I am receiving the error message "Sorry, we are unable to process your request at this time. Please try again later." I have been receiving that message for days. My card is locked, and I am unable to unlock it because I can't access the account. I have uninstalled and installed it several times with no change.

I have been seeing MCU for years and then I was afforded the opportunity to become a member and the experience has been the worst, you can never get a representative when you need one and then when you do the have the nerve to have an attitude only reason I’m still with them is because my check goes direct deposit and dealing with HR to fix and change banks is a hassle
App constantly crashes

The app crashes every other time I try to use it. I have to constantly delete and reinstall. I’ve been so upset because at times my card is locked and I’m unable to complete a transaction because the app has crashed and I am unable to unlock my card!
More frustrating than helpful!

This MCU card app never EVER recognizes my password. Then doesn’t send me the reset password link to my email!! Checked junk and wait hours. This keeps happening ever sense the update. In 2023, I should NOT have to call the bank to wait for a VERY LONG time to speak to someone just to help reset.
