering where your package is. I love getting a deal so this app is my kind of place to shop. I recommend looking around on the site for the best deal because many times they will have it cheaper from a different seller I suppose because there are multiples of similar items. They also send you coupons sometimes. If you have friend who you can sign up you can get a lot of free stuff but I didn’t want to bother anyone. I like to wait til they send me a coupon to place an order. Try it you will like it. Warning most the time when they offer free gifts you are going to have to get friends to sign up and you will play games to get the points then you will need more points to win and you will need friends to sign up to actually win the prizes you have picked out. If you have plenty of friends you can get plenty of free things. Over all I was pleasantly surprised with the products.

I have spend around 150$ on this app so far and it is quite addictive, the “games” you can play to earn “free gifts or credit” is basically making you an advertisement and so you can share Temu with friends and family. (Warning* there is a time limit so the games can expire) While Temu is great there are some issues. The biggest issue I have so far is the minimum amount required to checkout because first it was 10$ i was ok with that because the reason for the minimum checkout is so this app can be environmentally friendly and not waste a bag just for one product. BUT i realized that my minimum amount kept on changing. First it was 10$ then it was 15$ and now it’s 20$. That was kinda frustrating cause I wanted to buy some stuff ALONE without having to waste money and add other things to my cart to get to 20$. So I decided to create a new account but it still had the same issue. When I went into customer service’s “live chat” where your supposed to talk to one of this app’s employees I was instead greeted with a bot…which gave me no help whatsoever. Yet on my friends account somehow the live chat works. So I hope they can fix this glitch and if they do I will change my rating to 5 stars.

So i've been using this app for a little while now,and I can say it's pretty good really. It's really cheap,kind of like shein but a little better i guess? The gifts are legit,too. I got 15 dollars from playing on paypal but trust me it may take a while and you need a bunch of people unless you have a lot of friends. But overall,it's a good app. But you still have to be careful with some of the things in this this app app because some people also get scammed or robbed. I'm not saying it's a bad app and you shouldn't get it because it's pretty good for a online shopping app tbh. I like Temu but i think it should improve the little "free gifts credit" thingys because it is a little bit rigged. Yes,it may be a peramid scheme but i've never seen any better and almost every online shop does that right? But yeah,it's good! But please also be aware that the games are rigged like I said. Some of the games (or all tbh) have this trick that if you shared and got all the cutting prices then when you share and invite other people not only they lower the prices for you to have less time,but they give you only 1-3 days to finish. Now i'm not saying it's not that much or anything but still,it may take a while to do this because not that much people have a lot of friends like other people do. So they should really fix that and they are lucky I gave them 5 stars. (which i guess?? they deserve idrk)

this app is very entertaining. I drop in for a quick visit and end up staying. Like most bargain shopping sites you have to pick carefully on items you are seriously wanting to use and go hog wild on the cheap fun stuff. Be cause most items are relatively inexpensive it’s a great place for trying out stuff to see if it really works. No biggy if it doesn’t and hurry and buy a bunch if it does. What I do is go through and click buy on stuff I think I can’t live without then I go through and rethink and delete or keep. Since I can’t order huge amounts of stuff I go through and pick some of what I want the most and order. Then hopefully I can order some more when I can afford it. A lot of the items sell out pretty fast so you have to decide while they are available. No pressure! Ha ha. When I look at all the reviewers of this app on all the different sights and what they say I’m pretty impressed. Just remember it’s still someone’s personal opinion, but it does give you an idea of what an item looks like on real people and how an item is used and what you probably shouldn’t buy.
Ihave many things from this app that I am happy with, many on a regular basis. Just remember the choice is yours. Today I am wearing a this app dress, headband, bracelet, and steriling ring all purchase at low prices. About $20 for it all, not bad.

I was pretty skeptical of this app when I first saw the ads. The prices were cheaper than cheap and it was suspicious. But I took a chance and ordered some pajamas because why not. It actually came and the quality was actually really nice. I have also tried to get the free gift things but I’ve never managed to actually finish one. They get harder and harder as you get closer to your goal and most of them need you to share it with a lot of people to get close to the goal. I, unfortunately, do not know a lot of people I can share it to so I’ve not managed to win anything. This is a solid app, I’ve not had any issues with delivery or anything like that. Most orders come within 10 days or so. I’ve ordered about 5-6 times, each order being about $20 each. There are many, many, many, items to choose from. Some things you don’t even think of. I’ve ordered decor, skincare, clothes, phone accessories and etc. Unfortunately, there is a $15 limit but that’s understandable. I love saving money 💪
OH AND ONE IMPORTANT THING : They don’t have a wishlist so you’ll just need to add all the items you want to the cart. Have fun trying to find what you want to buy in your cart 🤩

I’ve been pleasantly surprised with my shopping experience at this app and only have a couple of suggestions. I have purchased a number of clothing items through Temu and have found discrepancies between the material description listed for a few items versus the actual material found on the tag once I received the items. When I made this app aware of my disappointment, I have to acknowledge they were more than happy to provide me with a full refund, very promptly. Hopefully they will be more attentive to making this information accurate. Secondly, when trying to find a pair of cargo shorts by waist size, many times the size shown (S30 for example) is not really a 30 inch waist. When you tap on the S30, Temu brings up additional sizing information and I have seen waist sizes ranging between 28 and 32 as the actual waist measurement for the S30 size option. I do realize that international sizing can be rather inconsistent and that this app may not be able to do anything about this issue. I would just have to suggest that you be careful to determine your correct size when ordering clothing. Lastly, and this is just a personal preference for myself, I wish that this app had more boys/mens cargo shorts available in a smaller waist size (28-29 inches) that also have a button closure. Don’t fall for there free items. , fake advertisement! this app will require you to send out a bunch of invites and it gives you points towards your free items but it makes you pick 5 or 10 items and you can only win them by getting enough points or money cut off for all of them. When I got to the end 8 points away I had to invite one more person every time I invited someone the points needed stayed the same. I contact customer service they said the people you invite need to down load Temu and participate in a free event. If they don’t use your link or already customers then it won’t count. Even though every time I sent a link and shared it I got points / money towards the free items until it was almost filled I mean like 95% done. So beware of that or will waste your time and effort for nothing . It’s a false advertisement loop hole at its best.! When it says spin this to claim a reward then says you have won 5 free items pick it , after you pick the you have to pay with sharing your invite link and make sure they sign up and probably then they still won’t give you it it will come up with another stipulation like you need spend this amount in store to receive free items then charge shipping by telling you you need to invite 5 more people and not let you pay shipping your self, so you tell me is that a scam? …

