So I’m supposed to get results from the hospital, but there’s no place that can show me results on MyHealthHome. It says the information click the tab, I do, and there’s nothing but coding listing of multiple hospitals and phone numbers. The phone number I called for the local hospital are used. Hospitals in Las Cruces is the administration can’t handle questions about MyHealthHome .
How safe is my information is showing. I would love to show you a picture but I don’t think I can.
Point blank useless and a waste of space.
MyHealthHome doesn’t even have my hospital under it’s links, but they have started using this system. It’s full of bugs and customer support is equally as worthless.
Can someone please address the issue. This isn’t a game or social media application… it’s to access healthcare and assessments needed for patient care and treatment. Something this important shouldn’t be left in an unacceptable no working state.
MyHealthHome is horrible. It takes you back and forwards through the patient portal to create an account once you are done it goes back to step one again. It is annoying
The hospital promotes the use of MyHealthHome however it’s not connected to the hospital’s data bank. You can access the info logging into your browser but not thru MyHealthHome !!! When you call the support number given they state they are not responsible of the facility creates their own app. How does that make sense? The logos are the same! Customer support numbers are the same!! Advising ALL of our patients to go elsewhere for medically necessary testing!! Not worth the frustration!!
MyHealthHome never works
MyHealthHome is difficult to set up
Xray reports not available. Lab results have too much cryptic data. Not user friendly for patients at all.
Very difficult to navigate. Nearly impossible to communicate with providers.
I still can’t link myself as a patient. Support just says the same thing over and over about a one time password. This is the worst patient portal I’ve ever used.
I have used multiple portal systems for clients in my role as an independent patient advocate. This is the only portal that I have used in which I have consistently not been able to access any records
MyHealthHome is not user friendly at all. MyHealthHome doesn’t sync data with Apple Health and always runs into an error. Very outdated look and feel. MyHealthHome needs a lot of improvement .
Unable to delete read messages or reflect as read even using app command that says it will
mark
as read. This is a poorly designed website. Took almost a year for a
response on an issue and now issue corrected.
Absolutely horrible!! For this to be an app where you can access your medical records and results- it has been the most difficult, not user friendly, and complete waste of my time!! There is absolutely nothing you can actually see on here! My advice- DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS CRAP! Go request your medical records from the facility instead!
The most difficult app to use. I am a retired IT professional with 40 years experience. MyHealthHome is sooooo difficult to navigate. I created an account, but can not get to my records. The FAQ says “ Once you have created your this app account, link your patient profile and you will see your clinical records when you click on your name after linking.”
NOWHERE does MyHealthHome tell the user where or how to link profile. Nor link to what.
A nightmare.
MyHealthHome is garbage you create an account then try logging in another day tells you information not recognized should’ve kept the old app
Why is there not a direct contact to help desk.
Update: it took me approximately 6 business days to get a response I originally wrote this review after not receiving a response within the 2-3 business days like they said. I upgraded my review to a 2 only because the response team was able to resolve my issues. It would also have been nice if someone could have just called me on the telephone instead everything is done by email. A phone call would have been way faster.
Well, I am logged in, but nowhere on the Home Page is direction to see my records. Ugh
A lot of people seem to have problems making MyHealthHome work but I’ve not had any issues. Works as it should.
