NOW Wallet Reviews

I had high hopes for the NOW wallet but it’s buggy. I also sent an NFT to the wallet, which never arrived and support has yet to get back to me. It’s been about 48 hours.

1. Exchanges produce an error if NordVPN is on. With it off the errors are greatly reduced to being nonexistent.
2. Saw a few odd issues in unstaking NOW, specifically, the unstated amount wouldn’t always properly update.
3. No.2 and other small issues had to be managed by quitting NOWWallet , and in one instance restarting my phone.
4. The wallet does not have the same level of publicly accessible documentation as other wallets.
5. There should be a separate support team for the wallet from the exchange website, or better coordination of support. One support individual simply leaves you hanging as they “check with the team”. Traditional support let’s you know they’ll be away for X minutes but they are still there working on the problem so if you hear silence, don’t worry.

The most disappointing experience has been support for the wallet, which pales in comparison to NOW’s support for an exchange/transaction.

This has left me with the feeling they dove into a product area they are not yet equipped to manage. Not having an NFT show up in the wallet, and then having to bring it into MetaMask was not the experience intended nor is it where I wanted my NFT.

If I wanted it there I would have sent it to MetaMask directly.

For now, please use another wallet.

NOWWallet was working fine but I am trying to open the wallet and for some reason is not working anymore. I have some currency stored in it and now I can not access it. I have NOWWallet installed for sometime now. Since January I think. I have an IPad Air 2 with iOS 15.5 installed. I used NOWWallet for buying crypto in the past and they are stored in it . My I pad is configured to install automatic updates, so I believe it has the most updated version of your wallet. I can’t check because NOWWallet for some reason is not opening anymore. It closes automatically before I login in.

No,it is not working . NOWWallet didn’t even open anymore . It was working fine, opening fine. Your app has a problem not my device and you guys must find a solution. Are you the developers? So, something must be done or I will believe that is scam .

One of the worst wallet I’ve ever made use of. You could make deposits and it won’t show up for hours… also I think the wallet devs sometimes intentionally prevent you from withdrawing your tokens. I don’t know if it’s a bug or some form of scheme from the devs but my best advise is to stay away from this wallet.

I bought a good amount of Monero coin through NOWWallet. It showed the exchange happening, then it showed a completed transaction. But the coin never showed up in my wallet. So I contacted their support, who told me that they are having problems with their wallet and Monero. They basically told me that until they create a “fix” for this problem (which will be an update to NOWWallet ) I have no access to MY money. They also said that they aren’t sure when that update might happen. There was no warning about this problem when I went to purchase the coin. Only AFTER I bought it and got in contact with their support did I find out this problem. WHY DID THEY LET ME BUY IT IF THEY KNOW THAT THEY HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THEIR WALLETS AND MONERO?!?!?!? But, in the meantime my money sits with this company doing nothing.

I sent BTC to Now Wallet and tried to convert it to Nano. I kicked off an exchange to convert but it threw an error “something went wrong”. Then it said it was verifying the BTC deposit and was stuck for over 2 hours status spinning. Support said they never got the BTC funds then asked me to send BTC to an arbitrary address (not a good sign). I gave up and just used a different wallet.

I did an exchange on their app 3 days ago and still don’t have my funds. I’ve gone back and forth with support time and time again. They say I need to wait, then they said your exchange is finished. Yes, it finished 3 days ago I can read also, so where are my funds. I understand things go wrong sometimes but how you fix them shows who you are and they’ve shown it.

I want to exchange one coinFor another I spent two hours waiting for the exchange in NOWWallet I had the right amount of gas fee this is such a time waster and a waste of money the most highest gas fees 13 bucks to send $189 to Coinbase I will never come back here again matter fact I will erase my wallet from this place I would never use this site again bunch of thieves guys need to get your stuff Together

I have been trying to convert my solana to sui but the transaction has been stuck from past 2 days. I don’t know if i will be able to get my funds back

I think the wallet is good, it would be better if it had all of the crypto the ChangeNOW app has to offer. Right now it’s missing all the best crypto’s

This wallet/platform should be called change wow not now. (Dad joke). But In all seriousness what a simple streamlined process with quick verification And only necessary information required. Seems like this is the beginning of a great relationship with NOWWallet. And I’m only one day in.

Definitely 5 stars!! They have great support that attends your needs ASAP one person I worked with helping solve my problem was Tessa she’s the best! And the gas fees here are insanely low! I love it! Definitely will use for future needs!

I am honestly surprised at how easy and quick NOWWallet was able to get some monero. Simple, yet still gives you flexibility with different options for transfer speed, whether you want to send the converted amount straight to an address of choice, and more. I definitely recommend.

I’ll live and die for the “Change Now” app but as far as this Change Now Wallet goes…I’m not crazy about it unfortunately. I tried buying some crypto on it and it took MUCH longer than other exchanges like metamask. Eventually it all worked pit and they are very good at continually giving you updates but it just takes a long time. I still love you guys tho!

I downloaded NOWWallet to purchase Bitcoin and other cryptos and it works flawlessly. This has been the smoothest app I’ve used to purchase crypto and will recommend if your looking for a simple easy to use app that is safe to use and user friendly. A must for the crypto enthusiast like myself. Haven’t been impressed like this in a while. Love NOWWallet!!!

It kinda slow to sent bitcoin but it still works even those it slower then I thought

Highly recommend NOWWallet/company/service to anyone looking to frictionlessly exchange coins with full oversight into processes to follow your swaps or managing accounting cost basis into net profit allowing you to understand exactly where any fees might be with time stamped meta data, my accounts now are balanced instead of spread around with various fees ruining my books. :) I recommend their app, their website , their business and ethical standards—- give them a try small test swap if you’re concerned/ uneducated about the processing of blockchain transactions 5/5

Probably the most intuitive site I have used!

I have been a Bitcoin maxi since it’s inception in 2011 and I can profoundly tell you that NOW has done the doable in protecting crypto assets with its storage technology

If you google top crypto wallets 2023, I’ve probably tried that app. None lived up to my expectations with being able to buy and convert crypto like NOW wallet.
I was able to transfer my Ethereum, Doge, and Hoge all to this wallet and the best part was I was also able to convert those currencies without having to maintain Ethereum in my wallet as an overpriced fee.
I’m so over Ethereum and the miner fees they have for every aspect of daily use. It’ll never take the place of a decentralized currency charging those types of fees.
NOWWallet really impresses me and glad I can find almost every currency to exchange.