It is better than Wish, quality-wise, though some of the items are the same. It feels like AliExpress but you get your order in less than 10 days (my first one came in 7) as opposed to 1-2 months. I AM glad I gave it a try and hope I don’t blow all my expendable income on it because, while there are a few things I need, most of it is just stuff I want. They do honor the initial 90% off gift and if you have time to play their popularity/annoy your friends game, you can get some great deals. The coupons don’t last long enough at all. The other day I had a $16 off $40 coupon but it expired in 24 hours when I was still building my next cart, so I find myself waiting to make the purchase until I receive a good coupon. I have tried the referral thing to win free items and credits but I’m lame and antisocial so I don’t know enough people and I also don’t have the time to peruse reddit for hours looking for strangers to “click for click” with. It makes me a little frustrated (and obviously just jealous) when I see people who have received 100+ free gifts they’re going to resell just because they are kids with no jobs and spend their days being “influencers” on tik tok-In that regard it feels like a tween’s app, but again, I’m just lame so you may have better luck with the whole “Team Up Price Down” thing.

This company is actually 100% legit. I was skeptical when I first saw their ads…due to all the fraudulent company/on-line stores out there right now. I took a gamble and ordered 1 thing for a dollar to test them out. Well the $1 item did come but it came a day later then this app had said it would come. So this app credited my account $5.00 and said sorry for the inconvenience. I was blown away because it was a $1.00 piece of jewelry. I was really impressed. this app is absolutely fantastic and I have had nothing but positive experiences with them. Sometimes I suggest is the “pick the free items” promotion they have. It’s approximately the 3rd line down on the home page and it says something about free items. Go there and then go in the top selection and pick 5 free items. It will give you a bunch of coupons right at first after you have chosen your items. After that you send the link for this app to people you know. Those people just have to download Temu , sign in, and hit the claim button. For every person that does that they take more off the amount due until you get all 5 items for free. It works. So I did not have high expectations for Temu. However, the items that I have purchased have been really well made and good quality. I have purchased so far, a bread shaped eyeshadow palette, a beanie, creature bookmark, hair clip. They were all awesome. Before purchasing I made sure to read reviews and would not buy the item without seeing pictures that people have uploaded during their review. I think that really helped me to get good quality products. I have made another larger purchase since then. Just waiting to receive it. The first order arrived in less than two weeks, so my second order should arrive in a week or so. That being said, there are some items I don’t know if I would purchase just because I don’t have the extra money to spend to have it not work or be the quality I wanted to, so I definitely think it’s a great day. I will continue buying from Temu . Black Friday Shipping currently is free which I absolutely love. I’m super stoked for my next order to arrive.. some people have compare this to “Wish” which maybe there are items that would be comparable. For me, so far with what I have received, I definitely think that this app is much better and shipping is quick in comparison.

I have been enjoying my gifts and products from the this app, the company. It’s like Christmas when the products arrive at my door and they are delivered by a reputable company that cares about their customers and the products they are delivering. I like how this app takes the time to carefully wrap my packages in a plastic bag and then seals it with tape. Very professional looking with the company logo on it and everything is intact and the products inside the bag are all in great condition for coming out of the east coast to the west coast. I have no resentment’s about this app. I do have one reservation for the company, but I will wait until the proper time for that. At first I thought this would be a hoax, no way was I going to get a good quality product for the price they were offering, but I was wrong. I have been using Temu for a while, however I have had many issues with the quality of these clothes. I bought a pair of sweatpants and as they arrived they looked nothing like the pictures. They had a strange seam line going down them, which wasn’t on the picture. Oh well, I’ll just contact them. I was given a refund, no problem, however I was still a little upset with the situation as it left a bad taste in my mouth. So, I go ahead and make another purchase, buying two pairs of pants and a shirt. The shirt was poor quality, but it was pretty cheap, so I was not too mad. But the pants were the problem. I received a pair of jeans that were blue and looked NOTHING like the picture. And as I opened the package, I discovered they were WET. They were in the package in a secure plastic bag, so I have no idea how they were wet. I can’t imagine it was a shipping issue, because nothing else was wet. And the other pair of pants I received looked nothing like the imagine. Angry with what I received, I contact this app about the two pairs of pants. And they told me there was nothing I could do without a refund. Here’s the thing - I don’t think I should be forced to use my gas money (I do not live near a postal box) to return my LOW QUALITY items that are NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE of them while they’re wet!!! This is a horrible business. I’ve recommended so many people to Temu, but these this app does not care. I am BEYOND angry with this experience and in disbelief.

They advertise profusely using prices that are a fraction of the real price, sometimes with a notation only for new customers (but usually not). But even new customers don’t get that price as they will say the item doesn’t qualify even though you clicked thru the ad to get to the exact item they advertised. If you don’t buy the ridiculously overpriced junk they were hawking, they will keep showing you new item prices for other items at a fraction of their true cost, but then say you are ineligible to receive the discount because your not a new customer. They will continue to show these prices on every item and won’t honor the price. The real price is typically about 10x that price, for inferior quality goods with slow shipping and using mail fraud in order exploit a niche in postal rates. This makes the goods effectively non-returnable. Product pictures are frequently altered and aren’t the real product. They also sell your info to anyone and everyone and won’t delete your account even though you’ve instructed them to, opening you up being hacked. Months later and I am still being sent verification codes for an account that I asked to be deleted and all info purged. Whatever you do, don’t give these people your credit card info, you will regret it. Scam City. Apple really needs to remove this from Temu Store. The fake reviews alone are enough of a violation, but the scamming makes it intolerable.

If you have high values about high quality and personal cashflow, maybe skip this one. Because if you’re looking for cheap deals, this place is addictive. The prices are great and the quality is decent and if you can sweat through the shipping time, there are some steals here! And, the classic saying “you get what you pay for” applies here, as it does everywhere. Be smart. If you want high quality clothes, don’t buy them here. If you want beginner art supplies to try stuff out, or stamps, or trinkets or tools or hair stuff - and can wait 10-14 days - give it a whirl. Think online dollar store quality stuff. Know what you’re getting yourself into. Just made my first larger priced purchase, so I’m interested to see how if the quality increases as the prices increase.

I’ve been surprised at how well things arrive given the distance and wrapping - which is basically just a heavy plastic bag - but even glass things have come intact so far. And they’ve arrived within the guaranteed delivery window every time. I’m also a fan of the price adjustment option, which gives you store credit if prices go down within a window after purchase. Overall, I’m pretty pleased and am way too tempted by these deals.

