NYMCUMyCard only worked the first time I loaded it and has not worked since. Always says it’s not available

This MCU card app never EVER recognizes my password. Then doesn’t send me the reset password link to my email!! Checked junk and wait hours. This keeps happening ever sense the update. In 2023, I should NOT have to call the bank to wait for a VERY LONG time to speak to someone just to help reset.

NYMCUMyCard works few seconds and the next second it’s not working! I locked my card and I can’t unlock it because NYMCUMyCard isn’t operational

Mcu credit card should be at to NYMCUMyCard ask well, was trying to add my platinum credit card, the system doesn’t support the card

I get a notification that my card was used and then I click it and it will bring me to NYMCUMyCard . Nowhere in NYMCUMyCard can you then view these transactions. It makes no sense.

why don’t you update or fix NYMCUMyCard ? it doesn’t even open! all i keep getting is, “we are unable to process your request at this time. please try again later.” FIX NYMCUMyCard !!!

I never could sign in on NYMCUMyCard , it always tells me my password is wrong. I am only able to sign on , on the desktop. So NYMCUMyCard would force me to reset my password all the time until I figured out what was going on.

I have been seeing MCU for years and then I was afforded the opportunity to become a member and the experience has been the worst, you can never get a representative when you need one and then when you do the have the nerve to have an attitude only reason I’m still with them is because my check goes direct deposit and dealing with HR to fix and change banks is a hassle

NYMCUMyCard crashes every other time I try to use it. I have to constantly delete and reinstall. I’ve been so upset because at times my card is locked and I’m unable to complete a transaction because NYMCUMyCard has crashed and I am unable to unlock my card!

Great when it works but will inexplicably read an error message when I try to open it on MOST days, with no maintenance or service outage alerts provided prior.

NYMCUMyCard use to be so good . Now it crashes every single day . There’s no way I have to delete and download it every single day just to lock or unlock my card . Y’all need to update NYMCUMyCard . It’s been over a year that this has been happening.

NYMCUMyCard is great when it functions. But if I used more 2 times. When I log back in it’s gets stuck in a loop.

Needed to up my daily take withdrawal to put down on a vehicle and NYMCUMyCard was not working to do so.

I use NYMCUMyCard to lock my card to thwart off any unsuspecting charges. However, NYMCUMyCard doesn’t work when I need to unlock my card and it’s impossible to get in contact with someone to help when needed. This is the 3rd time there has been glitches with NYMCUMyCard in the past few months and is unacceptable.

NYMCUMyCard needs to be updated

Unable to add card to my Apple Pay wallet. Tried to call the bank but unable to contact customer service even after an hour hold time. Horrendous!

Now I can shop travel with confidence and protection great app

I’ve been using NYMCUMyCard for a while now, and it’s been up and down. Every time I try to log in, “it says try back later”. Then I would uninstall, then reinstall NYMCUMyCard . It’s really annoying to have to go through this. It needs to be fixed ASAP.