Temu itself is great- I love how it works. But most of the reviews on Temu itself are 100% fraud. I’ve noticed a pattern in the automated-sounding reviews, because they are all titled the same thing. Despite them being different, they all sound like they are sent from one singular person because the writing style is the same. All the reviews are structured very alike, and the usernames are fake. I hope you actually soak in this review instead of replying with some automated response. I hope you realize this is a serious matter, because it is illegal to give yourself reviews. The FTC comes after businesses that do this, and if you don’t quit it now, I’ll make sure they hear of it. I’m not trying to be rude or shut down your business, this is for your own good.

I was sent this link about 2 months ago from my daughter who wanted to get some free stuff, then I opened it to see what it was about, I have been addicted to it every since. I get on so many times a day , more then Facebook. I don’t like getting out to shop and spending so much time looking for stuff in so many stores, but here they have absolutely everything possible and more. I have had absolute success on receiving all my orders, in good condition, now I normally wouldn’t buy out of the country because of my experiences before, like taking 2 to 4 months to receive something. However a couple of weeks isn’t bad at all , that I can do!
Almost everything has been great , I’ve decided that the woman’s clothes with a few exceptions just don’t work for me. I enjoy the daily gift box with credit, I don’t like being rushed to hurry and close my purchases in fear of my items running out , it causes me to make mistakes on my orders, like doubling and tripling the same items. I went ahead and ordered a couple of things and it took a couple of weeks but I got them and they were even better than I expected. This is one of the best apps I’ve ever come across. My only problem with it is I wish I had found it sooner. What this company is doing is illegal. If you don’t believe me, go through the reviews. First, they make it extremely difficult to see an items reviews. How? Click on the reviews and what you will see are reviews for a whole bunch of items, not just the item your looking at. Second, start reading the reviews. Countless reviews are clearly negative, yet it shows that the person gave the item 5 stars which is impossible. Simply put, this is fraud and needs reported to Apple so their app is removed from the store. After reading the reviews, it is very clear that their “review” grading system is a lie as well. Further, when you double check that the things I am writing are true (and they are), report it to your attorney general.

Listen, I’ve ordered off this app quite a few items and have been happy with most of them (not all—some clothing items have a strange fit). Even so, a companies business practices must be on the up and up and if not, they should be forced out of business. Transparencies led to Amazon’s success. this app has decided that they can be successful through lies and deceptions. We need to prove them wrong.

I’m usually skeptical about apps that have items for very cheap prices, like for example, i saw a lipstick for 0.98 and i didnt expect it to be real , but it came to my house in 11 days. Temu is not a fake, it’s probably hard to believe it but it’s really not. I ordered some stuff for myself as a Christmas present and it came in amazing condition and nothing was broken. Everything was as it seemed on Temu . You can share Temu with some of your friends and get points that you can use for coupons to get money to taken off of your order, which always helps because I LOVE saving money. Temu is an amazing way to do that. I seriously recommend it. you can do giveaways, which can give you free items that you don’t even have to pay for, and it helps me and my family. not only that, whenever I got my package it came at the right time. Well, my brother introduced me to Temu, telling me how he was getting great deals on small items. So I figured I’d try it out. And what better time to order small miscellaneous items, than Christmas? When your giving a bunch of random gifts! So Dec 15th I ordered a bunch of stuff with an expected arrival date of dec 20th-29th. I was a bit concerned about getting it after Christmas but whatever. Couple days isn’t a big deal. Long story short, it is now the 3rd of January. I have contacted them almost everyday since the 27 because there hasn’t been a single update to shipping since the 24th. Which didn’t show up in the tracking until the 30th. I have asked for my money back multiple times, and have been told to wait an additional 15 days, and if I don’t receive an update to the tracking by then, they will refund my money. So basically, as long as the tracking is updated every 15 days, you could never receive the package, but they won’t refund the money, because the tracking is updating. What a croc! Now don’t get me wrong, my brother has still ordered thing, outside the holidays, and had great results! But for my personal use, this has become more of a headache, than helpful. And if I message them one more time and see the same ***n generic message response without reading my message sent to them!!!! 😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬😡 not cool this app! Not cool!

I wasn’t going to jump on the this app train but I had some creator friends who I trust with reviews share their hauls and I had to try them out myself. I am so glad I did!!! Let’s start with the “cons” though…the shipping is a bit confusing. Because some items have to be cleared through customs, orders may be separated in the delivery process which can be harder to track. I am not a fan of the coupon codes or giveaway sales pitches, they just give the wrong vibe and this app is fine without needing to use so many selling ploys. And the clothes run small.

Now the pros!! Shipping was actually really good!!! Everything arrived on time and since I signed up to get delivery alerts, I was kept informed throughout the entire process. The prices are unbelievable and unbeatable and the quality is AMAZING!!!! I am extremely pleased!!! I love the lightning deals!!! this app will be getting no more money from me. After being a customer for a while, changes have been made to Temu that make it not worth the "good" prices. Sure you can get individual items here for cheaper, but you now have to spend minimum $20 to be able to check out!! You can't see a small item you like and get it for a couple dollars, you're forced to spend $20 every. Single. Time. You want something. Which means you're forced to buy a bunch of stuff you don't actually want, or you have to wait forever until you have $20 worth of stuff you want. So it'll be months before you get your stuff... Recently they've also stopped accepting returns from me. They make me send the item back, where they used to let me keep the product and give me my money back in the form of credit. I understand why they'd want the items back, but that's just going to turn me away. Items here are extremely hit or miss. 50% of what you buy is nothing at all like the item description. I'm not going to the post office every time I need a return. That's so annoying. Plus it costs me money to get the box and packing materials, probably more money than the product itself! Either give consistent quality and trustworthy items or let me return it without a headache. Deleting after my current order ships to me, and never coming back! Shame they ruined it, used to be pretty good.

So i've been using this app for a little while now,and I can say it's pretty good really. It's really cheap,kind of like shein but a little better i guess? The gifts are legit, too. I got 15 dollars from playing on paypal but trust me it may take a while and you need a bunch of people unless you have a lot of friends. But overall,it's a good app. But you still have to be careful with some of the things in this this app app because some people also get scammed or robbed. I'm not saying it's a bad app and you shouldn't get it because it's pretty good for a online shopping app tbh. I like Temu but i think it should improve the little "free gifts credit" thingys because it is a little bit rigged. Some of the games (or all tbh) have this trick that if you shared and got all the cutting prices then when you share and invite other people not only they lower the prices for you to have less time,but they give you only 1-3 days to finish. As far as it comes to providing a relatively affordable selection of items to buy from….this app is good. However, this app is outrageously cheap about the “games”,”coupons/discounts”, and “rewards” they promote. You can spend all the time you want playing along but you will never actually get to a collection that meets the reward requirements. You can share and send out links but all the sudden you’re not advancing the same. You start getting only fractions of what you did before. Which is okay considering maybe days from now I’ll get the 0.35 cents I need left and then I can unlock the whole set up. GUESS WHAT THEY RESTART THE GAME PROGRESS and there’s no way to avoid it. Almost like they don’t want you to actually win anything?🤔 which is why they compensate all the data mining you sign up for with actual products….oh wait they still get all my info and I get absolutely nothing. Hmmmm sounds like a bargain cause you don’t get any of that time you spent checking in for “water”,”fish food”, or “stars”. Which brings me to this other point I need users to understand REGARDLESS of how many pop ups you get about a double reward or discount or whatever you’re not actually gaining anything from this. Save your data and just buy the products for what they are advertised as.

As you could probably tell, all of their reviews seem to be automated until you scroll really far down and even then theirs more bot reviews then real people! It’s a good app, you do get your stuff for a cheap price but you have to have at-least $5 worth of items to do so. The most irritating thing about this app is the “free gifts.” It’s constantly trying to give me free stuff, and it always gives me the best reward EVEN when I press the X to leave. It always gives you the best gift but practically makes it impossible to get it. It also lied to me and said I would get 30 points for inviting a knew person, and I only got 10! They also constantly notify you of “deals” that arnt real, even after I turned notifications off for Temu. Along with farmland, they made it really easy to get wheat in the beginning but once the end started to come it got really hard. It went from giving me around 30% of the wheat grown with one water to only giving me .11% for each drop of water! It’s making me really upset because I had 195 water to use on my plant and it’s the LAST ONE. I used all of it and am still stuck after 10 days of playing it! 😤 You can order and you won’t get scammed but I don’t suggest playing any of there scam “free gift games!”

They probably won’t let me put screen shots but if you come by a lady names Gail on customer service and even send screen shots supporting your issue she will completely go around the actual problem. I’ve had two issues with being shorted on the side games where you can get (FREE) stuff supposedly. Funny how I get a price adjustment and my side game completely freezes saying I got refund on my orders which I didn’t. That lady never fixed my issue just tried giving me a coupon to shut me up. Then I finally unfreeze my account my self placing an order to replace the 200g they took back for my order and I’m now not getting my whole grams like I should. Funny because I’m super close to getting my free items. so I ended up with Gail in customer service lady with my current issue and she’s completely going around my issue even though my screen shots clearly show that it says ten grams and then shows I only received 1 gram she starts babbling about how I can get grams of water. Like no lady the game is not giving me my full grams. Then try’s to tell me that you can’t harvest plants on fish land and I screen shot her that you indeed can. Needless to say she said I wasn’t responding to her after I gave a rating of 1 on the chat because she was no help and she ended the conversation. this app was great up until it wasn’t. Deleting app after my last orders come in. If what I’m paying is funding her job I’ll gladly stop funding it.

Ok so I started using this app and have gotten quite few items. Quality is ok some are cheap, some are actually good. The deals are just ok. They offer coupons and discounts but I notice they also raise the price when you are using a coupon (I notice everything)
As for the stupid games that gives you “free stuff” farmland, fish land and the others are purely a fake. Towards getting close to finally getting your gifts, they raise to even .01 % for every feed. Meaning you need more food or water to complete 100%. I added users and also made a purchase to get 600K in fish food and those 600k didn’t even get one fish to 100% so I think they only do it to keep people buying more and inviting users but to get to finally get the “free gift” will come harder and harder. I read the rules and they can even come to 0.01 cents contribution! I’ve been in .07 cents away from my gift for a month and finally now it’s only .05 cents. Wow I won’t spent months trying for this. So this app please change that and if you offer a free gift then do it, don’t fool people around by having to feed fishes or water for the rest of your life to get a gift in about 50 years from now.
Aside from that, returns have been ok, no hassle that way, delivery is also good and ok timing. They provide with tracking info and it’s helpful. I would pay close attention to the prices and when they offer you a “discount”

I would like to start off by saying that I like this app. Prices change on a regular basis. You can get your money back if something goes on sale once you have purchased it. I have won free gifts for playing games but once you win the chances of winning again get higher. They always want you to invite when we only know so many people. They should give you more credit for being a regular customer and repeat purchaser. Not to mention the number of times you have shared. The coupons run out to fast and some are for amounts that most people wouldn’t even spend at one time. Therefore they become no use. If you are like me I was skeptical about ordering for the 1st time and wouldn’t place an order for a long time and once I did I placed a very small order (under $20) to be on the safe side. That’s over 2 hours of work I was willing to take a chance on. Some of the items are good quality with good prices and others are very cheap quality and not worth it. I believe they need better descriptions actual photos without edits to be posted and a photo when item is in edit form or fluffed etc to show its potential giving insight on how many was used to get the same effect. I prefer cotton clothing and it’s very difficult for me to find. Need photos of front , back and both sides.

I know some cannot use Temu but for those who can it is even easier in Temu and you can do so much on here. I absolutely love this app. Their prices are out of this world affordable, and their products are actually good quality unlike some other online shop pining websites. But what I don’t understand is how they make it a 10$ minimum for orders because they want to conserve how much plastic they use, but at the same time they cover they entire thing with tape! I also don’t understand that if you have credit and you have enough to get a free item why you can’t just get that item that is under 10$ and not have to add something else? It would be amazing if you guys could change that policy or at least make it that once a week you don’t have to do a 10$ minimum and that there is no minimum. I have ordered my lines from other online company’s for my catfish and bass rod and reels that I refurbish and resell, but this was my first time using this app. The ads were very informative and the pics shown are exactly what the lines they sent look like, what was the icing on the cake was no shipping costs involved. So I ordered 2 reels of line, 1 orange for my catfish reels and gray for my bass reels. Spooling them on today and excited about first fishing trip using them. So far Very pleased with the ordering, shipping & the emails with updates as to delivery dates and other deals with the same types of line I had ordered. I will be ordering from this app again seeing that I refurbish reels and always offer them with new braid already installed. Update on this review I spooled the orange 20 pound braid on one of my catfish reels, tried it out to see if handled and casted good.
Results did not catch a catfish but did catch and reel in to the dock so I could release it was a 20 pound plus soft shell turtle, this one had a neck as thick as my left fore arm, and the line did outstanding results. What this app says in the description about this braid was spot on.
In fact so pleased with it I ordered 4 more colors of this braid, this will be on all the reels I refurbish and resell.

Don’t get me wrong I LOVE this app and I have placed SEVERAL orders(atleast once a week) BUT I have been playing the fishland and farmland games for literally MONTHS now and on fishland I have been down to $0.01 for almost a month to get my free stuff and while they give you certain amounts of fish food per day when you first start playing the food feeds the fish FAST but when you start getting to where you are about to earn your free stuff the amount of time you have to spend playing, or money buying stuff just to get free food you may as well just buy the stuff you are trying to get for free! And we all know that it is nearly IMPOSSIBLE to share with a “new user” bc of the fact that Temu is already out there and popular! So to me it isn’t really fair to make us spend a ton of money to get items for free when the prices are so cheap we may as well just buy the stuff! Plus they only give you free fish food certain times of day and if you don’t catch it then you won’t get it and seeing as how we are adults and have jobs it is also nearly impossible to get the free food! Then the fact that they don’t send you the “match” challenge until you are already almost out of food! Challenges should be easier and cheaper seeing as how I’m sure Temu already makes PLENTY of money off of their products!

Had some issues with an order- I was sent someone else’s order. There was no problem getting my order refunded and they let me keep the other that was sent to me so I didn’t have to hassle with a return at all. But the refund was issued as a this app credit. I would have preferred they just sent me my original order or sent the money back to my debit card. The only other issue I’ve had is with a third party shipper that they used- Lazer Ship, that company is trash. Had so many issues getting my package and their customer service is literally non existent. There’s a button you click to reach someone on their website, which is a total lie. Your message goes nowhere, nobody reads it. I understand that isn’t this app or their company, just warning anyone that has to use them for their packages. They are awful. Again, I am overall satisfied with my shopping experience. Do not be scammed by the games- farmland and fish land seem like fun ways to win or earn free products or coupons but the closer you get to the goal, the harder they get to reach. Very time consuming and all the “free gift” boxes they tell are exclusive to you, are not. The prices never change. It’s just consumer manipulation and again, just a waste of time. First of all. Yes the some of the prices are cheap but also the product is. I first heard of this from promotion on tiktok.. I download it to “earn money” then I deleted it after not winning anything but a few cents every other day or so. Not to mention it’s just a big loop and drag. My 2nd time downloading it was completely different than the first. I went ahead and went to buy something then a big spin wheel popped up to spin so I did. It said I won $100 discount if I spend $40. So I obviously did thinking I would win $100 off my next order. So right after I bought. They completely hid the exact ($100 discount) it was $100 worth of discounts. So I spend $100 and get like 10-20% off. Or spend $30 and get this so or so % off. Anyways I just let that go. Now I’m everyday getting messages and emails CONSTANTLY… about how I won a new prize. Or I was picked for “something” to open and reveal.. off that note even these other reviews are obviously FAKE. a flowing caftan dress, generously cut but also more fitted in the bust (more complimentary), in a textured cottony fabric, in a vibrant color coordinated pattern, you know how that might look on you. But when you receive a similar item of thin shiny cheap material, cut very narrow not flowing, shorter in length and shorter sleeves, with a printed on pattern that has odd color combinations, you feel cheated.
So far I have received 3 such items from this app but I’ve also received 4 that were exactly as they were portrayed. As long as this app stays true to not misleading shoppers with advertising one item and selling an inferior product I will remain a loyal customer.

I’ve done the “free gifts” twice now. And haven’t won anything on the first one. It’s so inconsistent with the prices it takes off. Im down to 5¢ on my “free gift” order, and just sent an invite to my mom, who’s already a member on this app so I would’ve gotten a bit more off them I should’ve. But I didn’t. My order was about $82, and when I shared the link or just invited, this app helped me get $81 of it off. So I just had $1 to get off, easy right? Wrong. I invited a work friend, who’s a member as well. All of these people I invited are already members on this app, and I got 50¢ off, so 50¢ left to go! Then my dad accepted my invitation and that took off 30¢, so 20¢ left to go! Then my sister accepted my invitation, and that took 10¢ off, I was so close! And still am! Then a coworker accepted my invitation, and I got 5¢ off! So 5¢ left to go! I am so close to the free order. Then my mom accepts my invitation, and I only get 20 coins?! What?? It’s not consistent with how much invites take off. But it’s not! It’s not inconsistent. I don’t know enough people to invite to Temu. If it was an invite a certain amount of people, you’d get the gifts free! It’s a great app, great quality on everything that I’ve bought so far, but this “free gifts” stuff is getting out of hand. Overall this app is a wonderful sight with any product that anyone can think of. The prices are very affordable. Most of the products are great quality items, but there are some things that I just don’t like. I speak for a lot of skinner men in the world when I say could yall please get more men’s clothes in smaller sizes please I’m begging you. Yall have a lot of great clothing but most times it’s always in a size 34 and up and there are men who are very slim and are more petite than most so it would be greatly appreciated if that could happen. Also on the games with the free stuff it’s so long and drawn out. For example the fish game, I’ve been playing it since July and I haven’t gotten all my fish feed yet. I’m currently on 0.02 cents and it’s taking so long to get 0.01 cent taken off and or to hurry and feed the last two fish i got. I love this site and have purchased many items from them plus adorable little outfits for my great granddaughter. Since babies grow so fast, I can’t justify spending a lot of money on their clothes.
But getting like to all the pro’s about this app, their prices are affordable, the order’s always comes before the delivery date they give me and returns are easy and are never questioned. Occasionally, if something is damaged, they will ask for pictures which makes total sense to me. Yes, some of their things are cheaply made but I’ve never had a problem with those things because, for me, they were silly signs I was hanging outside anyway and no sign outside last forever unless you paid big bucks for it and sometimes they don’t last either.
My only con would be the packaging is not the best and you most likely won’t be able to return an item in it. I always save my smaller boxes for situations like this. this app will email you a mailing label and returns are always free.

I’m writing this because there’s so much scams going on nowadays that you can’t trust anybody just about. When I first saw this app, I was skeptical just like you I have over half 1 million followers and it’s very important because they depend on me and trust me because I’m very blunt outspoken and honest, and will tell them truthfully, no matter what, but trust was not gained overnight. It took years and time my page grew so fast that I’ve never use my real name so I’m not gonna post it here but one thing I don’t even allow people to pay me to advertise ads because somethings can’t be bought and it’s important to know that someone’s trust is priceless so I personally would tell you, Teemu is safe dependable trust worthy 100% customer support five star rating the back of the product you can track it in fact I’m glad they change the package because people were stealing them orange package. I have bought from Temu before and the items come as you expect, fairly high quality for the price but nothing special.

However the pop ups on this are insufferable, they literally happen like every 10 seconds. I can’t possibly look through Temu without being bombarded with ad after ad after ad for Temu I’m already on. One of these pop ups are for free items but will do literally everything in its power to make sure you don’t get any free items. One of the games is a pick 5 items free challenge, the only way you can get any of the items is by referring people to win all of the items- which on its own isn’t that big of a deal. Having to refer someone to get points on an app isn’t anything new. Expect it will actively lower your prize money the closer you get to your goal. For example it will promise you $1 for a referral, but if you only need a dollar to get your free items, then suddenly you can only win 25¢ per referral. However it won’t tell you the price is that low, you just go through all the effort to get your friend to download and app, refer them, go through the whole process only for you to not get the money it promised you. It’s very infuriating getting your friends and family to download an app they clearly don’t want only for you to not get the thing you specifically made them download Temu for.

I have had alot of trouble with some orders. I have been sent some things that I ordered and have gotten two of them and called and was told to just keep them. Another thing is I ordered a watch case that held 24 watches it came and it did not hold watches on the foam rubber like the smaller ones did. So I called and was told I would get a refund and just keep the case then a few days later another watch case came and I called and told them I got another watch case and was told to keep it and each one was about 38 dollars so now I have two so guess I'll just have to try them. Then I placed a 1890 dollar order and finally got 3 items out of 18 that I ordered and they were shipped in separate packages and they came on 3 different days so they gave me a refund and 20 dollar coupon. But there are more things but I don't want to go on. I can not tell you how much money I have spent with you but plenty and I love your prices and free shipping. Also they cut out the amount I have to spend before the free shipping. I was shopping with you when it was 10 dollars minimum and it just kept going up so I had decided to stop buying from you so she changed it to any

You will get an email stating that you can get like 7 free items and who doesn’t like free stuff but it’s not as easy as they make it out to be. For example if your total is $100 for your free stuff you have to send an invite to your friends and if you bought something it will get deducted from the $100 until you reach like a $1 or so and that’s when the fun begin. Now you have to invite the entire world and they need to download Temu and then a few cents gets deducted here and couple of cents gets deducted there and you will never be able to get the last $0.25 off so that being said you already advertise for them but no free stuff because no free stuff until the detection reached zero and you have 24 hrs to complete it. Its not like you can invite a few of your friends and have them download, NO they want you to invite every friend you have and I’m not sure if that’s will be enough because I wasn’t able to finish it. They do that on purpose because they want the people to give up. Free advertisement for nothing. It’s a scam and don’t fall for that because I did. I heard the quality it’s really bad but I haven’t got the stuff I ordered yet so I can’t say for sure one way or another until I get my stuff then I’ll update the feedback about the quality. Do yourself a favor and don’t fall for the free stuff they offer you because it’s a headache, scam and free advertisement for them.

I know this app sends the $20 from affiliate within 48 hours and it’s only been a day since I withdrew, I just noticed they started to get slower it’s kind of annoying when you’re used to getting the $20 right away like they used to do when Temu was getting buzz. But since they blew up like SHEIN they’ve been being slow on it, lol guess that’s what happens when you get big. Regardless of the slow process, the $20 comes. So when you get like 4 new phones to download Temu you get $20 which is $5 for each phone. Been doing this on this app for a while now lol can’t lie Temu helped me a lot and I love it. Fr like $20 for ppl downloading a app?😂 unreal but helpful on both parts. I done made probably like over $200 in all using Temu. Not that much but it definitely helped me in my situations at that time of me referring people. this app really is a G.O.A.T for the affiliate program. I wish more apps would do it, yes I’m getting greedy, why not? We all need money don’t we? So why not use it to our advantage and get people to download app and maybe even get a contract with this app. Time to think big because it’s 2024 and the world is becoming more cold and more evil and older it’s almost ending. So just do what you can to live a good life and also Trust God.

They sent everything to the wrong address and are going to drag me through the mud just to deny refund on over 5 orders sent to the wrong address definitely over 100$ worth of stuff and what I seen from trying to find they’re corporate number is a bunch of other people getting ripped off because they’re shipping department is to incompetent to put in the address you provide them with properly. I even showed them proof by showing them the only address on my account and that my address was correct and they aren’t going to fix it they just going to shuffle me around and copy and paste the same things over and over again without providing any real help if it is not resolved in the 24 hours by a specialist then I will be reporting this app to the FTC, AARP, for these shady business practices of treating my like a living wallet that has to pay for they’re mistakes because I can’t send them back items that they sent to the wrong address even with valid proof of screenshotss I rate this app worse than wish and Aliexpress, Alibaba which all already had an extremely low bar in terms of customer support and making things right when they make mistakes and this is coming from a first time customer who has spent a decent amount and has made 5 orders in couple days and will not receive anything they have order which come out to over 30-40 individual items if problem is fixed I shall change review to 2 star and never use this service again

This is a very different experience from its main competitor. Many of the products offered are fantastic and more appropriately priced in a time when intentional hyperinflation is destroying society. For that I value this app, which has provided me many solutions to little longtime niggling issues for half to a quarter of the price of the same product on other online retailers; this app aggregates many useful products that may infringe on patents, but if they are at competitive prices to the genuine articles then it is ultimately good for me as a consumer. The huge caveat with this app is the issue of legal and moral violations of addictive gambling practices and literal fraud. Even with notifications off, I have allowed myself to spend probably 50% more than I would usually due to aggressive advertisements. While many offers are legitimate, ultimately this app will make redeeming offers almost impossible without more large purchases or social influence granted with voluntary promotion. The fishland game is literally an impossible scam, farmland requires literally several hundred dollars in orders and hundred hours of your time for free products worth less than ten dollars, and many “exclusive” deals are artificially displayed on the screen. In the end, this app is asking to be targeted by the FTC and DOJ.

Downloaded because I was interested in a cat water fountain, got an offer of $300 off, 96% off, and a 3 free items of five selected. Too good to be true? Very much so.

If you are looking for something specific you will never find it as we have to look scroll through the tons of offers without the use of the search and filters. Found the pet fountain you want? Good luck with those filters or pump replacement for that specific fountain listed anywhere on the other page. If you leave that page to go to the main page for the search function, you loose the offers. If you switch to your browser to search via google and happen to click on a link for this app, you are directly ported back to Temu and to a new offer loosing your current one, but the items you already selected are still in your checkout and Temu tries to act as if you hit purchase. It will fail so long as you don't have your purchase info already entered (hit the X when it prompts after selecting your first item).

I don’t want to have to scroll through obvious adult accessories, and other things I have no interest in. I certainly don’t want to be tricked into purchasing anything whether being an item period, or a similar item just a different size / a part of the item. Lastly, I don’t want my time wasted which is all Temu seems to do.

My experience had Tammy has been excellent. I have been given great customer service, the packing of the boxes is perfect. There is always a reasonable way to put things into a box and they never underfill and waste space I appreciate that. They give you everything they ordered and they also give you the things that you ordered the last order that came in late. I appreciate the fact that they bend over backwards to help you. They go over the top, they understand you, and they give you everything you need plus things that are exceptional when you purchase one item. For example, if you buy a gemstone, they will show you the other gemstones that they have on the same page. It is one of the easiest ways to shop. I have never had to use the search button, I go to the first thing that I need and I continue to find the next things that I need the way that is organized is so universally. Amazing! I did my first purchase a small one and I paid with PayPal to feel more comfortable to buy from Temu. Im glad I did. I’ve made many purchases now. I love their prices. Shipping is a bit long. A week or two. Not too bad but it’s free so I don’t mind waiting a few days.

On the other hand about the referrals to get free gifts is ridiculous. The last time I tried getting the gifts i didn’t pay attention to the deadline. I blame myself. No big deal. This time Im so close that I went all in. They offered me five free gifts I picked that totaled $184. Every referral that accepts your invite gets closer to winning those gifts. I’ve been .10 cents short to getting the gifts and i asked two more people hoping one would respond and surprisingly both accepted my invitation. Well even more surprising that now I’m still .5 cents short. What? 2 referrals for five cents? And You can’t pay the nickel difference . You have to get more referrals. My deadline is in three hours but I’m not inviting anymore having to rush people to accept the invite only to get .2 cents closer to scoring . It is absolutely ridiculous. Don’t fall for the referrals. Im sure some people have hundreds of friends and will score for the free gifts but I don’t think the gifts are that big of a deal to have to go through so much trouble. In my case for nothing. That’s the reason I didn’t give them a five star rating. But Temu is cool

It’s great for the price tags but the user interface is poor, with random pop-ups that you can’t skip over. The instructions for deleting an account were inaccurate and it took forever to even find the button to do so. Customer service was hard to communicate with and I’m fairly certain the “person” I chatted with was AI; I was met with repeated questions and statements in the exact same manner and it was a long and difficult process to get a refund on an item that I never received. The big sales like Black Friday are more often than not scams; they entice you by claiming to offer free gifts of your choosing but afterward make you invite new users to Temu or perform other tasks to get the rewards. Even after inviting new users, the “points” per person dwindles with each accepted invitation to the point where no matter how many people accept your link, you still can’t claim the gifts you chose; they use you to get new customers and more traffic while giving you nothing in return. Plus, the obscured data collection and hidden features that you often unknowingly “consent” to by simply pressing a seemingly harmless button makes for a very sketchy platform. That’s not even to mention the poor packaging and shipment; everything gets thrown into a bag that is haphazardly taped up. My advice is use at your own risk and don’t partake in deals that seem too good to be true— most often, they are.

I’m not sure why people don’t like Temu…I think it’s amazing I’ve put in 13 orders and my family members have also put in more then 10 each and not once have they ever randomly tried charging my card or theirs I’ve only had a few products that have been damaged but I don’t fully blame this app for that because I’ve seen the way mail carriers handle packages, to me personally I think this app is the cheaper version of SHEIN I found a bracelet on here for $1.50 compared to $3 on SHEIN for the same exact bracelet, no hate on SHEIN at all but people hating on this app for all the dumb controversial stuff going around…there’s more important things to be worried about in my opinion, honestly put in an order to see if you like the stuff..if you don’t then don’t order again it’s really that simple and most of the time the bad reviews are from people who don’t read reviews before they buy something so then they decide to leave bad reviews on things all because they can’t read, honestly all stuff aside of what’s apparently going on with this app I’ve never had issues with any of my orders some of the stuff’s even better then things I get from Walmart or Target (ex: jewelry I get from Walmart turns my skin green, jewelry from this app doesn’t and some items are literally .70 compared to $3+ at Walmart) and you get free money if the price of an item you bought drops honestly I’d give more then 5 stars if it was possible.

Today my first this app order arrived. I have spent about $150 so far on this app. I have loved everything so far except for one thing and I have probably bought 30 items. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of most things. Some were better than others but for the price I sure can’t complain. I will be back for sure. You can’t lose even if one thing turns out not so great because it is so inexpensive. The shipping is fast for what is probably coming from over seas. maybe a week or little more. They will text you a lot of times with updates on your order so you are never left in the dark wondering where your package is. I love getting a deal so this app is my kind of place to shop. I recommend looking around on the site for the best deal because many times they will have it cheaper from a different seller I suppose because there are multiples of similar items. They also send you coupons sometimes. If you have friend who you can sign up you can get a lot of free stuff but I didn’t want to bother anyone. I don’t understand all the good reviews. All of the freebies are basically scams. The only good thing is item pricing but quality is not good. impossible to find what you want because the search gives you all the wrong stuff. Sizing of clothes and color descriptions are totally inaccurate. I keep trying but 75% of the clothing has been returned. Sizing does not even agree with dimensions provided. Packaging of items is poor. I have bought greeting cards that are a good deal. Phone case quality is poor but if you just want protection from scratch they work great. Flash lights are good. Cables and charging for phones is poor. Colors are not enough close to picture but I ended up with a couple of items that I liked more. Items are wrapped in so much tape almost impossible to open. Breakable items are packed in plastic bag. I have gotten a credit for items that have been delayed. Some of the items are cheap enough that if there is a problem it is not worth sending back and just donate or throw away. Customer service was good about returns but not impressed (and not yet resolved) with non receipt when the delivery was made to wrong address. (The confirmation photo showed a different building). this app is good place to buy items you don’t expect to last long. Temu is a 2 and this app is a 3.

I saw it popped up on my facebook app and I was just spammed trying to buy a lawnmower which I knew was 1k but I couldn’t pass up taking a chance for 38$ so ather my wife yelled at me saying I should knew better but it was my first time which I didn’t understand why would FB allows it to happen on their platform but I kept seeing this site showing me things so I tapped on it and saw the case and the price but I didn’t wanna let my wife know but around day six I got nervous and was like babe have u ever heard of this website and she said they always getting things from off here and it’s gonna come actually made me feel better and two days later walla and I must say now that I see their commercials saying shop like a billionaire which I’m not a thousandaire just yet but I feel like one just wish I knew this a long time ago and I just never caught on seeing my wife them having package ather package delivered 🤐 all most thought she had another job on the side or something Let’s just say the stores around here won’t be seeing me any time soon 💰I hit the lottery Well just into I pull up to the gas station🫣

This company nonstop spies on your everyday activity. It pushes ad content to all your social media apps and regular searches on search engines. My accounts are click baited to death. The products I purchased were also delivered way later than promised. The overall quality of the products I purchased wasn’t bad for the price but they came at a huge expense. Yes you get a deal. However, you lose all your privacy to whomever runs this company. They will broker your information off all over the world. Shortly after downloading Temu I was notified that my information had ended up on the dark web. How convenient! Now all I see in every search and on every other web-site are ads for product I want nothing to do with. If you search for it once, this company will harass you till no end till you make a purchase of that product or service. Endless frustration to say the least. Meta is in on it with them along with Google. I wouldn’t doubt it’s in the works for “X” to use them also for ad revenue. If you choose to download Temu know very well you are giving up pretty much all your privacy. I also wonder if their vendors have patent infringement suits against them as most of the product I ordered was copied almost to the original product design of what I was looking for. Read the end user agreement carefully. Some deals just aren’t worth the hassle.

So this app is an application that promotes getting items for free/cheap. I’ve noticed a pattern though, new users get a taste of getting free stuff off the bat, but once the user tries to apply for more free stuff they have to continually share with people who don’t have this app or already existing users. But my suspicion rises when I noticed that in the fine print (The rules of the game will change) surely that doesn’t matter…until it says you need to share a link with someone to cut one dollar off your product, so you share the link and wait, once they accept the link it cuts only ¢50. You look at what the values of shared links are and they changed the rules, you get $1 off of your items if you share to someone who doesn’t have this app, but if you share to someone who already has this app, it cuts off ¢1…but that doesn’t make sense, you already shared a link with your friend who already has this app and it cut ¢50. That’s what they do, they want you to share with as many people as possible only to dangle the items you want infront off your face only inches away. They give you a taste of free items only for you to go through hoops upon hoops just to get those items, and I’m not going to lie, the clothes are fine but other items are poorly made. I don’t recommend Temu especially to people who have gambling addictions.

At first about 2 years ago I thought this shopping app was going to take forever for my orders to come, and the quality was gone be horrible. this app has far exceeded my expectations the shipping takes about a week, the items are of great quality every now and a again there might be something I anticipated to be better but honestly I won’t shop in the mall for any stuffy bc you gets them here for a fraction of the price and they are the same item. I worried about the clothing quality I’ve now own a lot of clothes from here. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else if you have a week to wait to get something for half the price then this it where you want to go. My only negative thing is the games invite ppl to get free items I have purchased over $600 in items from this app in the last two years and I have yet to get enough invites that part is impossible, and frustrating but none the less the games are a waist of time cool to play if you like to window shop and bored and have no intentions on actually getting items for free or ordering something through the referral process because it won’t happen. However if your are looking to purchase this is the place for it. Love it.

I ordered a simple phone case at the first of the year and they claim to ship the same day…. It toll almost 3 weeks to arrive. It didn’t properly fit my iPhone and therefore couldn’t protect it. I discarded the case.
Now I have invested about 7 hours shopping for an order that I was going to place a day from now. While I was shopping, this app kept interrupting me with offers of free gifts and cash. I continued to ignore the prompts to pick a card or spin the wheel till finally I gave in. They said I had won 5 free gifts, plus no tax or shipping costs, all I had to do was choose my five free gifts. So, like a fool, I invested over two precious hours shopping for my 5 choices. Finally I had chosen 5 and I pushed the confirm button. Then the screen lit up with lights and more spinning wheels, all the while I thought this was part of the process of me getting my free gifts. Finally the screen prompted my to message all my contacts with a link that they provided, if enough people that I knew downloaded Temu and shopped and invited all their contacts then supposedly I would recieve confirmation that my list was on its way. However, as I approached the 24 hour deadline that I had been given, reached out to some family and friends who told me that they had already been through the this app scam. I feel more like an idiot than ever but I will be spending my money elsewhere, so they lost repeat business.

For anyone trying to move for the first time the only thing I can say is if you don’t look through the pictures. get something that you weren’t expecting that’s your own fault because it is what the picture is but sometimes you’ll have a cheaper version of that picture and that’s what it is.. so just make sure you look through all the pictures you look at the comments you see how many stars in parentheses of the people that have started and make sure you don’t buy something that says only three have sold because you might not get what you’re expecting. Other than that I love this app. It gives me a chance to get my son and my family things that I can’t afford, I think it’s a blessing to have this especially people like me because I don’t have a lot of money and I know there’s a lot of people out there that need help and still wanna have things and nice things at that so give it a shot because it really is a wonderful platform for people who need help. I give five stars for the fact that no matter what as long as you do your research, it’s never dishonest it may seem like it is what it is and it might be really great but you definitely have to look through everything that you’re buying and you can’t blame this app for something that comes in cheap because it will let you know the pictures say everything

There are many categories of items, and there are many options in each category to choose from. There are common items and unique items that i never knew existed. Another plus is the free shipping and generous return/refund policy. It is apparent the company responds to the product reviews and offers solutions to any problems. It is rare to see a company do that. And you are given delivery dates and if they miss a delivery commitment, they automatically give you a $5 credit. Most of my purchases are delivered on time.

On the minus side, the company offers a lot of enticements to buy. That is great, but it is confusing at times. Some of the offers are for a limited amount of time, others are for discounts for a future orders. It took a lot of purchases to figure the offers out and I am still working on it. The company uses a unique packaging method. The items are individually sealed in plastic then all of the items are tightly combined in plastic. Few of the items are boxed, so at times they will get damaged, especially hard plastic items, get cracked or damaged in transit. But as I previously mentioned, when an item is not right, they are quick to offer a refund.

All in all, the company is very customer focused and does resolve issues quickly. I can see some methods are done to reduce costs which keeps the prices low.

Ok so there is plenty to choose from and shipping is free mostly and the packages arrived in two weeks give or take. With that being said items often are smaller than what I thought they would be that happens often. Also some items. For instance, the side grinder sanding attachment has a drive that goes on a 5/8 standard grinder arbor and I have bought this item 2 different times they do not fit a 58 standard grinder harbor and I assume that all of them don’t since I bought two and neither one of them did now returns are fairly easy, but I don’t think they give you the correct amount of money back. Another word this item is around $30. They discount it here and there with discount discount that my return price was $6.48. I seriously doubt that’s what I paid for but it’s so confusing with the promotions they have the discount they won’t let you go to the site to spend their stupid wheel, a lot of times they offer me a $200 coupon if I spent so much money on five items I bought five items for about 60 bucks. I got the $200 coupon you use it $20 at a time on $200 purchases ridiculous that’s not what they said to begin with the misleading and the sneaky ways they seem to have adapted. Fake offers and promotions are Enough to make the bad outweigh the good beware buying on this site, you most certainly get what you pay for
